Beakerkin Follies

There are times that Beakerin abuses Commies with comedy. Commies are dour death cultists and are worthy of satire, deportation and incarceration. There was some group of agitators protestingoutside my office. The man said he was from International yada yada yada. I responded he was a corporate whore pitching pancakes and sausage. The perplexed commie was angered and screamed at the top of his lungs he is not from IHOP. "You Trotskyite clowns are very tricky subverting a pancake establishment to foll the masses". After five minutes of exasperation the commie traitor deduced we were mocking him.

I was not in the news cycle on Friday. Sunbeam told me that there was yet another shooting in Binghamton. I asked her if it was another English major gone haywire. She explained it was at an immigration center. I responded it must be open season on officers even though we do not have an office there. Sunbeam explained it was at a community center.

In these tough times it is more important than ever to maintain a sense of humor. For the record the killer at VT was in fact an English major. This was despite all the predictions that the Killer was an Engineering student who could not relate to humans and would benefit from more Chomsky, Marx and Menchu. Well if the media is going to make up insane theories based on its own agenda then my theory is no less inane. My theory is the killer was driven mad by studying the 17 rules of commas.

Of course the killer turned out to be an imigrant so the hate crime element just doesn't work. If this were under Bush the media would be playing up hopelessness of laid off workers. However,
under Obama the adgenda is to blame guns for the actions of the mentally ill.

Sunbeam is amazing. Some of us live their dreams, but she is better than any of my dreams.

Getting the Story Wrong

The story of the shooting in Upstate NY is once again being blamed on guns and American culture. This would be amusing except that the perpetrator was born in a Communist pest hole.
These types of crimes have occurred in Europe as well. There is an irritating tendency by those in Europe and in our traitorous left to view any event in America with hyper scrutiny while ignoring abhorrent behavior in sacred groups like Venezuela or Pseudostine.

An Asian immigrant from a Communist pest hole lost his job and massacred random people in an immigration center. We note the economic factor as in many of these tragedies such as the California IT pro that killed his entire family. It may be correct to note the bad economic times have pushed many people over the edge emotionally. Oddly, this is very likely the community resource that would have helped the killer.

This is an isolated tragedy that really says more about the state of our economy and people without hope.

The media ignores the crime waves caused by Hugo's crackhouse Communism. It conveniently ignores the cause of the lawlessness and the ineffectiveness of the social policies created by a meglomaniacal lunatic. The media similarly ignores the Pseuostinian Authority's in ability to create a viable economy. The lawlessness is blamed on everyone except the Pseudostinian's unwillingness to govern responsibly and create a working economy with law and order despite cash payments from all over the planet.

In the tank

There is considerable question if the MSM will do its job and report the news when it does not suit the Obama script. The ratings for FOX news have surged and some of that is that it is the only outlet that doesn't follow the hail Obama script.

People also forget GW Bush inherited a bad economy and up until around the last year things were
pretty good.

Workplace Violence

The recent spate of abducting CEO's in France is exactly the wrong tactic. The financial situation has driven some to desperate measures, but when the recession does lift where will the new investment go. France is already a lousy place to invest and suffered from slow growth even before the global recession.

The Joy of Beakerkin

Sunbeam is ever a marvel and understands all the wonders of being a woman. Each time we spend together is better than the last. I feel like I am in my twenties and am amazed by the intense feelings she inspires. I thought such feelings were products of youthful naivete. However she can read me without me saying a word. I hold her and look into her eyes and we have conversations without a word being said. My eyes are bluish green and they change colors according to my mood.

At work it is always a mix of agony an ecstasy. Some of the children are real good kids. Yet every now and then one sees the dregs of humanity. It is no crime to be poor and this is not about class. There is more dignity in a family with three kids struggling to get by sometimes than with a rich spoiled family. The shared struggle and children being involved with supporting the family and going to Church together is a wonder. Criminality, always eats away at the joy as do fake marriages.

Love and family are special things and I understand not everyone is like Sunbeam and myself. Yet, there are times when one shakes your head at the folly of love. One sees opposites, childhood sweethearts, family friends a surprising amount of coworkers and even internet love sagas. Sometimes one has no idea what has clicked, but it has. Sometimes one sees couples that obviously won't make it, but there is almost a Don Quiote factor in love with a lost cause.

For me it is very simple, I want to spend the rest of my life making Sunbeam happy. I love her with all my heart and she is truly my soul mate. I can not buy her the mansion or the month of world travel. Yet I also know the things she treasures are the subtle things like the way I hold her, placing a blanket over her when she falls asleep studying, a heartfelt love poem, a walk in the rain and passion from the depths of my soul.

Sunbeam is who I always wanted to be with even from the earliest days. She has a very loving intense quality that comes from her soul. She was always very beautiful and has only grown more so with age. Yet mere beauty would never captivate my heart and inspire me so. Even the most beautiful with no connection would eventually bore me. I was always frightened that I was not religious enough, how her family would view me as a suitor as opposed to friend and that I would never earn enough to make her happy. I was wrong about all of those fears. All she ever wanted was an honest heartfelt love with a person who would treat her decently. I can't ever get those baubles, but like me she treasures that from the heart and soul.

I am blessed.

Beakerkin on Adoption

In general I despise foreign adoptions. I understand the mother who is unable to have a child. I also understand the Aunt who adopts her niece from a dysfunctional brother.

However, I do not understand the need to adopt multiple children. The antics of Mia Farrow and Madonna point at the problem. They already have large families and in the case of Madonna it seems to be a warped political statement. If you have three children you should not be allowed to adopt more unless their is some sort of family connection.

I also despise people who abuse immigration by making dubious adoptions of relatives. This should be permitted only in cases of extreme hardship. The fees should start at 5000 dollars and include documentation of exactly what the hardship is. Stating that the US relative is infertile would not suffice unless backed by medical corroboration. In this case the person should be limited to two.

Adoption is a wonderful thing and it should not be done as a publicity stunt, political statement or as a way to circumvent immigration law.

That Feeling

When I hold Sunbeam I get a timeless feeling. It is as old as man and woman itself. I do not fully
understand it as it is just so different. Touch and nonverbal communication are very important. Yet
when I hold her it just seems like she was always meant to be there. She reads me on every level
touch, tone of voice and the movement of my eyes.

Sunbeam is not a mere girlfriend, she truly is my soul mate. I hold her for hours and am blessed for every second. She understands that there is no place I would rather be than with her. Even small gestures like making her coffee or placing a blanket on her as she studies come naturally.

It has been the best four months of my life. Just when I think she can not make me happier she does.

Trotskyite Duplicity

For the record this blog supports the State of Israel. We support the Democratic values and the right of a normal people to govern their own affairs without my input or that of Communist agitators. People seem to forget Israel is an independent country.

FYI Peace could have been achieved long ago if this fake Communist construct of Palestinianism
had been ditched. Those in Gaza have been and remain Egyptians and those on the West Bank remain Jordanians. A deal with both governments would have ended this farce long ago. However, Commies need victims and hence this absurd ethnicity with zero basis in reality is perpetuated.

On Freedom Now's site he says a comment off hand that should let all of you know where he stands. He says with glee that Iran is pressuring Israel to make concessions. Israel has made concessions long ago to be met with terror. Rather than saying to Arabs "get your act together and have responsible governance". He looks to tyrannical theocrats and terrorist goons as victims. No doubt he will prattle on about imaginary third forces as his kind spun tales of fancy about Vietnam after American withdrawal. What communist Death cultists seek is the destruction of the State of Israel. They are well aware of the genocidal rhetoric of Hamas and Hezbollah, but dead Jooos are needed to unite Commies, Nazis, Jihadis and Anarchist clowns.

How many ethnically cleansed colonial Arab states do commies need. Jews are the indigenous people of the land of Israel. I will remind Commies who invoke Indians while comparing Jews to settlers. The correct comparison is with the Middle East is asking Indians to give up yet more reservation land to White settlers with a brutal colonial history. FYI Commies deify and ignore Marxist butchery of Indians by the Sandinazis. Have the folks in Spain set up a trial for Daniel Ortega? Has Gnome Chimpanzee or BJ Honneycutt or Ed ASSner ever had to explain the mistreatment of Indians in the 80's by a government they glorified. Has Renegade Spleen ever been asked to defend persecution of the Indians by his messiah Hugo Crackpipe Chavez. He ignores and rationalizes the persecution of Joooos, Gays and professionals claiming they all tell identical lies.

The ultimate in commie hypocisy was said by Ren's good friend Marijuana Marxist Graeme Striecher the Shaggy Cartoon Commie. The imbecile lectured Junglemom who lived with Venezuelan Indians about their sanitary practices.

" I hate missionaries because they tell people how to think."

This is utterly amazing comming from a person who rationalizes herding Indians onto "collectives". This sounds quite like the Reservation policy commies usually condemn in American history. The collectives are also more intrusive than American reservations and aim to destroy a way of life. Junglemom brings education, medical care and supplies with the word of God and mostly respects local traditions. The exceptions are when the local traditions endanger lives.

Sorry but genuine Indians, Blacks and Latinos tend to be more religious in their Christianity than their Marxist elitist goons think. I never heard many Indians say bad things about Christianity
and many were devout Christians. I know many Christian Blacks and Latinos and a comparative few Latinos. When one looks at a collection of Commies it looks like an old time country club which has gone to allowing Ex jews and became pot infested slobs.

Commies are death cultists who will knowingly lie and form alliances with equally unsavorable sorts to further their goals. All of you are mere cattle to be milked and led to the slaughter for their power mad dreams.

Make America a better place send Commies to North Korea one way.

