Yet Another 9-11

Long term readers of this blog know I had a front row seat on 9-11. On this day years ago lunatic followers of Islam attacked my city. This does not mean that I blame all Muslims. I do not blame patriotic Muslims like Stephen Schwartz or the man at the next desk. That being said there can be no tolerance of those who advocate violence for a warped vision of Eden.

There are those on the left incoherently blaming Bush and the Joooos er Zionists for this attack. Bush had been in office for months. The truth was the first people to exploit 9-11 were Communists who stabbed America in the back right after the attack. While the smell of burning evil clung to the ground Communists held a Nuremburg style antisemitic hate rally. They blamed the Jooos for this attack and started the conspiracy movement and asked "WHY DO THEY HATE US?".

When you see a Truther, you are seeing a mentally defective traitor? Of course the vast majority of them are Marxists. They are subhuman pariahs and  it took the amateur in DC to appoint one of these freaks into the cabinet. Of course lefties want to rail against Glenn Beck for pointing out the truther past of Van Jones.

Now we have come full circle and the empty shirt wants to drag us into pointless military action to save his bloated ego. Do you see the airheaded Hollywood lefties? Of course not, because the Savior is a fellow lefty
and no matter how corrupt and stupid he gets a hall pass.

If you see a truther ask them how long have they been mentally disturbed? We are only asking questions about the state of your mental health, low IQ and tendencies towards treason? Remember to laugh at them and pile on the ridicule.

No war for stupidity

There are those that claim all of the opposition to Obama's policies are personal. It is because of the deranged cult of personality that views Obama as the Savior. In essence he was given a hall pass by the MSM because of his race. The election of Obama, nor any other official, could redeem America from its racist past. The real tragedy is the two groups that voted in large  numbers for Obama were screwed over the most by his idiotic policies. Full time jobs are not available  because Obama pushed a stupid health care program without a single Republican vote. He keeps pushing back the implementation so that Democrats don't get crushed for his folly.

There is no vital US interest in Syria. The Obama administration has zero credibility due to its mounting lies on Obama care and feigning ignorance on a series of genuine scandals that make Watergate look trivial. We are supposed to believe that Obama has a plan to get Assad out of Syria, but he can't get Lois Lerner off the payroll or Charlie Rangel out of DC.

Obama embraced every far left criticism of GW Bush. However, GW Bush went to the UN had a broad coalition and congressional support. Thus far we might have some limited support from France. The claims that Israel supports this are entirely contrived by the Obamunists. Allegedly, Obama's best buddy, the Jew hating tyrant in Turkey supports this idiotic action. However, I don't see any troops or planes from Turkey in support of this. This action might even cause a coup in Turkey.

This is a stupid policy and the House should deliver a spanking. Obama is not shrewd enough to do some horse trading to get the votes needed in the House. Short of making huge changes in Obamacare and dropping immigration reform he has nothing to offer Republicans for his folly.

Harry's Place Fraud

I want to point out that Harry's Place used to be a wonderful resource. It was the home of the many wonderful posts of Michael Ezra that should be required reading for all. It was a good site that fought the noble fight.

There is a cancer at HP and it is the American Correspondent Gene Zitver. Gene is the most intellectually lazy and craven blogger on the web. He is a dual national with loyalty to neither America or Israel. His loyalty is to a corrupt and unethical lame duck moron. Harry's Place was not created to be the Obama Cult HQ. Zitver could have placed the Obama worship elsewhere.

The cult of personality bit is completely over the top. We are supposed to hate the man that saved Israel, because he uttered a few inexcusable lines in private. Yes Nixon did say dumb things, but he was a greater

friend to Israel than Barry O. Nixon did not sit in a racist antisemitic church for two decades and feign ignorance. 

HP feigns that it is pro-Israel and that it fights antisemitism. This is a blatant lie and the site has spent more time criticizing Pam Geller and Robert Spencer then discussing antisemitism in the USA.

1) The site did countless false stories on the TEA Party that has not been accused of antisemitism or linked to terrorism. It did not do a single post on the most vapid forms of Jew Hatred at OWS. When pressed to comment the airhead Zitver stated that a few antisemites does not infer the whole grouping had a problem. 

Funny because Gene went postal for alleged racial slurs aimed by a few Tea Party protesters at a Black Congressman. There were hundreds of cameras that somehow missed this. In fact anyone familiar with Tea Party events grasps this is unlikely as they tend to be law abiding and will toss racists quickly.About the worst thing I ever heard at a Tea Party event was Aacorn sucks. I specifically went looking for bigots and violent types and couldn't find them. I found Jew haters at OWS in minutes.

2) Gene is fond of imagined claims of antisemitism when it comes to Glenn Beck. A group that is paid for by Soros accuses Beck of being antisemitic for quoting Soros. Glenn Beck supports the State of Israel and Soros is considered such a pariah he has to hide his donations from J Street.  

3) Gene also ignored the gaffe where the Savior proclaimed he knows more about whats in Israel's interests 

then its elected leaders. This is classic Obama arrogance and megalomania. The State of Israel has a Democratically elected leader he despised. Gene supports the notion of an imperial Obama imposing peace on Israel over the democratically elected leader.

4) You can look for stories of lefties abusing college students at American universities at Harry's Place but they aren't there. On the rare occasion you see a story of an American Professor acting grossly negligent it is posted by a UK contributor.

The site really has very little to do with Israel and pretty much functions as the Obama Cult HQ. As it becomes apparent that Obama has abused his powers, caused long term damage to the economy and is about to use the military for an ego trip Gene continues pouring the Kool Aide.

Historically, leftist clowns claim that those on the right are brainwashed by Faux News and all march to the

beat of Limbaugh, Beck and whatever, You can find plenty of disagreement on a range of issues on the right.