Boycott Spain

The United States should impose immediate tariffs on all Spanish products. The demented far left radical wackos in their judiciary have gone way too far. The far left lunatics have decided to pursue cases of torture against US officials for actions in Gitmo.

Do note that Spain court seems to ignore Cuban despots and thugish Arab dictators and terrorists.
Furthermore, the internees in GITMO are not POW's. They are unlawful combatants and have zero protection under International treaties unlike a certain Israeli soldier who was kidnapped and has not seen the Red Cross. Have the folks in Spain raised a peep about genuine POW's?

The folks on the far left need to be slapped in the finances. Let unemployed workers in companies that export goods to the USA deal with the radical foolishness.

A Night with my beloved

It is not easy dating a single mother who is in school. It is even tougher to be madly in love with a woman in such a situation. I treasure every moment as if it is the last for I never know what the next hour will bring.

Yet it is far better to share the love of one who knows what a relationship is and values her children then to be with a self centered never married type. At least I do not have to deal with the weary mind games. I really can not deal with "well if you don't know why I am pissed off than I won't tell you.

A man needs a place to hand his hat at the end of his day. He needs a soft hair upon his chest and a smile that lights up a room. A man has many titles in life and I thought the best in my life was to be Officer. However, when it is all summed up I would be proudest of beloved husband.

It is also good to go through life with someone who knows you inside out. Sunbeam knows how to read my eyes and I can read her tone even over the phone.

When I hold her it seems like she was always supposed to be there. I do not quite understand it myself as I have fallen in love twice in my life. The first time was like a thunderstorm with the winds and lightning striking in the distance. This time it was a gentle rain that swept over me from the first moment our eyes met after being apart for two decades. She was more beautiful than ever and I was swept away.

She was no longer the girl I remembered. She was still every bit as caring but time and life gave her a vibrancy. She is brilliant and does not even know it. I plod wherever the winds take me experiencing everything. Yet I have never loved another so much.

She is my sunbeam. She warms my heart and nourishes my tired soul. I reflect the radiance of her glow and bask in her beauty.

I thought such feelings were the frivolities of a man in his twenties.

Those who are in love are blessed.

Not Ready For Prime Time

I get the impression that the post electoral honeymoon of Obama is over. He seems to have not realized the enormity of the job. Despite what the talking heads claim he looked lost in his last press outing. His popularity will continue to erode and his sole hope remains the business cycle.

Dudes grab a helmet

The death of Natasha Richardson points once again to the dangers of skiing. Helmets really should be mandatory. They do not need to be as thick as that of motorcycles but offer some minimal protection. Brain injuries are costly and are no laughing matter.

Death of a Newsman

The NYC papers have been running the story of the death of former NYC radio personality and newsman George Weber. Weber was a regular part of the Curtis and Kuby show that got better NYC ratings than the Imus show. Sadly as it was NYC focused it had no appeal outside NYC.

Weber apparently contacted the killer via Craigs list. The internet is a dangerous place and all types of lunatics are out there. It is true that Weber may have been attempting to pay the younger
man for rough sex, but he didn't deserve to die.

In NYC this is around the third episode of internet dates ending up deadly. Perhaps people should think about trying to meet people through friends.

Description of American Campuses from Khalid Tomeh

A recent observation of an Israeli Arab journalist describes a point I have made for years. He describes the irrationality of non Muslim "activists" in American Universities.

The truth is that what he is describing are Communists. Communists need Israel to form entryist alliances with Muslims. Left to themselves Arabs and Jews would likely have found peace long ago.
Palestinianism is a Soviet creation and prevents peace in the region. Israel could have easily made deals with Jordan and Egypt including population transfers and have solved the problem long ago.
Syria will never accept peace because its Marxist/Nazi Alawite clique needs the other to justify its oppression.

Tomeh says what we have been saying for a long time. Commies do not care about Palestinians.

It is all about stoking populist Joooooo hatred.

Commies, Nazis, Jihadis and Anarchist freaks unite!!!! You have nothing to lose other than reality.

Make America a better place send commies to North Korea.

Here We Go Again

A communist agitator violating US law against individuals gets hurt. The press focuses on the grief of the parents, but ignores the reality.

Tristan Anderson violated US law prohibiting private citizens from conducting their own foreign policy. He was not elected to conduct foreign policy, nor appointed to a governmental authority.
His injuries were the product of his stupidity.

The use of the word "activist" in the case of a globe trotting law violating nut does not tell the story. Who is paying for these trips to Iraq, Israel and elsewhere? How does this fool support himself?

Time for the DOJ to do its job

The DOJ needs to investigate if Americans are being paid by Chavez. Communists have a lengthy
history of deception on this subject spanning decades. The groups such as Hands Off Venezuela should also be investigated for contact with foreign intelligence.

The United States government has allowed Commies to violate laws about US citizens interfering in foreign policy. It is time the folks over the ISM and other lunatic leftist groups get prosecuted. Nobody elected them to carry out foreign policy. They were also not hired by a governmental agency to work in this area.

Free speech ends at the borders of the USA. Acting as a human shield or propagandist for a hostile foreign government or getting involved in civil wars are not protected.

How much money if any do the folks at Hands off Venezuela get from Chavez? Is foreign travel subsidized by a hostile foreign regime? How much contact do members of this group have with foreign intelligence or military.

These questions need to be answered and if need be the guilty punished to the maximum extent of the law.

TPS Haitians and you

TPS is an immigration acronym that stands for temporary protective status. It was designed as a temporary status for people whose country was undergoing natural disasters or political turmoil. The idea was to grant people in the USA a semi legal
status renewed annually and eventually they would return home or more likely marry an
American. It was never designed to be a permanent arrangement.

Over time this has evolved into a political entitlement. The revenue sent home has become very important for several countries, notably El Salvador.

It is important that we return to the spirit of the official program and remember this is not and was never designed as an entitlement. We need to save these spots for countries whose situation warrants it.

Haitians are the beneficiaries of one type of program HARIA. We should consider giving them another. However, we need to create a similar program for Venezuelans fleeing Hugo's hell hole.
Venezuelans should be granted TpS and should be eligible for permanent status based upon Hugo's misrule.

A Special Kind of Magic

When two people in love meet there is a type of magic. My dimpled smile lights up for her no matter how tired I am. We bond across a candle lit meal and share a glass of wine. Our eyes speak volumes even as our lips say none.

You can not add, subtract or divide love and it is not logical. A feeling from the heart is what it is. It is a special warmth that nourishes the soul.

New Lunacy Eating Soy Makes You Gay

Just when one thinks there is no end to craziness there is this idiocy from the web.
Sorry, I can't stand soy but this is absurd. There is no word about if tossing hamburgers and poultry to gays will turn them into wild heterosexual swingers. I can just imagine all the homophobes passing endless supplies of brisket in the latest obsession to cure gays. At some point eating beef 24/7 would probably result in some sort of health maladies.

Some people have way too much free time on their hands.

Hey you get away from me with that Soy milk........

Stupid Leftist Hurt In Israel

Here we go again with yet another far left idiot violating US law and engaging in foreign policy. Tristan Anderson was not appointed or elected to conduct foreign policy. He placed himself in danger and was hurt.

The far left has been doing this crap for too long with impunity from the familiar idiots Rachel Corrie to the even more insane Lori Berenson. These actions are illegal under US law and the US government should walk away from law breakers. If these knuckleheads want to violate US and foreign law they should pay the consequences.

The Israeli government should not waste it resources treating foreign communist agitators. Anderson's sponsor should be sued for his medical and legal expenses. Anderson's family should be billed for damaging the tear gas canister.

Social Maladies

One way of distinguishing the Bolshevik anti semite from the more blatant crass generic Jooo hater is the insistance of identifying dem Joos in an obsessive light. A prime example of this dementia is the Trotskyite clown approved blog of Liberal White Boy. There are the standard rants about Madoff whose political leanings have zero to do
with his crime. Then again when the over the top Jooo hatred was pointed out by a far left Jooish loon named Eric the usual suspects ran for the hills.

Ponzi scams are not new and are run by many ethnicities. It should come as little surprise that a rabid Joooo hater should focus on the religious affiliation of a criminal in the news. Nor should it be shocking that a cartoon bigot should post several items on the Rubashkin scandal. Would the usual self righteous clowns link a blog that targeted gays or blacks in a similar manner? Joooo hatred is central to the cause of revolution and forming common fronts.

At work a West Indian man complained about Chasidic Jews on welfare. This does happen but a similar outburst about West Indians had been said by a Jewish man suspensions would have followed. Do some Chasidic Jews go on welfare? Of course, but so do others.

In any large subgroup there will be some social maladies. Domestic violence and sexual abuse are not limited to Orthodox Jews. However, media feeding frenzies would make one think otherwise. One can find plenty of stories of public school teachers molesting children but the media does not highlight that aspect.

In any large group there will be some social maladies. Of course there will be criminals in every group. However, communists are unique as their whole history reads like a rap sheet, albeit a collective rap sheet.

The Fool

I have realized that my thoughts of love and passion are a bit weary to some. I thought that at 40 I was beyond such frivolities. The truth is that all of us need a healthy type of love. I thought I traded wisdom for the passions of youth. If you could make such a trade it would require the mind of a fool.

I am blessed that Sunbeam loves me with all her heart. I was a fool to have been frightened of hurting her or disappointing her with what I am not. She is like a ray of light that warms my heart and the gentle rain that nourishes my soul.

If any of you out there think that you are beyond love or it does not make a difference, guess again. Reach beyond yourself and tell that person how you feel. Look them in the eyes and say you mean everything to me and I love you. If it doesn't happen then try again, my office is full of stories of nice guys who were persistent.