Gay Straight Black White and everything in between

In an earlier era we could remember when women were elegant and refined.  Unfortunately, in the new era they can be as coarse and angry as the rest of us. Nobody, loves to be dumped and yes it sucks but at least there was a time where at least women moved ahead.

Previously, I spoke of the very cruel notes to law enforcement about former lovers. You never see the numbers or really nasty stuff in the snitch letter sent by men. The other day I had to sit in and listen to yet another story of a former girlfriend attacking the current wife of a man. You seldom if ever see these stories in the paper.

If you are wronged show difficulty move ahead and never look back. Don't return the calls of the person and move ahead. They will probably call you sooner then you think and a polite hangup feels good. Sorry, just not interested you were unreliable and just quite as good as you think. This sounds funny but when you fight
and play the game you give them the attention that feeds the ego. Be firm and just state they were a bore. There really is no comeback from that.

Ethics

I am sometimes floored by the way rules seem to exist only for those of rank and file. Management holds workers to impossible often arbitrary standards and holds itself to none.

The federal government badly needs anti nepotism laws to be enacted and enforced. There is no need to have immediate relatives in the same agency. There are plenty of other federal agencies to work at. The same manager who was promoted swiftly through the ranks will lecture you about imagined appearances of impropriety just happens to have a relative high up the chain in management.

Under the Obama administration EEO actions and ethical practices seem to be out of control. There are tight rules and regulations that govern what officials can say to each other. For example if another agency wants a record there are lengthy sets of rules governing this. It appears the folks at the IRS violated this rule multiple times. Had this been a low level employee this would have been serious consequences.

I was discussing locker room culture with a female coworker. There have been a series of crazy personnel moves that appear odd. A couple of old Jurassic types have used their power to get into close proximity to attractive females. The actual performance of these females has ranged from good to abysmal. Yet the young attractive females never seem to be held accountable for even the most profound errors. Older workers are held to impossible standards of quality and performance.

I have been mentoring many new officers. The amount of time I spend varies, but one complained that I don't

make myself as available to female trainees. I tend to spend more time with an officer switching sections then a new hire. The new hires have recent training. I have never turned anyone away who asked for help. I did make more time available for those who asked.

I tend to be very tough on the Jurassic managers. Both had infractions that were swept under the rug. Yet they were crazy disciplinarians on often trivial matters. Take off your tie on a hot day in your office and you could be suspended but sexual harassment didn't exist.

My wiser female coworker pointed out that some of the targets took advantage of the situation and were semi willing. I am just amazed that even after repeated incidents these dinosaurs just never learn their lesson.

I remember when I got a stern lecture after allegedly offending a female coworker with the statement "I find womens sports boring". I don't watch the WNBA along with all types of sports of any gender. I avoided this person and was careful not to speak in her presence. I then got an even more pointed lecture about shunning

this person. I stopped talking to anyone and it was a female friend who told me to stop being absurd. The 

charges were absurd and that anyone who knows me grasps I am more preoccupied with the next meal or getting a cold Diet Dew then anything else. 

Some of the younger female workers were perplexed by the complaints. Guys were told to stop talking about car parts and lawn care because it made a certain female uncomfortable. Would I really care if a group of females discussed shows they watched.

It comes as little surprise that a worker with some toxic views is employed by the government. Now some of those people wanting to fire this employee should be careful. Did these objectionable views impact their performance? No doubt these views are vulgar and toxic, but do we want Obamanuts looking under every

rock for someone who might have been a Tea Party rally or listened to Rush Limbaugh. I remember being taunted if I don't vote for Obama I must be a racist. The notion that I could disagree with his policies or just did not want to vote for either candidate just sailed over this employees head. All kidding aside these views are beyond foul or even poultry.  

      

RIP Slim Whitman

Rest in peace to a talented entertainer whose song Northwind was the inspiration for the pet name of a former girlfriend. Many a person laughs at the stories of Northwind who managed to mix alcohol and firearms and not kill half of Vermont in each account.

Sadly, both Whitman and Northwind are no longer with us. Northwind was many things drunk, stupid but above all things she was never boring. Northwind lives on as long as people yearn to live life free.

Full time jobs under the Obama administration is an urban myth like glow in the dark Mountain Dew.

Even the followers of Jim Jones were more reality based then the Obamunists.

I

Dangerously Ill

There is a flu running around my office. On Thursday night I was lapsing into and out of hallucinations that were vivid. Oddly, I was transported in time back to the late 80's. I ran into people I had forgotten about and one I did not.

A close friend from the time period was shady on various levels. Yet, he was my friend and I have had to deal with the oddity of having a friend who on many levels was amoral. I try to distance myself from the revelations that have been unearthed subsequent to his death.

As I passed into and out of this surreal blur between sleep and psychosis punctuated by bathroom migrations. I was frozen and then hot and frozen.My mind saw stretches of light and again I was transported back in time. Restaurants and places that were long gone and this friend as in reality  was present.

Oddly, I woke up relived but never want to journey to the surreal again. I guess our visions are reflections of us. Some people get philosophers and I get dead insult comics,

The Obama Cult

Ordinary politicians get satirical abuse as part of the job. For the Obamunists who are familiar with serial comparison the furor over the rodeo clown is a bit much. I personally would like to do my own satire on SNL about the Chinese hacking the teleprompter and placing out absurd lines like phony scandals or blaming Benghazi on a video.

Nobody Line Dances in my office

At any level the IRS scandal is fairly obvious.

I have seen strange things in government offices but nobody line dances at my agency or dresses up like Spock. The training with rare exception is done in house. Sometimes they will send managers or a handful of officers outside. However, we don't dress up or play Captain Kirk.

My office is like a sweat shop and officers bust their backside with impossible cases.

In general the congressional inquiries are a joke. The people leave out details like I have multiple deportation orders.