When she smiles at me, I feel warm all over. When she holds me, I feel it was the most natural thing in the world. It is almost as if I have stopped wandering and found my home in her heart. It is almost akin to being purified of spirit and becoming something greater. I love her totally and she is all I need or ever will need.

In these tough times love is more important than ever. Hold your lover tight and let them know they have a place in your heart. Tell your children you believe in them and the future will improve no matter what lunacy Obama clown impose. If you parents are alive do an activity with them. If none of the above is available volunteer in a social setting or be an asset to your community like Junglemom.

Politics come and go but love is eternal and outlasts us. Someday when my life is reviewed it will be by my great loves and the people I helped that I am judged. I want more than anything to have my life summed up as beloved husband, officer and Uncle in that order. All my work would be meaningless if it were not shared with her.

Sunbeam is who I always loved even from my earliest days. Some of you might think that a woman can not compete with a dream. However, the reality is far better than any dream. When she called me out of the blue it was as if someone above was looking out for me. It did not take long for me to answer that call. In dreams everything comes easy. In reality there are obstacles and challenges to overcome and it makes the journey much sweeter. In real life she retains the sweetness of the archetype dream, but adds a fiery passion, quick wit and gentle manner.

We are but the sum of our loves, deeds and our character. Our wisdom comes from defining and nurturing our loves and good deeds. Those who live without love merely exist.

I thrive and my days are filled with the warmth of her love. The fool is gone and the man remains.

Happy Birthday to the Beloved Rav Roov

This blog is named after the Beloved Rav Roov. My younger brother used to complain that he didn't want to go through life known as my brother. As an inside joke I used
a variation of his nick name Beaker as my pen name.

My younger brother turned 40 last week. He is much beloved by his congregation, friends and family.

Now some of you get the wrong idea about how religious people think based upon the rather insane writings of Khanist fools. The fact remains that these fools speak for a loud but insignificant percentage of the Orthodox. They do not speak for Rav Roov, Sunbeam or anyone I know in my lifetime of dealings with the frum community.

These Kahanists are egotistical frauds who pretend to be supporters of Israel while consorting with our enemies. Sorry, but this supporter of Israel is well aware that all of the enemies do not look like bug eyed versions of Jack Elam shouting Jihad. In fact one can find Muslims who are decent people with no difficulty. However, Communists by definition are evil and are enemies of the Jewish people.

Now some of you out there allow commies to rebrand themselves with fantasies of Trotsky the messiah or reinventing a deadly failed Marxist mess. Communism is evil and its followers should be treated in mental health facilities or deported depending on if criminality is evident.

Rav Roov nor Sunbeam willingly spend their time socializing with Trotskyite goons whose blog comment section reads like Der Sturmer or Mein Kamf. As an American Communists are anathema to my way of life and beholden to a hostile foreign ideology
as evil as Al Queda.

It would seem that those who scream about a Torah state are almost as insane as their traitorous antisemitic pals. If Israel ever became a theocracy, I would not support it. The people of Israel are more than capable of deciding their own future.

AIG Bonuses are an outrage

The economy is in recession and the taxpayer is bailing out yet another company. Recessions happen, but the culture of excess needs to stop right now. Sorry, but there is a time for bonuses and when your company is being bailed out and laying off people it is not now. The executives are already over compensated and need to tighten their belts just like the rest of us.

The excuse that the company needs to retain talent is BS. Most of these corporate clowns got to where they are by the old buddy system and are replaced quite easily.

I would sooner save a secretarial or mail room job than pay these outlandish bonuses to people who are already overpaid.

Interesting Reading

I have to admit the reading selection in Sunbeam's cultural diversity class was very
interesting. One of the articles was from a writer who was critical of progressives (commies)discrimination against Christians.

The truth is that the far left really doesn't give a rats ass about anything other than power. When in power commies are quite brutal towards gays and every other segment of society. Yet the punk commie agitators will do things such as try to exclude people from social work based upon private religious convictions. Lets see a follower of Christ being prevented from serving the community by an acolyte of a death cult responsible for 100 million deaths is a poor joke.

The truth is that many gays are not hostile to religious Christians. However, it is the political scams of communist agitators that are inflaming the situation for their own designs. The average gay person makes more money than the average heterosexual and pretty much wants to be left alone.

The profession of social work has been too politicized and needs to get back to its purpose of serving the community. The profession needs to get rid of the political goons. People who are beholden to Marx should weeded out of all professions except hamburger flipping.

The Person Next Door

In these hard economic times it is important to remember the person next door. Oddly, this is the first economic slump that I seem to have missed. It is important to know that the business cycle is still very real. The only way to break that cycle is to install communism and then you have a straight plunge into hell on earth.

In these turbulent times populists will make all types of promises. It is of little consolation if you have lost your job or are struggling. Do know that believe it or not things will get better. The economy always recovers the question is how long.

It is important to reach out to those who are down on their luck with a phone call, buying lunches and listening.

The business cycle will resolve itself despite whatever games Obama tries. Sadly, this opportunity to address the excesses of big education will be missed. It is time for the government to put an end to the pork in higher ed. Treating higher ed as a jobs program for lazy Bolsheviks has produced high prices and poor quality. How many advanced classes do we need in victims studies and anthropology. More accounting less Marx should be our motto.

Very original blame Rush for lack of answers

The Obama camp did not waste time looking for a bogeyman for its lack of real answers. Blaming Rush is easier than dealing with big educational messes caused by ever increasing budgets and lower results. It is easier to scream about socializing health care than to reform the tort laws. It is easier than explaining to unions they have to feel the pinch as well.

Love is not mathematical

I spent some time with Sunbeam and was reminded why I have always loved her. She has a very giving and loving nature. She can read my slightest gesture and tone of voice with ease.

It isn't easy dating a single mother. It is even harder dating one who is going to school, but Sunbeam is special. I can not explain it but when I hold her it seems like the most natural thing in the world. It almost seems like she should have been there decades ago.

We fall in love with the people we are with for a reason, but love is not math. Sunbeam is my soul mate and my best friend and whatever time we have is special. Sometimes, the time demands have me feeling like an adulterous lover trying to steal a ray from the sun. However, I would not love her if she wasn't dedicated to her children. Someday, when the nest is empty that dedication will be directed at me.

The school semester is around half way done and I long for its end. These reports are
a drain.

A discussion of profiling vs solid legal practice

There is a misconception over what is and is not profiling. Profiling is person x comes from country Y and with no other indicators is subjected to intense scrutiny based on his country of origin.

The term has been over used to prevent proper law enforcement. Person X comes from country Y and there is an established crime pattern Z with immigrants from Y. Evidence
indicates that person x has been involved with crime z. This is now a legitimate query as the person may or may not fit an established crime pattern. It is the officers duty to investigate the linkage.

When there is evidence of an actual violation of the law or links to an established crime pattern the term has no meaning.

The path of the Beak follow your heart and experience it all

I seldom talk about my life and where I came from. My parents became religious much later in life. My identity and friends were formed when I was plucked from them and placed into the world of the modern orthodox Jewish community. I remembered my friends missed them and the freedoms of the larger world. For six years I would dwell in that world where I never felt at home. I would journey to a private school that was non religious and feel equally lost there. My journey would take me back to a Yeshiva HS for one semester and then finally back to public school where I felt at home at last.I continued down this path and went to a non religious College and felt very much at home. I was blessed with very good looks and dated women from all faiths.

My journey took me to many jobs. I met many wonderful people and a few that were simply vile. The owner's wife of one of the companies was a vicious woman who made me long to be back with the criminals in the halfway house. I worked mainly in the fashion industry and am now a government officer.

I lived a life of freedom within my own moral codes. I experienced many things from different cultures. I willingly took what was freely offered, but never took what belonged to someone else knowingly. I never lied to get what I wanted and I was always faithful to whomever I was seeing.

I tried to be kind to others professionally and personally. I am a public servant with a dedication to the law and treating people as humanely as possible.

My soulmate is from a world I walked away from. Oddly, the things she loves the most about me came from those wanderings. I learned about romance from my father, but also
from the wider world. I am at ease beyond our community because I walk beyond it. I can walk anywhere and feel at home in NYC and likely beyond.

I lived my life following the calling of my heart and inner convictions. For me to sit respectfully in a Church has no conflict. For me to share a Christmas meal with Northwind's poor family was a pleasure until they started talking about marriage. Life is something to be experienced hopefully with a soul mate to share those adventures.

I am fortunate to have found my soul mate. There is no better feeling than journeying through life with a loved one at your side.

RIP Paul Harvey

I remember Paul Harvey's distinctive voice from the tube radio in my youth in the early 70's. He had a pleasant sound and those vocalic pauses were memorable even to a young child. As I grew older his voice was like that of a soothing relative. When I was in bad times between jobs talk radio helped me stay focused.

My journey took me to Vermont where I could hear some of my favorites at night. Paul Harvey and Rush are literally everywhere so for me it was a taste of home away.

I loved those 15 minutes of light radio fare with a voice that was trusted with a perpetual smile.

I am certain many of you will miss Harvey as well.

Dating a Single Mom

Over the years I have listened to many a single mom complain about men refusing to date them. I have dated single mothers before Sunbeam, but had not been in a serious relationship with one. I seriously doubt that if this were anyone else our relationship would have gotten off the ground.

A major turnoff for women is the workaholic man whose attention is always divided. Dating a single mother is the female equivalent of this situation. If you need to be the center of a woman's attention or life or have a big ego this is not for you. It is very frustrating having to deal with constantly altered plans, disrupted dates and moving from one distraction to another. I am hesitant to plan anything because every plan is subject to one emergency or another.