Feel better finally exploded

Sometimes its better to explode then to hold it in. Had this relative said " I get on your nerves bear with me"I would have been okay. Instead he attacked me in the most crude manner and I was angry not because of the words but because he just didn't put his hand out. It was the sense of entitlement, that your feelings don't matter. The words meant nothing, it was the failure to put out the hand and acknowledge my humanity.

Rather then get defensive and fight, he should have said I know bear with me. It was not the toxic words that angered me. It was the inability to hold out his hand and say bear with me a tad more.

It takes no skill to fight. It takes more skill to be humble and give the man a finger. By bottling up this anger I did not help the situation at all. This relative needed to grasp other people matter. It is easy to fight, but it was not needed.

I work a brutal job. Yet among the misery and pathos, I rise up and am the gentle smile that welcomes people to our door. Workers in my agency don't dress up like Spock or line dance. We don't go to conferences every minute. My agency is always last in employee satisfaction and my office and section until recently were the worst out there.

It is the toughest beat in the worst area in the worst location. I am the gentle hand that says welcome or try again. Up until this boss, I never got a kind word or thank you. I mentored dozens and pulled my weight and that is no fat joke. Serving the public is enough and seeing a heartfelt thank you is enough. Saying welcome to a person who has overcome adversity is enough. My hero is a modest woman from Jamaica working two brutal jobs to support her adult developmentally disabled daughters. If you felt sorry for her she would slap you and thank God for her lot.

My job is a hell hole. I work in a place that is rife with cronyism and treats Jews, Gays and anyone over 40 like excrement. Like the Jamaican woman, I must learn grace and dignity. Yes, management sucks for it is stupid, rife with nepotism and incompetence. In many ways my relationship with my job is like a battered spouse. I love the public and the work I do. Sadly, it comes with a set of clods who lack humanity.

I am thankful that I was allowed to see the ray of sunshine and humanity of the top boss. She can get more with a smile and the words Beaky then all the fear and bullying.. I would march through hell and back for her a million times only because she has confidence in me and treats me like a human.

We live in a world where there isn't always right or wrong. I had an oh my God case and she said "Beaky you and I know the past stinks. That was twenty years ago and the couple is together. Treat the family with respect or at least get them out of the way fast". She said it with a smile and I knew she was right and had faith in me to get it right. Having a boss that believes in you is a blessing.

Why I would march through hell and back is she understands people are not numbers. If we have to throw the book, at least pick the right people to throw the book at. Grace and glory will come to you here without making mountains out of molehills.

Oddly, I feel whole and I am no longer angry. Bottling it up was worse then fighting. It is easy to hate frummies. They are self centered, they don't understand other perspectives, they are cultural zombies, they really just don't understand hard work and they have Gods authority. If I can find forgiveness in others, I should forgive the frummies for what they are not. The sense of superiority and entitlement got to me. Of course had this relative said " I know it sucks, but we'll get through it I would be fine." It was the failure to acknowledge me as a human that did it.

I still abhor frumkiet. It sickens me and is a mockery of actual faith. Work hard, take care of yourself respect others and the big guy gets it in the final chapter. My love is that which I swore an oath to. My love is that which surrounds me. I am American in content and substance. I am a Jew, but it is but a detail in a larger picture. I celebrate and enjoy those things around me. I do not seek to separate myself with quirky dress. Nor do I look upon the ghettos of Europe with a tear in my eye. Life was hard and aping the customs is as absurd as starting a cult around Sanford and Son, Gilligan's Island or Alf.

For all the boorish piety and absurd clothing frummies miss the part about hard work and dignity. Studying the talmud was done for 90% after work. Even Maimonides had a day job and never asked for a crumb.
Nor is following cult like ethically challenged cult Rabbis part of our traditions. These Cult leaders make themselves out to be king and need to be prosecuted under the RICO act in many cases.

Part of this is my fault for not exploding sooner. Merely, telling this relative show some humility should have been said long ago. Those words were really hateful and vile, yet in the big picture they meant nothing. You get further in life with we are all in this together then haughtyniss.

Oddly this relative has an incompetent relative that cost me $900.00 dollars and my car. I told her change the plates but as a useless incompetent and after feigning expertise duhh I got to change the plates,. If my car did not move for six months it is not your business. The fact it was given to me as a gift is not your business. I owned and maintained it well. Your car breaks and you ask for mine like I owe you something with no regard and you feign it doesn't really belong to me. What part of it was a gift given to me nine years ago eludes you. What part of show humility did you forget. Why when I told you to change the plates did feign expertise pretend it is not my car. How much incompetence and boorishness must I endure.
Why am I the only one in this place that ever gets shit right the first time. If I married that idiot I would kill myself to get away from her. How much incompetence, stupidity and boorishness must I endure. It is the incompetence that gets to me.

I can't hate this relative, but his wife and bratty kids are another story. He needed to learn humility, to respect me as a human. These relatives are very easy to hate especially his wife who can't get a thing right and knows everything. The kids are obnoxious uncouth. In my days Yeshiva kids in my day understood that hard work and respecting others meant more then ceremonies. The sense of "we are the center of the world " arrogance really gets me. I was a college graduate and on the first day the boss tossed me a broom. I did my job with pride and didn't have the attitude it is beneath me.

My only wish is when my hour comes to return my soul to the jungles of Guyana. I want my spirit to rest among the trees and animals. I do not wish to be reclaimed into a faith that has treated me poorly and I chaffed against. Being Jewish has never been a source of happiness for me. It has always created conflict  and pain. My pain was in my battle to define myself on my own terms. Much like a gay man being in the closet I lived a lie. I never felt religious and chafed at having to fake it. It was not as if I stepped out of the secular closet as I shouted this is who I am. Nobody accepted my secular lifestyle and there was always the belief I would return to the path. Sunbeam was a psycho, but she was right about one thing I can't fake my disdain for long. Something primal inside me rejects having to feign faith I never had.