To her credit Sunbeam understands my frustration and at times exasperation with broken dates, dates that end early and constant texts. I also am understanding that there are children involved and some of this is normal and understandable.

The situation is tolerable because she knows I am frustrated with the situation and not her. I enjoy what time we have together always knowing the next text could end the date in minutes. Sunbeam would not be the woman I love if she were not a devoted mother. The key is to enjoy our time while we can but....

I will not criticize the next man for avoiding this situation. It is not an easy situation to be in and few women are worth the hassle of this scenario. Sunbeam is one of the rare ones who is worth this effort.

Wrong News Corp

The apology of Rupert Murdoch over the NY Post cartoons is dead wrong. The cartoon in question is part of a long tradition of portraying American presidents as apes going back to Ape Lincoln. The cartoon presented an recent news story and linked it to a policy. The link between Obama and a chimp was not even direct. One can look at plenty of far left commie type stuff making direct links between Bush and chimps.

Apologize for what??? Shall we become like the Muslims with the Mohammad cartoons.

The best three months of my life

I love Sunbeam with all my heart and it will be three months. She is everything I ever dreamed of and more giving, loving, brilliant, witty and at time fiery. I consider myself to be lucky such a beautiful and wonderful person shares my life.

Dating a single mother in year one of a divorce is not easy. I used to think I arrived too early and that my presence complicated things. I deal with the difficulties as they arise. Children and a bad divorce are never easy, but each and every day I do my best. Sometimes being there with an ear or a shoulder is enough. Other times I have to
fight my male inclination to try and fix things. Sometimes I step on toes by accident and it is rough on Sunbeam. She has the patience of a saint, but sometimes is a bit competitive with me.

I have my own madness and experiences. They are different from hers, but in the end I always do the right thing. She does have a point that there are lots of vegetarians, so the behavior of some maladjusted types shouldn't freak me out. I also tried to explain dating is also personal choice. There have been some angry with me because I chose Sunbeam over a younger woman from another race. There are some who will not date people of other religions or smokers. Thus the horror and anger I got for stating I would never start a relationship with a vegetarian took me by surprise. I bond through food and a person who could not share those experiences
would be missing out on a lot.

I do realize that vegetarians are a wide group. I have dated religious vegetarians
and it was no big deal as it was a given. When we move away from religious convictions I get nervous. Sunbeam assures me there are those who just dislike meat
and the notion of eating something that was alive. I understand that may the case in some instances, but in others I see high maintenance, control and people who idealize animals. FYI Fido and Fluffy are carnivores so feeding them anything other than meat is a form of cruelty to animals.

I have explored the themes of why some people do not like to be around vegetarians
and most of it is social skills. Nor should this be taken to say every person who doesn't eat meat is a boor. However, if you have observed people who behave like this let me know.

1 Some vegetarians are self righteous. You have your convictions please respect mine. I really do not want to hear about your morality and do not even try and impose it on me.

2 Please do not impose your will on the majority every time we socialize. One vegetarian should not set the social calendar of six meat eaters. This actually did happen and an occasional accommodation is different from catering.

3 Some vegetarians are manipulative. On more than one occasion I was promised sexual favors for not eating meat. Sorry, the human body is meat itself and I will never give in to that type of coercion.

4 Please do not ask for an ingredient list or piss off the wait staff. Just ask what vegetarian options exist.

This is a partial list and Sunbeam was right it is wrong to stereotype a wide range of people as maladjusted because of many bad experiences. Still I am a bit leery with non religious vegetarians. Simply put nobody really cares if you don't like meat
just do not inconvence others greatly and spare me the morality lectures.

Anti Semitic accademic clown gets fired

When you hear a communist praise a Jew the names you most often hear are Norman Finkelstein or Kovel. Bard College fired the clown who held the Alger Hiss chair and made the school a laughing stock. Kovel's work should be considered comedy with those of an IQ above freezing. His lunatic musings had been mocked by writers such as Eric Briendel and Ann Coulter.

No doubt he is crying victim of a Joooooish conspiracy.

The NY Post Cartoon

I read the cartoon in question and see zero reason for complaints. Politicians are regularly portrayed as Apes including Ape Lincoln and GW Bush. There is some really horrible racist history of comparing Blacks to apes. However, this cartoon made zero mention of Obama and was a comment on a government policy. One really needs to link the policy exclusively to Obama personally to make that link and even then it is tenuous at best.

how do you bond with your significant other

I was thinking about my time with Sunbeam who remains the love of my life. We are able to bond in many ways shopping, preparing a meal, sharing a meal, driving, movies, museums. One can argue if the bond fosters great lovemaking or the other way around.

My mother waits for my father no matter how late. They travel, go to museums and especially Broadway together.

This may sound cruel but food is an important part of the way I bond. I love to shop together, prepare a meal together, share a meal together and life with a vegetarian would be a lesser life for me. This is why when I hear a woman is a vegetarian I do not
consider her to be compatible with me. At one point Sunbeam was vegetarian and if she reverts I would never stop loving her but it would impact my ability to bond.

In reality this may sound funny but a persons vegetarianism is more intrusive than religion, orientation or any other factor. Someone who is Kosher or raised as a Hindu understands that others are different. They never preach or try and subject others to their ways. Even missionaries who try to convert me are respectful and kind. Vegetarians are obnoxious and self righteous and I do not want to hear it. I have never heard a gay person try to convert me and ask for anything other than tolerance. I have even had women promise me anything to give up meat and the choice is simple a nights pleasure no holds barred or a bucket of KFC. I chose the KFC much to the astonishment of a vegetarian who over rated her importance. Who wants to be with such manipulative idiot. The offers happened more than once and recently in VT.

Even a coworker who is vegetarian often dictates where the rest of us can go. I wish they would learn from those who keep Kosher and Hindus and learn to understand others
live differently. Drink a soda and try and be a good sport. Nobody wants to force you to eat meat but controlling others, subjecting them to guilt trips or political lectures is just wrong. As a person who does not drink or take coffee I go along with the group as a good sport.

I am tolerant up to the point where another tries to lecture me or force their will upon me. I am not bothered by religious, orientation and most political opinions. The sole exception are commies, anarchists and racial power freaks who witthout exception are the embodiment of evil and do try to subject their sick lifestyle on the rest of us.

The Beakerkin Follies

I want to start this post off by wishing my friend Jams condolences on the loss of his beloved cat Mimi. Mimi was photogenic and made all who viewed her misadventures smile.
I will miss the ever confused cats misadventures.

I want to talk about the changes in my life since I met Sunbeam. Voluntarily I have given up many of the things I enjoy in an effort to get closer to the one I love. M-F
I east almost all fish and vegies unless I luck into a kosher joint. I am able to find a little poultry on weekends and meat even rarer.

I was never big into pork except for an odd sausage or two rarely. I do not miss the shell fish much. I did enjoy a burger every now and then no biggie. So help me I miss the fried chicken. You can look at the blog and see many fried chicken references.

Sadly, I have been living near vegetarian for three months and it is not easy. I love Sunbeam and it is a small price to pay.

In general I view food differently than most. At work it is get it done and go. At home it is a shared family experience. I love to cook and share a meal with loved ones. If I could not share this experience, my life would be as happy. It is part of a family bonding process that I enjoy.

I miss a good chicken or even a bad one with a biscuit. I miss General Tso and the middle eastern kebabs. There isn't a kosher place within walking distance so I do my best. I find my weight dropping, my health getting better, but I am less jovial.

The French Approach vs NYC

The question of what to do with immigrants who violate our laws is best illustrated in the difference between the French approach and the NYC approach. France does not have the libertarian traditions of the US. For an American freedoms of religion, speech and the right to privacy in our homes are sacrosanct. The government under normal circumstances avoids families with the exception of domestic abuse. Where these traditions are violated is generally the work of some Marxist goon creating unamerican speech codes in the work or in a University gulag that go beyond common sense. In France there is a notion that all must be equal and that inequality violates the culture.

The reality of some of the cultures is at odds with these standards. Yet the question is do we as a society have the right to enforce certain norms. Do we want to denaturalize polygamists? Do we want to use coercive government tactics to enforce monogamy. Do we want to provide social services to women and children in confidence. Should our goal be to keep family unity at all costs?

In France the government uses coercive tactics to break up polygamous households without much success. Contrary to popular belief polygamy is not a free for all in the bedroom. In Africa the norm is that there are separate housing and space. This situation does not exist in even the largest apartment or home. The women interviewed describe the trauma of an extra wife. France offers large subsidized apartments as an incentive for women to leave the household and apparently there is an effort made to encourage divorce.

In Africa the tradition is to have as many wives as one can support. By providing financial incentives we are encouraging more polygamy. There is a difference between helping a family down on their luck who needs a hand and a person who seems to think he has divine sanction to flout the laws of the USA. I am perfectly willing to lend a hand to family A with three kids who just cant make it. I am not willing to help family B with two wives and six kids. Family B has knowingly violated US law deliberately and maliciously. Every applicant is asked directly do you intend to practice polygamy in the United States. Unlike a criminal act taking an extra wife is a planned activity.

The question is what do we as a society want to do. By use of the French model we risk not having the confidence of the women and children when they need social services. We also run the risk of Black robed Marxist freaks determining what is a viable family norm. Today it may be the Bhurka and tomorrow it could be Hasidic women in the PC cross hairs.

Sunbeam is in favor of family unity in the country of origin. I am more reluctant but note the arrogance of families who think that they are entitled to financial support as a divine right. There is a difference between a single mother with two
children and a polygamist with ten. I am also dead set against giving four bedroom houses to people who violate our laws. If they make enough to support themselves this becomes privacy.