Be yourself, be proud of what you are and live.

Volunteered to go to Iraq

Rather then deal with the frummies intrusions and disgraceful lifestyle I have volunteered to go to Iraq. I am sick and tired of all these visits and forcing their disgusting lifestyle on me,

If these relatives are broke it is because they accepted a lazy wife feigning piety when she should have found work 20 years ago. I am sick of this couch potato piety on my dime. Hey asswhipe tell your lazy useless wife to fucking get a job. Buy your own car and its not your business if I barely use my car. I am not buying another so these circus clowns can repeat this.

If my parents were not still alive I would convert to Hinduism for spite. I am tired of these visits and I told these relatives I will not attend any more functions with them.

Sorry, but this frumkite is all a scam to get out of working. If the Yeshiva bills are so high who the hell told you to send your idiot kid to study religious texts for two years,

Now my car is a casualty of this religious bull shit.

I would sooner risk death overseas then spend anymore time with these idiots.

Count me out of this one

Some of my peers have reservations about working gay cases. In truth many people have been working these cases for years and did not notice. The gay asylum cases are among the finest examples of proper use of that law. I actually look forward to those cases, because they are genuine.

I am a proud public servant. My job is to enforce the laws of the United States. All citizens are equal, save those who seek the overthrow of the USA. I have no moral issues serving the gay community. I am a professional above all other things.

There are claims that there will be rampant fraud. Anyone who thinks it will be worse then the other areas is out of their mind.

Share the moment

It may seem small or trite but if you have a good moment share it with others. I work with wonderful language specialists. When I reach the finale of a happy ending I ask if they would like to stick around for the finale. They always spend the extra five minutes or so because I endeavor to make these moments magical.

Don't be Ducky. Bring joy and happiness where you go, not when you go.

Media is at it again

The scene is familiar regrettably police shoot a 14 year old. The media shows pictures that make the child in question look angelic. However, the child in question had a rap sheet and just fired a gun. Are the critics of NYPD going to feign ignorance that stop and frisk does not prevent tragedies like this. Where are the media reports of the rap sheet and gang ties of the deceased.

It is regrettable anytime a police officer has to use deadly force. We should always give police officers the benefit of the doubt unless overwhelming evidence dictates otherwise.

Obama Narrative and Al Queda

There are those in the administration that delude themselves into thinking we can work with Al Queda  linked  fighters in places like Libya and Syria and they will leave us alone. There are also those that think we can capture these fighters and return them to prisons in their home countries. The recent prison breaks in several countries shows this does not work. Those we capture should go straight to Gitmo. Al Queda wants to try a mass breakout there, but the Marines and the adjacent security perimeter make this a much tougher task.

The embassy closures were due to chatter between Al Queda leaders. Those who think the Obama efforts to co-opt Al Queda or that Muslim radicals will love us because he is not Bush are deluded.

Lost Generation

The Obama years represent the end of the American dream. The media in its efforts to anoint a progressive failed to do basic scrutiny and elected an incompetent, People in their 50's were cast aside in the economic mayhem. While America screamed "JOBS" Obama responded with a job killing health care bill and attempts to do ill timed immigration reform.

The unions backed this health disaster known as Obama care only to have their own policies torched  by Obama. Now some of the unions are having second thoughts about Obama care. Obama talks about education but lazy political cronies have pushed the cost of a degree out of the range of affordability. Salaries at higher ed never get a fraction of the scrutiny that your average CEO gets. Funny the business people I know do not get sabaticals and work  15 hours for 3/4 of the year. Lets also be brutally honest about 90%
of the scholarship outside of the hard sciences is worthless and should not be subsidized by the tax payer.

The abuses of power exceed anything dreamed up by Nixon. The IRS scandal was directed by the White House and the Soros front groups are rationalizing the violation of ethics by a handful of cases where a left wing group were similarly mistreated. We have dead in Benghazi while Obama feigns ignorance that rationalizations about obscure films was the cause of a terrorist attack.

Obama now feigns he is an expert in Constitutional law. Actually, he was a political patronage hire at a local University who never published anything. He was never on the tenure track like every other bit of Obamas life is a mix of incompetence, stupidity and nepotism.

Lets compare Thomas Sowell or Herman Cain to Obama. Neither one attended Prep schools and both lived in Black neighborhoods and worked real jobs. Obama never worked a real job or published anything of note. His self serving bios are not accomplishments and are on a par with a D script in Hollywood. If he were Sigmund Johansen you would never hear of him. He would likely be marketing mediocre products. Obama's rise to fame was all nepotism and elite leftist paranoia about race.

The greatest scandal is the inability of the media outside FOX to hold Obama accountable for his failure to lead and ethical lapses.

Should have gone to Baghdad

There is nothing worse then these endless invasions of frummies. Had I known they were going to do this again I would have gladly volunteered to go to Iraq. Why they need to be here week after week again is beyond me. I despise them and their lazy useless way. They are worse then a disaster film. Of course they have not learned from last year about how annoyed their endless visits make me. Of course when their car breaks they need my car. God forbid these lazy couch turds should earn a living.

There was a detail to Iraq from my office and had I known about this I would have gone. It is better to take my chances with Al Queda then to deal with this bunch. Of course like last year there is no warning and family knows how annoying these visits are. I don't mind or fear terrorism. I survived two explosions at the WTC and anything is better then more time with the frummies.

Odd trip to the Princeton Record Exchange

I went to the Princeton Record Exchange and found everything except what I was looking for. My Jay Black CD is Kaput. I am always on the lookout for Surf music. I even have backups because they are so rare.
I found an odd CD of the Fabulous Wailers but it does not include Mau Mau. It has a unique sound and they have some vocals.

I found a four CD Surf set that includes a book. It is a rare find. Still no Jay Black. The Fabulous Wailers CD includes Long Tall Cool One. It is one of my all time favorites. I will buy ACE records whenever I see them as they preserved long forgotten music. I love their compilation albums and whenever I see the label I buy it. Sadly this type of music does not even get on satellite radio.

It is funny that all types of people love this type of music and you can't find it. When I am on the phone to other  offices or have visitors from the State Department they tell me leave the stuff on. A few even asked
where I came up with that distinctive sound. If I ever come across the elusive Kowabunga box set I will grab it.

In the NYC area Doo Wop is more common and fills the shelf. Folks from Philly swear that they are dominant in that genre. I should have purchased Ramalama Ding Dong in honor of my Guyanese family. I left some Surf Music in Berbice on my last trip. Apparently, it is popular in the village.

As great at the record exchange the nearby book store is an abomination. They seemed to specialize in crank antisemitic Marxist tracts. Any store that displays Shlomo Sand prominently and has the entire works of Norman Finklestein deserves a pass. Back to a more mainstream seller like the Strand in NYC.

Return of the Frummies

In the never ending mission to annoy the piss out of me the frummies have returned yet again. They have no idea how much their never ending visits annoy me. It is funny but my coworkers know immediately. My friend at work said they're back. The staff at the diner pick it up in my body language.

I am going to give an example of the small annoyances. As they hog the AC I sleep next to the washing machine where it is always 20 degrees colder. This idiot does not work all day but starts a wash at 9pm knowing I am going to sleep. The result is yet another day with no sleep hot and miserable. Then when I explode in anger they feign piety like I am off my marble. I actually spent three days in the basement so I did not have to interact with these jerks.

The kid is slow and he lives in a fantasy world where he is going to make a living in a Yeshiva teaching Torah. The next fantasy is he will work in a business doing whatever. I point out that people who work in business typically have skills like marketing, accounting that are way beyond his grasp.

Sorry, but I respect the pot washer in the diner more then this crew. The pot washer works hard and earns his keep. There is more wisdom in the actions that cross my desk then in the idiotic seminary.

I will point to those that whine about gay or criminal relatives they have it easy. If you have criminal relatives at least they are locked up and not annoying you. Somewhere they are working hard at whatever task in prison. Gay relatives have taste in music, clothing and are not cultural zeroes. Beyond the religious texts these lunatics are cultural illiterates.

My parents did not become more religious until later in life and not to this extreme. I spent years begging to return to public school. I don't want this return me to my life. The misbehavior was me actually me just refusing to accept religious training. When I finally returned to public school, I was home and well behaved. In college no issues and graduation near the top of the class.

I want to point out I am Jewish. I am just tired of the over the top intrusive obnoxious lazy stupid relatives. In my world you work hard and expect little. There is no place for sloth and mendicancy .

Rachel Jeantel

There are many who seemed riveted to every word she says. I am bothered by the way the media discusses

her nonsense like it is profound wisdom. I am bothered by the way Rush Limbaugh lampoons her.

We elected a President who promised us a post racial Presidency. Instead we are more polarized then ever.

Much of the blame goes to the MSM false narrative that electing Obama is a way to redeem Americas historic wrongs. Historic wrongs are not redeemed by elections.

Those of us who live in big cities are familiar with people like Jeantel. We live in a false age where noble intentions are supposed to transform Jeantel into Cinderella by boosting her self esteem instead of educating her. 

I remember 10th grade when a God of an English teacher mocked our speech patterns. Beakerkin you sound like one of the Bowery Boys. No matter how erudite and bright your words are you sound like a 

greaser. The teacher was correct and he made progress. Had I remained with him for years, I might have ended up sounding more professorial.

Teachers today would get fired in days after a similar rant. We worry too much about self esteem and not enough about results and building character. I am wondering what my teacher Mr. Holtzman would say to a student like Jeantel. Yet, I also know that he understood who could take a joke and the limits of endurance.

He pushed me hard because merely using a fraction of my ability to pass wasn't his style. He wanted the students to excel. 

Maybe it is time to drop the noble intentions of esteem. In the real world employers could care less about esteem. Confidence and connections are more important to success then competence. 

It is time America understands anyone can be racist

I stand perplexed at the confusion of some at the sudden revelation that Blacks can be as disgustingly bigoted as the stereotypical redneck. Ignorance comes in all shades and races. Low class boorish behavior comes in all classes and incomes.

The Church lady who works hard to support a disabled spouse embodies class no matter what color or income. Ducky has zero class despite his delusions of art and erudition. Class is dictated by how you behave not how much income. The boss that bullies the clerical has less class then the clerk.

Part of the reason we are seeing these events differently is years of liberal guilt. Sorry, but Trayvon is not Emmett Till. Trayvon had other options like just engaging in sane conversation. He could have just walked away. Instead he instigated a fight and was killed. There are those that blame Zimmerman, but if he were killed this would be an ordinary crime.

Violence is just not an acceptable option unless you are defending your country or others. It should be more
acceptable to walk away from asshats and jerks then to lower yourself to fight. Even if every assumption about benign intentions of Trayvon's actions were true, he instigated the fight.

Show Trial

The Obama administration screwed this case royally. This was a media driven event that should not have even gotten into a court. Obama's media cabal pushed a false story of an angelic kid killed by a crazed lunatic. They showed pictures of Martin from an earlier age.

Obama has no street credibility. He was raised in a white home and attended more Prep schools and smoked more weed then Al Gore. Unlike Al Gore, Obama never did an honest days work in his life. He basically is an Old Bolsheviks boys club classic case of nepotism. I will contrast the bio of Obama and Guineer vs Sowell, Cain and Powell. The Conservatives had to work and yes Clarence Thomas has a better bio then Barak Obama.