Are we prepared to adopt the French model. Is denaturalization and deportation of people who lie to the government something we want to do.

There are no right answers on this one.

America is not Africa or Arabia. If you come here respect our laws and above all do not ask me to subsidize your violation of laws you promised you would respect. We do want to treat women and children who need help. However there has to be an understanding of the basic social contract.

Interesting Conversation between Lawman and MSW

When Sunbeam and I discuss a social ethical problem we view it from different perspectives. I am a law enforcement officer, but I want the law to be applied with as much common sense and deference as possible. Sunbeam expects certain norms to be respected as a condition for residence.

We had a interesting conversation about West African immigrants. West African countries have similar problems, but differ in degree. For example people from Ghana are less apt to have linguistic problems or practice polygamy than those from Mali. HIV in Mali probably is not as great a problem as it is in Nigeria.

In general I am a social libertarian. I really don't want the government in anyone's bedroom. I want people to respect the laws or at least have the common sense not to
flaunt its violation.

The question is what should the government do if anything about naturalized citizens who practice polygamy. I favor the NYC style of treating the families need without passing judgment. Sunbeam favors a more interventionist do not admit them in the first place. She is also in favor of family unity in whatever country of origin they
wish to practice polygamy. She does favor treating the children and women to needed social services. The French approach is more coercive where women are offered subsidized apartments provided they leave their husbands and are encouraged to divorce their husbands. She understands this approach and is far more sympathetic to it than I am.

I am reluctant to have the government decide whose practices are correct. I can envision a future where Chasidic women are viewed as persecuted due to the culture of arranged marriages and dress. This is also why I am very respectful when religious attire becomes obtrusive. The current policy is to have a female officer check the identity of women under religious garb that makes identification impossible. When this problem presented itself I also asked the subject if he would feel more comfortable with a female officer and was told no you are respectful. Switching officers is a lightning rod topic and is frowned upon. We have had cases where people ask for officers of another race, gender and ethnicity. These requests
are turned down as the applicant is reminded about respecting our traditions and the process.

Best Night of My Life

Sunbeam is a domestic goddess and prepared the most special evening for me. She caught me by surprise as I have always been the romantic one. If we think back of our
own lives there are always one or two people who loved us from afar. I have alway loved her and never forgot about how special she was. Most people can not compette
with dreams, but Sunbeam exceeds them in every way.

I am a very lucky man and I count my blessings each and every day. I work amongst the
fake, the lost, the clueless, the useless and somethimes I see the hopeful. Every week I see at least four childhood sweethearts or stories of a romance between family
friends or a siblings friend. I guess my situation is not quite as unique as I thought.

Common Place Jooo Hatred

Some of you have seen the story about a UK official who went postal in a gym. In general people should try to control themselves in public. However, this imbecile went on a tirade about killing Jews and Israelis. The reason Laxton felt so comfortable is that he probably went to a far left college, works in an agency staffed almost entirely
with the same far left types and probably socializes with all far left types.

I would like to say it is different in the USA. However, it depends on who the alleged
perpetrator is. If the statements are about Jews forget it. If the statements are about gays forget it. The system as designed now seems to be more of a tool by management trying to punish certain workers or workers using a political agenda than a coherent policy.

The entire matter should be handled with sanity, seriousness and skill. However, the comments of Laxton are a product of life in a monoculture.

A Beakerambo Update

Inquiring minds want to know what has happened to the much abused mascot of this blog Beakerambo. When we last left off Beakerambo had been accepted as the new student at Hogwarts. He was known for his proficiency in Professor Beamish's applied demolition course and his overall clumsiness.

Beakerambo is now at work on yet another new film. He plays mutant 3 in the new Wolverine film other wise known as Wolverbeaker.

Here is a clip.

Storm: There is something unusual about that cook.
Wolverine: He smells familiar... Oh wait that was the gas. It is hard to use my heightened senses in the Carnegie Deli.
Storm: Waiter is that cook new.
Waiter: He is new and very strange but he cuts pastrami better than anyone.
Professor X: I sense an idiocy me mee meep mi. It must be some sort of mind trap for telepaths.
Wolverine: I am going in.. So it is mutant 3 what are you doing here.
Beakerambo: Me meeep me %^&^* job you %&^*& meep me miii.
Wolverine: I wasn't meant to punch a clock like you.
Beakerambo: Me meep mi spandex %^^&^* bum *)*)*&)_(
Professor X: Make him stop this gibberish is causing me pain.
Storm:You will cease this attack or face storm.
Beakerambo:Me meep me miiii wind bag me mmeeeep.
Wolverine: Prepare to die. My healing factor is being neutralized by the cholesterol. Storm can't get off the ground after eating derma.
Professor X: Ohhh the indignity of being beaten by a half wit.

As the Apologists Lie

The truth about anti semitism and persecution of professionals in Hugo's madhouse becomes more blatant each day. His apologists would have you believe that the scores of people fleeing tyranny have nothing better to do than make up lies. These were highly successful people who should be the back bone of the economy. Instead they are harassed because the political abomination requires an other to rationalize its failures. The true believers will get some spoils but the loss of merchants and professionals ultimately does as much damage as oil price falls.

The apologists for Chavez were predicting he could defy the laws of economics and have a cyclical commodity rise linearly. As we have seen this is not the case. Anyone with basic competence in economics would have known this. Commies by nature of their low IQ failed to get this yet again. Have no fear the apologists will name another savior to replace Chavez and another and another.

It is time for the rest of us to get in the face of the traitorous apologists for a hostile regime. It just happens that everywhere communists set up shop the Jews suffer from their bigoted delusions. The problems repeated in several countries can not be laid at the feet of one source.

Scratch a commie smell the treason and bigotry.

Don't Hold Your Breath

Now that we are in a recession it is time to take on big education. The costs of higher ed are going through the roof. It is time to demand Universities do their jobs and eliminate all loans for degrees that do not lead directly to a job. If you want a degree in gender or peace studies do it on your own dime. The core curriculum of all Colleges accepting student loans should have a business base. Lets see is anthropology more useful than accounting to a job applicant.

We should also eliminate social science research. Let Marxist hacks publish worthless scholarship on their own dime.

The costs of higher ed is going to make on line education a viable alternative. Maybe Universities as we know it will be finished in ten years. The poster boys for what is wrong with American Universities are Ayers, Churchill and Chomsky.

Not Wrong

People who read this blog often get the wrong impression. While it is true that I am against Communism in all forms I am for sound regulation of business.

The recent scandals in business point to the dire need for governmental review of business. Left unregulated some businessmen will act criminally. Their is something wrong with a system that treats a buffoon like Madoff differently than a bank robber.
Let white collar vermin sit right in with drug dealers in a harsh lock up. No more country club prisons for these parasites.

I also am too familiar with employees of public corporations using corporate cards for hookers, drugs and lavish lifestyles. This behavior should be criminal even in private companies with bank loans.

Those of you familiar with this blog know that I spent years in the fashion industry where I witnessed all types of malfeasance. These corporations were private companies
but were heavily leveraged by banks making this type of activity criminal. I actually went on a job interview where the owner of the company asked me if I would
object to picking up his cocaine. The entire chain of delivery from suppliers to distribution is rife with graft.

My ire was reserved for the owners who complain about labor costs and expense lavish lifestyles on the company. One former owner complained about greedy union labor seeking $1.50 an hour raises. This same corporate skank expensed hundred dollar massages, limos to go eight blocks, monthly trips unrelated to business and bottle after bottle of booze on the company. Predictably when the company failed it was the fault of the union labor. Predictably, the same banks lent the same dolt money to fail a second or third time.

Obama is correct about limiting compensation to companies that get Federal bailouts.
However, the time has come to place teeth into agencies regulating business. The days of benign neglect and pretending business can regulate itself need to end.

Valentine's day the bane of every clueless guy

There is a day most of us guys dread it is the most uncomfortable pressure filled event of the year. The truth is that chances are you will disappoint that special person. For women who are unattached it is a reminder of their loneliness.

Option One

Flowers. Flowers normally cost an arm and a leg. I have seen $130 dollars for a dozen roses. Sunbeam is way too practical and told me no way. For that amount of money we could buy groceries for a week. I have bought one rose at a time, but we need a better
vase.

Flowers also die and leave you nothing.

Option two chocolates

This often results in hey dude are you trying to make me fat.

Actually, I did buy Sunbeam a Hersey Kisses set that comes in a wonderful tin that doubles as a candy dish. I thought she would enjoy the decorative tin more than the chocolates. I was surprised that Godiva apparently is kosher and bought a very small amount for her.

Option three Lingerie

Not a good idea at all. If you get the wrong size you may get beaned. If the outfit is too ahem slutty you get beaned. You might get beaned for sending the wrong message that all I you think about is sex.

Ladies you can actually learn a lot by walking with your guy into the lingerie section of a department store.

Option four Jewelry

This is a personal item and I am somewhat leery. I did pick out a very nice item that Sunbeam likes. A locket is usually safer than other items.

Option five

Fancy Resturant

Are usually very crowded on Valentine's day and most gouge the customers.

Perfume

Probably safe if you know what she likes but don't be cheap.

Lastly the part I personally dread picking out the card. You must send the right message at all times.

Good Luck

I would love there to be a regular heterosexual man day. It would be much easier than Valentines day on women. It would probably involve domestic beer, chips, something fried and football. That sounds like a good Superbowl party.

What is this crap First Americans ?????

The latest odd fashionable term for American Indians is First Americans. These odd terms are used by Bolshevik academic parasites whose sole encounter with American Indians was probably limited to a casino trip or watching Mazola commercials.

American Indians are one of the few groups NYC residents do not encounter. Thus my frame of reference was defined by idiotic anthropology professors. I was socialized to consider Indian a slur equivalent to the dreaded N word. Imagine my surprise when I visited Bad Eagle's site and learned the preferred term is Indian.

Beak on Poverty Dignity and Human Nature

I seldom talk about my life and career path.I meandered through many different paths and at one point was considering pursuing a degree in Psychology leading to either law school or an MSW. The first set of classes were real fun, but the further along I got the more disillusioned I got with the field. A certain familiar group of parasites has infiltrated what should be a noble calling and has politicized and perverted it into a politically and socially damaging shameful craft.

I began to question the entire profession and no doubt there are a few good ones out there and many situations where it helps. There is an almost entrenched effort by some to declare all forms of male behavior abnormal. I was subjected to unsubstantiated idiocy such as a presentation where a speaker said "All males are potential rapists".My response was that potential is meaningless unless it is followed. The speaker was a self actualized asshole and were such comments directed at women the speaker would have been censured. Among the other classics was marriage is a form of prostitution.Men invented marriage to control women. The notion of bringing up children in a stable family unit was termed paternalism.

Life interfered with my studies as I met a woman and fell deeply in love. It was apparent that she would not earn much so I shifted focus to a business degree. I was still planning to go to law school but my girlfriend could not handle being made to wait more time. Before I graduated Wall Street crashed and the jobs that were supposed to be there were gone. I was cast adrift without a plan to the winds of fate and ended up in the fashion industry.

I am studying with Sunbeam the texts for her MSW classes. One book is entirely political with sweeping generalizations written by a Marxist dolt. What relevance does Reagan's alleged paranoia about Communists have to do with learning the skills required to be an effective social worker. FYI The communists were actually Stalinists beholden to a genocidal mass murder and a hostile foreign power. There are other passages about immigration policy, global warming and political analysis.
This material is actually poorly written Marxist propaganda that would not survive even the most routine critical scrutiny.

I am not the type to be subjected to this type of atrocity and remain silent. Perhaps I am where I belong as a law enforcement officer. Sadly, much of the policies and training material is written by the same University garbage as the books
Sunbeam has to read. It is important to respect diversity, gender and orientation in and outside of the workplace. Yet the reality is that the rules and procedures are abused in a witch hunt manner at times by opportunists. Two men talking about motor oil and car parts is normal, but to a militant was termed creating a hostile work atmosphere. Questioning if a 53 year old woman gave birth in a third world country known for polygamy was termed racism by the same crew.

Sorry for the Gap in Posts

There has been an abnormally heavy work. I am still with Sunbeam who amazes me more every day. I am lucky such a beautiful and kind woman is interested in me. I treasure our moments together and she makes me happier than I ever felt in my life. I always wanted to be with her and she is even better than anything I ever dreamed of. She made a wonderful pot dish with beef and barley. My blood pressure and weight is way down and I generally do not eat beef or poultry. I love them but keeping my weight down as well as trying to get closer to kosher are important.

The cast of characters is the same. The Princess and I have not spoken for well over two weeks. Cafeteria food was not good enough for her when I was fetching. Now it has become acceptable as she is paying for her food. She desperately wants some contact but my door is always closed. The vegan is a good friend who is genuinely happy for me. I like her as a person and hopes she finds someone to make her happy. M is still sweet and desperately trying to lose weight. She is trying my diet but it does not look good but it is better than before. For her this weight loss is a matter of life or death as she has had one stroke already. J is an amazing person who
is the company gossip. I will be with Drummaster and Rav Roov for the Superbowl. I chose not to hang with the coworkers as they tend to get smashed and do things that were never appropriate for me.

I will write some political stuff later.

The Mideast Mess

The truth is the mideast is the way it is because certain people need it so. There could be peace tomorrow if the following truths were known.

1 There is not nor were there ever any Palestinians. There are Arab refugees who are in fact colonial invaders with a lengthy colonial history. That being said Egypt and Jordan are responsible parties that should make workable agreements. Certain land on the West bank should be retained by Israel and there needs to be some population transfer.

2 Certain thuggish Muslim countries need Israel as the other to justify their brutal
control. Syria is a Marxist mess run by an Alawite clique that is 12% of the population. Iran also plays the Israel card to bolster its popularity.

3 Communists need Israel so that they can stoke populist anti-semitism and form grand
aliances with jihadis, Nazis and other freaks.

The truth is that certain people benefit from the current situation and require a perpetuation of the status quo.

Still the Same

Those of you reading this over the last two months are probably wondering what happened to Beakerkin. I am still the same man with the same opinions and humor, just there is a lot less of me these days.

I have known Sunbeam for well over thirty years. She was always a very special person who I have had very deep feelings of love for. Growing up one could always tell she was loving and giving. When I heard her name again it took me seconds to contact her. At first I did not want to meet her because I do not look like I did when she last remembered me.

In college I was a very good looking man who did not lack for attention. In many ways
this hurt me as a person because too many opportunities were available. I fell in love with the wrong person and drifted through a series of bad relationships.

Unlike me Sunbeam has only become more beautiful with age. She has a vibrancy that I never expected and is even better than my dreams. She is really much smarter than I am and has a better temperament. An immigration officer and a social worker seem like
an odd match. However, I have always followed my heart to the extent allowed by the law. Sunbeam is not adverse to locking up those who deserve it. My greatest pleasure
as an officer is fixing what had been previously wrong. Sunbeam has chosen gerontology as her field and serves those who need an ear in their last days. I am blessed by her presence and her love will extend my days and enrich my nights.

My coworkers had a hard time accepting the new me. They were used to the cynical type who was aloof. One idiot even suggested that I was never married and pestered me for a picture of my ex wife. I did show a picture without figuring my coworkers could deduce who the other person was. The picture created quite a stir and the cleanin woman placed it with the other black and white movie photos. I dated but without a purpose and many times I just never even bothered when opportunity knocked.

My whole outlook has changed. People ask me where I would go on vacation. If I was alone a drive in a wild section would do. However, now that I have Sunbeam I want to
go everywhere and anywhere so long as she is with me. Her smile brightens my day and makes everything special.

Even a simple trip to the grocery store with her is an amazing experience. In my previous incarnations I had to cook and shop. I actually cook quite well and use different ingredients. I can not use some of the dishes because Sunbeam is kosher. However, this is not an impediment as it was my natural state as well. I adapted to
the demands of previous relationships, but can just as easily revert to my natural state. This may sound odd but I really do not miss much of the non kosher stuff. Perhaps the only thing I will genuinely miss is swordfish. As stated earlier left to my own devices any pot dish made in a loving home is better than the best restaurant
fare. I made them in a previous relationship and they were appreciated, but never tasted right to me. I was not my grandmother, mother, sister and no woman in a relationship ever made me a pot dish. I was always more skilled or perhaps nobody cared enough to make me one.

I am still interested in politics and am the same person with the same passions. I still loathe communists, support Israel, love America and am more or less a social
liberal. I do not see anything wrong with helping a married couple who has a kid or two with an occasional helping hand. There is a difference between a married couple in a committed relationship with children and a never been married woman with children from different fathers.

I still support the right of gay people to live with dignity. I also do not support changing the definition of religious terms to suit the tastes of manifesto carrying black robed freaks. Religion is important as long as it respects life and builds communities. Even Rav Roovs congregation seems to cater to the lost among us. I feel very at home there and can not explain why. The notion of a God ordering me to kill
unbelievers to create utopia is an abomination. In reality a Junglemom or a Papa Frank help the poor as a religious calling and that is the way it should be. These
true religious types manage to serve their communities without gulags, power mad scams or insane liberation theories.

Sunbeam has not changed me as much as she has enriched my life. The other day she gave me a beautiful card. Part of it is sad because nobody has ever given me a card like that with such a loving personal message. Then again I never wrote rich love poetry for anyone else either. Sunbeam is my equal in all categories and I can talk about anything except raising children with her.

If one were to observe me at work you would see a person of contrasts. I am very sensitive to victims of crime and domestic violence. I know when to let the gentler side of my persona take hold. When it is a genuine relationship I work hard to make it a pleasant experience. Yet when it is not I can also fight tooth and nail for a withdraw. I let the evidence speak to me and sometimes the book is just wrong. My boss once told me I do not care what the book says that couple is married for over thirty years. Over time he was proven correct and I learned that a gut feeling sometimes is more insightful than the book.

The magic of a true love is that the changes are subtle and the best qualities are enriched. Sunbeam has changed my life for the better and I am content to do my best to fill the remainder of our days with love and warmth.

I am a very lucky man who is blessed on many levels. I have a great job, a good family, wonderful friends, I reside in an ideal spot and I have the rarest of all gift the true love of a soul mate. My life has never been better.

Beakerkin Goes to War

Not Exactly

A great number of my coworkers will be taking the day off to watch the inauguration. I do not share their enthusiasm for Obama. Many of them voted for him out of ethnic pride
and I understand symbolism.

It will be a tough day at work as the remaining folk will have to work very hard. I plan on bringing my A game with me.

Obama was elected on the heels of a financial mess largely by a compliant media that let him get away with saying hope and change endlessly.

Disadvantages of Weight loss

For the first time in my life I genuinely feel cold. I feel it in my bones on a cold day like never before. I am typically good up until 15 degrees and seldom cold even
in Vermont.