Rather then the garbage about if I had a son he would look like Trayvon. Obama should of spoken about the sick and depraved gangsta culyure. If you dress like a Gangsta you might be mistaken for one. Who wears a hoodie in FLA? Walking into a gated community where you don't belong isn't bright. Also if you think you are being followed act responsibly.  Are you following me? I am on my way to X have a good day. Instead Martin attacked Zimmerman and did not know he had a gun, Had Martin killed Zimmerman this would be a generic street crime.

This was a classic show trial and the government should be ashamed of itself.

Reading Honigman

The great thing about reading this book is nobody has heard of this author. The title is innocuous enough that lefties don't bother you. Just the same I tuck the book behind my desk out of view. The chapters are small and can be read in any sequence. As the work is grueling I have great problems reading long books.

Tomorrow is the very rare time I work overtime. I do not like the extra work, but there is a specific job at hand that must be done.

Next week I might take a morning off because I am worn down.

Shakes head

I am just floored at the people who continue to defend Obama despite the mess. Obama care is dragging the economy down and accounts for the rise of part time employment. The employment situation for Black male HS dropouts is dire. In fact the numbers were so bad I thought it was an error. At precisely the same time Obama opens the floodgates to illegal aliens so the job situation will be more dire.

While the situation is dire the Obama MSM feeds the masses Travon. Sorry, even if Zimmerman was 100% guilty the damage caused by Obama policies dwarfs racial concerns.

The Unhealthy Frum Lifestyle

Despite what you hear, Frum people have a lifestyle that in many ways is similar to the behavior of drug addicts. The goal in life is to do no work. I am disgusted by a relative who has not worked for twenty years.
She runs around with the phone implanted in her ear on the internet 24/7. Don't complain to me about Yeshiva bills when your wife is a couch turd who makes no effort to do anything productive

Of course the family car breaks down and the first response is to take my car. I haven't drove my car regularly in years. It pretty much takes me to the Greek Dinner. Of course buying a used car is out of the question and I don't want their money. I want to never see them again.

Sorry, but this relative has not worked in two decades. Get a job and stop the crap about God. Show some self respect and have a work ethic.

In general the mental health communities have allowed pathological behavior like this to run rampant because
the lunatics doing this are religious. I work like a dog and that is fine. I take a check and in turn my job is to give 100% each and every day and then die.  Looking at the sloth and abnormal behavior sickens me. Sorry,
I do not venerate the lifestyle in Eastern European ghettos. Moreover, religious folks in those communities worked menial jobs and eked out a living. They certainly understood the value of hard work.

The N Word follies

I don't use that word. I don't think in those types of term. It is also a low class type of speech and I cringe when younger Blacks use it. The word does not become more socially acceptable with an a at the end.

We have a hysterical double standard with that word. If you say the N word you can lose your job. In reality
my issue is that Blacks do not get anywhere near the abuse that gays get. In fact many of the worst offenders
of gay slur words are Black. A classic was a supervisor who swore that certain women posses a super power called gaydar. As far as super powers the ability to detect who is or is not gay is pretty lame. It is less useful then the ability to make a decent cup of coffee. Gay people face more discrimination then Blacks in the modern office. It is time we treat the issue of discrimination against gays as seriously as the use of the N word.

Return of the Frummies.

They are back and more annoying then ever with their obnoxious religious lifestyle. They have no idea how annoying and irritating this lifestyle of sloth and ignorance is. Pardon me don't complain about Yeshiva bills when your lazy wife hasn't worked in twenty years. This does not stop this couch turd from being a career advice pest. The kids are grown so what is the newest excuse not to work.

I am buying a cemetery plot in Guyana so I can at least spend the after life away from these religious mendicants. They come over every holiday. Sadly, my birthday was Memorial day. They asked what I wanted for my birthday. Different relatives, a well placed bolt of lightning so I can get away from these jerks or even a nice prison sentence. Warden throw me into solitary anything but these annoying frummies. This means that they will stay until Mon morning.

Why is it I get up at the crack of dawn bust my hump at work and the frummies never seem over worked.
Oddly enough we don't have a single one in my agency that I know of. There are a few Jews here and there
but no frummies. Oddly there are government workers who are lazy. However, in my agency a cruel and idiotic management has turned the area into a sweat shop.

My sole frummie joke was when they brought out the latest time standard I asked if we are supposed to cut our own straw. Nobody got that joke just as well.

Though you are fouled by an unworthy clown in DC our nation will survive Obama. After he is out of office we likely are going to learn the truth about the media elite selected charlatan.

Don't Blame Muslims for the Geller and Spenser Ban

There are some of us who wish to blame Muslims for the ban of Geller and Spenser from the UK. The truth is that at the heart of leftism is an authoritarian streak that feigns its for your own good. This is the mindset that rails about imagined racism and ties to terror of the TEA Party while ignoring actual bigotry straight out of Der Shturmer and terrorist ties at OWS. The media campaign against the TEA Party led by the Cult of Obama HQ at Huffington demonized the TEA Party non stop. The crime of the TEA Party was practicing lawful First Amendment rights to organize and protest the agenda of the savior. Unlike lawful TEA Party events OWS events have no permits and drone on form months.

The President feigns outrage that his minions abused the TEA Party, Fox News reporters and other journalists and directs surveillance of ordinary Americans while avoiding Mosques. The government seems more interested in Mr. Beamish's beer runs and the size of my Mountain Dew then terror.

The left plays a funny game with Islam, It feigns outrage at crimes while looking for imaginary equivalencies.
Two lunatics chop a soldiers head off while screaming out we are doing this in the name of Islam does not require imaginary balance with the EDL, JDL or KFC. In this case the enlightened all knowing government clowns banned two bloggers who object to violence in the name of public safety. They do not ban academics who meet with terrorists like Noam Chomsky, actual terrorists like Bill Ayers or hate preachers who advocate and rationalize terrorism but take action against those who criticize the source of the violence.