I have from dreams of women to dreams of pot roast. Sunbeam meets my needs for love, but I hunger for a good old pot roast. I am so wound on this new diet I was talking about cheating the other day with a small slurpee after work. Sunbeam encouraged me to go for it as I put in a twelve hour day. It is odd that such an item on a cold day would stir me so.

I am very careful about what I eat. I gave up regular soda around four years ago. Salted Snacks around six months ago and candy before that. I now eat a roll with margarine, Fish and vegies with a cup of lentil soup for dinner and a small tuna sandwich for dinner. I see chicken on Fridays at dinner or perhaps at lunch.

I decided to lose the weight because I want to have as much time as possible with Sunbeam. Her love is the difference between existing and living. Her smile and a gentle hug are all I need.

She does read this blog and will probably joke about pot roast. I have always loved pot roast. It is very funny as I can cook gourmet fish and poultry with ease. However, if given my own devices I would sooner have a pot roast or any odd chicken in a pot dish than restaurant fare. There is something about a pot dish made by a person who loves their audience that gets lost in an industrial setting.

Pot dishes do have their weaknesses. They are not suitable for candle light dinners
or even dinner parties. They are almost familial affairs and are off at another level.

I also find my sense of humor is not as rich as when I am eating junk food. I also think I am less patient and more grouchy. I am definitely more confident romantically, but that is all Sunbeam.

Wanderings

I went with Sunbeam and her family to visit Rav Roov I picked a bad day as it was 3.7
degrees when I left on a four mile uphill walk. My time in VT prepared me well as I wore layers. Normally my legs are fine but they were cold. I have lost well over 30lbs in six months.Near the end I stopped in at 7-11 to buy a small peanut butter and jelly sandwich as I needed the extra calories in the extreme cold. It took about 15 minutes to warm up and another 5 to get the bus to the next leg.

This may sound funny but I had a problem sweating from the layers and it is potentially dangerous in those temperatures. I used the ferry ride as time to alter the layers for the next part of the trip.

I made it to synagogue but elected to tell the curious that I was a friend of the Rabbi. Rav Roov quickly told the curious that I was in fact his younger brother. I am his younger older brother but this is a running joke.

Sunbeam came with her father and my brother greeted them as honored guests before his sermon. For those of you who think Kahanism is authentic Judaism, listening to this sermon should be mandatory. In short those who commit evil and pretend they are religious disgrace our community and Baruch Goldstein was one of many singled out.

I met Sunbeam's dog and it went as well as such an event can go with a shi tzu. I am
not a fan of small dogs as my temperament is more geared to a lower tempo less caffeinated type like a pug, bull dog, lab or most good old mutts. The dog does like me but alternates between love and warfare in as short as a five minute span. I am like King Kong so the attempts to bite are at worst annoyances.

This was the first time Sunbeam or I met a sibling and my nephew was present. My nephew is a good kid and he had a very interesting friend. He is always well behaved and about the worst behavior he does is watch the Mets.

This was also the first time both sets of parents met. It went well except for my mother's desire to be a detective/ Dr Phil. She likes to solve mysteries that do not exist and accidentally blows things out of proportion. Nothing terrible, just same old foolishness and my not dealing better with it.

I went to a Pro Israel rally and was surprised by the high turnout. The assorted politicians were there and a guest appearance by Rep Wiener. He got a huge response
when he called Jimmy Carter an "abomination". His speech was excellent and this comes from a person who has loathed him previously. I wish Gov Patterson would dicth
Kennedy and Cuomo and give the job to Wiener who is far better prepared. I did enjoy
the speeches of Councilman Oddo and our Borough President Molinaro. However, after being exposed to a typical Col Bernie Saunders ( Clown from VT) rant anything is an improvement. Obviously, there are no IQ or drug testing requirements for public office in VT.

Of course there were about 20 clowns trying to counter protest. As the event was held
indoors at the JCC this was just vanity. The protesters were mostly Arabs with no communist lackeys. If this were in Manhattan there would be an army of Commies manipulating the event. Commies are the political equivalent of hemorrhoids.

The End of Sanity

I do not understand why certain groups think they have the right to make judgments. We take EEO classes that spell out what behaviors are acceptable. The training specifically states one is not to question the religious commitment of your employees.
I went to leave early to be with Sunbeam. My boss told me I am not a Jew and to stop pretending. This scenario is covered in our training and I reminded my boss who said it again.

I have dealt with stupidity at work including a coworker who asked me of Madoff "Why did the Jew rob people." I also had the classic about Jews on Welfare.

Oddly this came from the same person who seriously considers the term "sweatshop" racist. Sorry but my I worked in the fashion industry for years and that term is a given.

Of course these same people are given to anti gay slurs. I do not know why the very people who will deservedly crucify someone for using the N word will turn around and
call a person a faggot with impunity.

Victim culture has made Orwell's words a reality. All animals are equal, but some are
more equal than the rest.

Be Yourself

Those of you who regularly read this blog know of my deep love for a woman I call Sunbeam. She is the light in my life and warms my heart. I am a very changed man as her love has enriched my life.

Some of my coworkers do not like the new me. I am more confident, slimmer and less concerned by the whims of abusive types.

We define ourselves and the changes in my life were never demands from Sunbeam. When I divorced I walked away from many things and lived in the present. The coworkers who do not like the new me will have to adjust.

I have also learned my lesson about people who claim to speak for everyone. I speak only for myself and do not need everyone to talk for me. Cliques are the realm of very shallow and often very cruel people. In reality it was they who changed me into something I was not. Even when I was younger and very good looking I loathed dance clubs. I certainly did not need them to find dates. I liked a one on one date where my attention was focused and I could be myself.

The man about town is not me, it was never me. I walk with Sunbeam in a mall and we look like a married couple. Illusions are for those who can not deal with reality. My
life with Sunbeam is better than any illusion or fantasy of popularity.

Too patient

The Israelis have been far too patient with the situation in Gaza. The far left anti semites are going to complain anyway so invade away. The notion that firing rockets at Jewish civilians is just an inconvenient fact.

If the people of Gaza are suffering it is for a communist contrived myth of a fake ethnicity. Every pointless death is at the feet of the far left and its absurd twists
to co-opt populist antisemitism. The Pseudostinian is actually better off dead than living as an Egyptian.

Egypt needs to take back its territory and end this game.

Obvious end to the farce in Gaza

The demented morons of the world are now letting people suffer for a communist contrived fiction. The residents of Gaza have and always were Egyptian. The Palestinian
ethnicity is a contrived publicity ploy that was easier to market than Judenfrei real estate.

After the Soviets goaded and provoked the Arabs into escalating hostilities and the ensuing disaster ( Foxbats over Dimona) this fake ethnicity was contrived. The cry of
Jews into the Sea was too odious for anti semitic Euros to accept soon after the Holocaust so a fake ethnicity was created.

There is no case for Palestine and any comparison of Pseudostinians with Tibetians, Kurds, African and Indian tribes or the residents of Brooklyn shows that the case for Palestine is a joke at best. Lets see Palestinians have a regional accent but so do Brooklynites, Texans and many other places. People who were born in Brooklyn have no biological ties to the Canarsie Indians and neither do Arabs have any ties to Philistines, Finkelsteins or Phyliss Diller.

Commies are very fond of talking about colonialism and indigenous people except when those people happen to be Jews and other minorities under Islamic hegemony. These minorities lived under a Jim Crow domination in their own lands. When Muslims and their Marxist apologist deny this history they are on a par with Holocaust deniers.
Muslims live in denial of historical facts where the colonial oppressors are perpetual victims. How does a group colonized and treated worse than Blacks under Jim Crow become oppressors in any coherent discussion. Arabs as victims is as absurd as Indians and Black slaves oppressing white settlers.

If the world were serious about ending the mess in Gaza it would tell Egypt to end this farce now. Egypt should anex the area and end this farce. Let the residents of Gaza be what they have always been in the first place Egyptians.

True peace in the region requires the end of Cold War far left propaganda points. There are no Palestinians and this contrived label has been a Marxist ploy to make populist antisemitism socially acceptable.

2008 What a Year

When 2008 started I had just finished roaming the country. When it ended I had just started a relationship with the woman I had always dreamed of. 2008 was a magical year
for me. It had ups and downs but I never imagined I was still capable of a type of intense love. Through it all my loving blog family has been there each step of the way.

Many people misinterpret the changes I have made in my life as Sunbeam exerting control. That which is freely given is not control, nor would she ever do so. I wish to live a long happy life together with her and anything that furthers that goal makes me happy. Changing my diet, skipping dance clubs and missing football games are a small price to pay for happiness.

Mostly Good

I met with Sunbeam's parents in Baltimore. The meeting went well but we did get the expected slow down bit. They are wonderful people, but I made a point of bringing a big fruit basket. My family sent a bottle of wine, chocolate covered nuts dates. I treated
the entire family to a movie. One can not be too careful about seeing a movie with your
girlfriends parents but the Benjamin Button film worked. As usual I forgot the senior citizen discount, but Sunbeam rescued me.

We did not get to see AOW due to a very minor medical issue and the early Sabos.

I made a point of letting Sunbeam know she can drive my car. She enjoyed it so much I never got it back. The car was recently refurbished and is well tuned. I just drove a few blocks and that was it.

Sunbeam is a pleasure and I have never been happier in my life. I have never experienced such love and kindness in my life.

Sunbeam has figured out that I do know how to cook. In a previous relationship I did
all the cooking. We made a meal yesterday and I learned how difficult it is to cook for young children. In a large family such as the one I grew up in it was easier as it was impossible to cater to five kids. Sunbeam will be by my parents house in two
weeks. She is much easier to cook for than yours truly as I do not go near some vegetables.

I am a very lucky man as Sunbeam guides me with her light and warms my heart.

The First of Many Trips

Today Sunbeam and I take our first road trip together. It is another first for us. I will be reconnecting with her family after 20 years. My context will be much different
and I am now a man. However, this is somewhat easier on me and them because I am not an unknown.

One of the ultimate boyfriend tests is do you let your girlfriend drive your car. I enjoy my car, but Sunbeam is the love of my life so it is a no-brainer.

I am taking ribbing from the guys about not watching football to be with Sunbeam. I love Sunbeam and enjoy the Giants. There is no choice as every moment spent with Sunbeam is precious. This is the woman I want to marry and spend the rest of my life with. The choice should be obvious to those with a brain. Sunbeam did not force me to choose and understands. I will not be going to my coworkers superbowl party. I want to spend my time with Sunbeam.

I have always known Sunbeam was special and the type of woman I wanted to spend the rest of my life with. Unfortunately, we never had a private conversation where I could convey my feelings. I am much different in private and those who see me in that
context will gladly inform you.

It is funny going from clown to romantic role model in my office. I still enjoy a laugh or two especially with good cases. However, my female coworkers prefer this aspect. Sometimes they smile at some of the stories like Sunbeam and I having the same taste in Art.

There is a picture in my office that is there for many reasons. There is a picture of me at 22 with my exwife. The Princess did not believe such an inept clown had ever been loved much less married and pestered to see a picture of my exwife. I never figured that she would deduce who the man in the picture was. The picture still creates a stir and is described as movie star good looks. The other day new workers were amazed and said it was no joke.

The picture served as a reminder to the twenty somethings that think they own cool and know everything about sex. It says point blank I was better looking and cooler than you will ever be. For the applicant the picture serves as a reminder of what a couple in love should look like.

I am an officer and am proud to serve the American people. However, when my life is summed up the title I will take greatest pride in will be beloved husband. There is now a woman behind my efforts and all my work is no longer a product of pointless pride. I always think about how Sunbeam has enriched my life and added purpose to my days.

I also am thankful to those of you who believed that something like this was possible. I remember and am reminded of the different reaction of my friends to Northwind.

I am going to see if we can get Sunbeam to visit over the weekend.

Taking the car out

It has been a year and a half since I returned from Vermont. I have only placed 2000 miles on my car since then. Most of that was done by Drummaster. The car has been in dry dock as a check engine light went off on Sunday. The radiator hoses and the transmission sensor went.

Even the mechanic was amazed at the good overall condition of the car. Sunbeam is going to switch her van for my sedan and the drive to Baltimore. She wants to drive my car and I trust her with everything else. I have never driven south on 95, but it is no big deal.

Yesterday Sunbeam got word that she passed the exit exam for her bachelors degree. Her graduate school application is still out there. She has a long road ahead to her Masters Degree.

I am so proud of her accomplishment.

The next hurdle is an MSW.

Christmas and New Years 2008

When 2008 opened I had just returned from a cross country trip. The year wasn't easy
but it had a great ending. I heard a voice from my past the one I always loved from afar reach out to me. I never thought I would be worthy of her grace and charm.

My life is much better now than it has ever been. I have the woman of my dreams by my side. After a life time of the big guy upstairs handing me comedic lines I not only get
the girl I get the one I longed for. My coworkers have noticed the change and I have also lost 50lbs over the year. Sunbeam not only fills my heart she has probably lengthened my days.

I am always thankful for my blog family who always stood by. Many of you always said I needed a good woman in my life. Most of you hated Northwind who just wasn't up to the job. At some point Sunbeam will stop in and you will get to meet her.

I feared love and this may sound funny. I always feared getting hurt or even worse hurting someone. Even the tears of someone unworthy like Northwind sting at my soul.
Even a chunky bachelor gets plenty of offers from many beautiful women. As men get older in NYC we go from doing the hunting to being the hunted. Sadly women find long term romance with men 15 years older or flawed men. I found myself tempted by many offers, but Sunbeam is the one I always wanted. I knew she was special even thirty years ago. I had no idea how vibrant she was and she has grown more beautiful over time.

It is a good thing to fall in love with the right person. I bask in the warmth of my
sunbeam. I count my blessings every morning and live for her smile or a text. I no longer am playing out my days or am racing towards infinity. I envision a series of wonderful misadventures with her as the chapters will only get better towards the end.

All right now it is time for you to help Beakerkin. I am planning to watch some films
with Sunbeam. Sunbeam was going to indulge me and watch some of my favorites but that
doesn't seem fair. Lets have some suggestions.

I was going to watch the Quiet Man and the Searchers with her.

Ducky Do not suggest Battleship Potemkin or mission to Moscow. Dr Zhivago might be good if she hasn't seen it.

New Direction

Those of you familiar with this blog know that the issues of domestic violence are important to me. I have written several posts about the issue at various times.

I will be given my highest honor and be trained to hear domestic abuse cases at work. I
consider it an honor as such cases require tact and sensitivity. These are the cases that I will remember for a lifetime.

I am fortunate in that I did not have to tell Sunbeam why this type of case is important to me. She knows this is my calling and loves me for it. Real men protect those who are vulnerable.

Riots in Greece

There used to be an arrogant condescension from Europe about riots in America. This arrogant mindset ignores its own rising crime rates, riots and social disorder. It may
have taken a while to get aid to the victims of Katrina. However, wholesale riots in France, Greece and elsewhere are a different matter. Katrina was a natural disaster, not a breakdown in law.

Leftists will spin these riots in their own demented anarcho marxist stupor. However,
such riots in a normal country push the votes to the right.

Those in Europe who look upon the rest of the planet as the apex of civilization need
to look in their own countries first. The ugly American has been replaced by the useless know it all Euro. Sorry, but Euros who visit Disney and NYC do not have a clue
about America.

Next on the List

I will be traveling to Baltimore to meet her family. Unlike my family, her family knows
me very well as I was frequently in their home for years. One might be surprised that knowing this that they still approve.

I am no longer the growing boy with the good sense of humor. I am not the college kid with the sweet boy band look anymore. I am officer Beakerkin and I have a larger than life persona even amongst officers.

I will be traveling with her to Baltimore. She really enjoys driving, so I will let her
drive my car. My car is not the easiest to drive, but she isn't frightened.

I am going to try and see AOW on the 26th with Sunbeam.

A Case of Nerves

Today Sunbeam meets my parents for the first time as my soul mate. I have complete confidence in her. My signal to my mother when she is been embarrassing is to mention
Shakespeare. Of course this does not work with an English major.

Sadly she has her finals and the meeting will be brief. Annoying professors do not make
allowances for couples in love.

I will be meeting her family next week. I know them for thirty years, but being a boyfriend is a different matter than family friend. Sunbeam knows her family and I will
rely on her.

Back from the Dead

Some of you were worried about me during my assignment. Sunbeam is a wonder and is truly my soul mate. She understands me better than I understand myself. Her smile and caring nature captivate me. I long to make her happy and live for her smile.

I had thought feelings like this were a relic of my life twenty years ago. I can talk with her about anything and she is my best friend. I consider myself blessed by her presence.

I have never been happier in my life than when I spend time with her.

Out of Town

I am on a work related assignment and will be away for a few days. Sunbeam is a revelation and brightens my days with her wisdom aand love. I am blessed.

Ladies have some sense

I am saddened by what appears to be another tragedy at a club in NYC. People go to these clubs are more often than not the wrong people. I dreaded going there with coworkers as I wouldn't go alone.

I hear the familiar complaint from my female coworkers that there aren't nice guys out there. They are out there, but you need to do your homework. Ask friends, family and coworkers as they know more than one will find in a club. If he is over 40 you may need to be more assertive and patient. He may have had a few bad relationships and has stopped looking. Treat the search as if you are looking for a new job. Learn to read his body language and eyes.

The clubs are filled with empty vain people. Things are not what they seem and people
believe too easily. I was supposed to go with my coworkers on Friday. However, when a man has a soul mate such places are wastes of time.

Nobody asked me but......

The Obama administration wants to create jobs via public works. The notion of domestic drilling must seem to elude Obama. Giving tax credits to build new and expand existing refineries and power plants would be a good place to start. Lets see if we have to endure another big digg.

NYC reacts to Mumbai

As predicted NYC has reacted to the massacre in Mumbai with special training.Sunbeam is
worried about my safety. I am in the safest location in the city on a low floor. Concrete barriers prevent traffic from approaching the building. Parking is tightly regulated and cars are inspected before entry.

The notion of a band of Mumbai style in my building is not likely as around 1/3 of the people who work here are armed. and entry is via revolving doors with several armed guards and metal detectors up front.

Sunbeam embodies the best of the nurturing qualities of womankind. Her concern over my safety is touching, but I am in the safest part of the City.

NYPD has begun training Police to deal with this type of attack. However, traffic and the vast numbers of crowded people make an effective response without large numbers of casualties unlikely. Mayor Bloomberg's antigun mania makes this type of attack more dangerous. In a mall or a crowded street such an attack would meet a disarmed populace.

Double game

Pakistan plays a double game of pretending to be all things to everyone. It pretends it
is trying to reign in terror even as Al Queda and the wacky anti Indian groups operate on its soil. The episode shows no matter how much is granted to some Muslims it is never enough. India gave up large portions of its territory to create Pakistan, an ethnically cleansed state. Muslims did not leave India and yet they demand more land for more ethnically cleansed states.

The double game is pretending to be doing something about terror while actually doing nothing at all other than provide excuses. Let India do what it feels it must. Perhaps the folks in Pakistan will get the hint that this double game needs to end.