I don't care what religion anyone practices so long as it is peaceful. Muslims need to grasp that if they want to live in the West they need to respect others and do not have a hecklers veto at speech they don't like. I f they can't grasp this then there are plenty of alternative places they can hang their hat.  The message is simple
but firm to all. Glad you are here, come legally, obey our laws, respect others, find a job and learn the language. The notion of America is a table of equals and as part of the bounty your rights do not trump the next persons.

Don't blame Muslims for the ban. Blame the faux public safety concerns from lefties who are at their core
anti law enforcement. Pam Geller has not beheaded anyone or terrorized anyone. One may not like the points raised by Spenser or the style but he does not advocate violence. These same lefties talk about the tone of Geller while praising Noam Chomsky, Norman Finklestein and others who have met with actual
 terrorists and praise their passion. They express no concern about actual terrorists like Bill Ayers and Susan Rosenberg.

The Obama Mirage

Those of you who thought Obama was something different were 100% correct. He has definitely changed the way Americans feel about government. While I do concede that a small  percentage of the Obama critics are racist, exponentially more of his support is based on his race. His blunders are legendary. His feigning ignorance at every misdeed of his cronies has worn thin long ago.

Much of the anger for the Obama failures belongs to the craven media elite. There has been no real examination of the life of Obama. He wasn't a law professor. He was a lecturer who had a job created for him and did not write a single peer reviewed article in 12 years. His job at the law review was a political one that entailed no actual work.

We were lied to about the costs and consequences of Obama care. We are being lied to about the costs and consequences of Immigration reform. Opening up the floodgates at a time the economy is going in reverse makes no sense. However, those young and Black voters who pulled the lever for Obama just voted to extend their unemployment for years.

The impact of the China credit bubble and the continuing slowdown in the EU will be felt here. Meanwhile Obama cronies do everything to prevent energy companies from creating jobs here.

Expect a GOP beatdown in 2014.  

Spent some time with the daughter

I enjoyed fathers day with the daughter and the Maltese. The schedule at work has been brutal and being a mentor to so many has not hurt. For the first time I have a saint of a boss who really is a big help. She understands the delicate balance between law and discretion. We are almost always on the same page. I will
get some rest on Wed to Friday.

My daughter did well at school and like a good father's everywhere I will get her a gadget. She brings joy to my life as well as meaning. I wish I weren't so tired and had more energy but the work hours just sapped the life out of me.

I will try and go to Guyana in the fall. I might visit a friend or two in Haiti on the return flight. Delta dropped the Guyana run and I am somewhat cautious about Caribbean Air. There is talk Jet Blue may pick up a run or two. My friend is still at Port Au Prince working as hard as ever. We might fight to see who picks up the check.

Light at the End of the tunnel

This brutal stretch will end on Tuesday. I will be prepping tomorrow for the final stretch. I will be on standby on Wed and Thursday with some duties expected. I was the first on extended duties and the last off. I do not expect rest on the standby days as someone will call in sick.

Public Service Ethics and Hypocrisy

I want to point out there is no greater honor then public service. Serving the American people is the greatest honor that can be bestowed on a citizen. Public servants owe the public and themselves the best effort each and every day. We should spend limited resources wisely and do our duties as charged under the law.

While serving the public is a blessing working with management is a bane. The government is frequently run by political hacks and self promoters. The notion of counting a task and creating false numbers means more then doing our jobs properly. Management is rife with nepotism and cronyism at alarming levels. Given the levels of stupidity and nepotism in management it is difficult to give 100% but we owe it to the public each and every day.

There is a jerk who violated the essence of service. While working for the government one has a duty to protect certain secrets and techniques. Thus if I discussed the legal mechanics of how a fraud case should be constructed this is not violating a trust. However, if I discuss how the government gets data it is a violation of a trust.

The saddest part of this scandal is how the public doesn't grasp the reality of the limitation of data. One would think that one could use this data to make more effective decisions. However, there are strict rules about fishing for data. The rule is do you have an official need to know in the course of your job duties. It is a common sense rule. Does my looking at the records of driver Maury have anything to do with my job as contract specialist. Unless Maury is bidding on a contact his privacy has been violated.

There are some that view the latest turncoat as a hero. Betraying the confidence of the people you were hired to protect is not heroic.

If you want heroes look in your community. The single mother working two jobs to feed her family is a hero.
The ex Wall Street exec driving a cab to make ends meet is a hero. The kids who take their studies seriously
and work hard are heroes. The truck driver delivering your produce, the merchant who greets you with a smile and person that gives you directions when you are lost are all heroes in their own way.

Live your life honestly. Respect others. Work hard with pride because there is no excuse for lack of effort.
Help others. Be a good friend and Citizen. Be a great parent and relative. These are the traits of my heroes

It is humbling when a person interacts with me and calls me a hero. I am just a dedicated public servant accorded the greatest honor in the country serving the American people.

Another brutal week

The first messed up annoyance is the return of the frummies. I loathe and despise the sick and depraved religious lunatics. I can endure them for a few hours, but not more. They haven't gotten it through their heads that I despise their lifestyle. They crashed for my birthday and ruined it. I spent some time with my daughter to salvage the day. The frummies asked what I wanted for my birthday and I told them to never talk to me again.

They come over and inflict their lifestyle on you. If my relatives were gay instead of frum it would be easier on me. At least gays live and let live and have better taste in music and clothing. They have the worst taste in clothing and entertainment. Even living with actual rednecks is not as dreadful as being around frummies.
Most rednecks at least know how to enjoy life and are interesting.

They stay out till all hours and do not keep a schedule. The idiotic obnoxious daughter, allegedly has Eptstein Barr because she falls asleep in class. With these incompetent baboons as parents and their ass backwards inability to keep a normal schedule the cause of the fatigue is jackass parents.

My brother has simply become ignorant and a cultural baboon as he got religious. His IQ is reduced to barely literate beyond theology and his job. His wife is painfully irritating. She hasn't been gainfully employed
in two decades, but won't shut her mouth with advice about your job. She is always on the house phone and leaves it in absurd places like the freezer or the washing machine. Anytime they visit something breaks and they just get on my nerves.

I didn't hate this family until the summer. I warned them that the damage would be permanent and they persisted. On my next trip to Guyana, I will buy a resting place far away from these frum asshats. These clowns may annoy me here but I will be far from them in the end. I explained that while I am ethnically Jewish, I want nothing to do with religious life.

Making matters worse they must remain till the last second so that their annoyance is maximized. Asshat, one
leaves at midnight and gets home after one. Before they leave they ask me why I am pissed off. I remind them if they went home it would improve my mood.

Marginally better is my niece the diva. She is getting married on a boat. I purchased my freedom from that farce for 250 a year ago. There is no way I am going to Florida to hang with a bunch of yokels. I have work
to perform and I won't lay odds that that union last more then two years.

Other then Drummaster and his sister these relatives drive me up a wall.

This means war

The Obama scandals have crossed a line. In previous scandals the government acted with honor. In general
even the rights of political criminals like Bill Ayers were respected. The government crossed a line of no return with the IRS Scandals. In general one did not harass rank and file members of groups. The government has resorted to tactics it would not use against terrorists.

I am not advocating violence or breaking the laws. I am all for legal political organizing and for hurling verbal abuse ( not threats) at Obama supporters. Outside of your job shun them and be blunt. Sorry, I don't spend my spare time with Obamarhoids.

At Public events boo all of his supporters or turn your back on them when they speak.

There is no excuse for the IRS scandal and it threatens the very core of our American values.

This Sucks

It is no fun when people start emulating your mannerisms and quirks. Imagine my surprise when some of the junior officers started drinking Diet Mountain Dew. I do not drink coffee and am very ambivalent about tea.
I can be persuaded to drink diet Iced Tea if it is freezing cold.

Now some of the workers are starting to like surf music.

This act is fun when I raised it to a quirk. When other people do it this is no fun.

More then meets the eye

I want to point out a somewhat hesitant view on the situation in Turkey. The protest starts about the development of a park into a shopping mall. These protesters like the OWS clods provoked a counter reaction from a ham handed government.

One of the hallmarks of OWS is that many of its members seek to create casualties. I a couple of the meeting with some of the clods running the show. Luckily Bloomberg and the NYPD are professionals.
There was a plan to use a mass human wave to storm the court house in Foley Square. The plan was to get in the court and trash the records. I pointed out that that area has the largest concentration of armed officers in NYC. Fortunately, Bloomberg got wing of the riot and NYPD set multiple layers of barriers and guards.

These are not the students in China yearning for freedom. While yours truly understands the obnoxious nature of the Turkish government. The similarity of this group to OWS should allow us to view events with healthy skepticism. No this does not rationalize violent counter actions by Turkish law enforcement. However, producing casualties produces the media attention OWS seek and they provoke the over reaction.

Even more hellish then the last batch

I am going into yet another rough stretch. Next week will be brutal, The only good news is that the heat wave will not make things worse. My CD player is down so I am prepping without the surf music. I miss having Let there Be Surf or Bullwinkle 2 in the distance.

There are five acts on Monday the first is an oldie that will take up time and sail out. The next four acts should be mowed down with ease. If my boss doesn't assign me relief work for officers who fail to keep pace I should be fine.

I have already started work on Tuesday and have one out of seven down. The rest are somewhat easier. Any spare time will be devoted to local cases for Wed. Six hellish oldies but goodies poorly prepared. If I can stand eight more regular cases for Thursday.

Obama the arrogant and his cult like supporters

I want to point to the blog  Harry Place as an example of Obamunist subversion. Harry's Place is a UK blog that was created to discuss the war on terror, bigotry from across the spectrum but with a focus on antisemitism, anticommunism and current affairs. An Obama Cult Member ( Obamunist) has decided the sum  of the US coverage shall be "nauseating Obama puff pieces", stupid GOP, endless rants about the TEA party
and brain impaired rants about talk radio. In response to the plethora of Obama scandals the Obama Cult Member has imposed a news blackout on all Obama malfeasance.

In a major example of arrogance Obama has been lecturing the UK government about leaving the EU. The US government has no business lecturing elected foreign governments about their internal affairs. If the voters of the UK or any other nation wish to leave or join the EU it is their business. Who decided that Obama's opinion trumps that of the people who reside in the country.

This would appear to be a major story that should be discussed at a UK blog. However, as usual the imperial Gene in the role as the high priest of the Obama Cult has snuffed any discussion of any item that might make Obama look bad. His nauseating Obamunist worship is approaching levels associated with Hugo Chavez or Leon Trotsky.

Gene follows the Obama line as delivered by the folks in Huffington. An American ambassador is killed in a
terror attack that is misreported as a spontaneous demonstration against a video nobody hear of. He rushes to post an anti terror protest in Libya by three dwarves and a kid named Leslie. A gratuitous post on Memorial Day showing three graves in Arlington a Jew next to a Christian and Muslim. Has anyone made the bizarre claim that Muslims don't serve with honor in the military.

The workings at Harry's Place shows Obamunism is very similar to Communism. Harry;s Place was not created to serve a particular figure. Much like Communists subversion of Unions HP has become the Obama
equivalent of a Communist front group. Of course Gene could simply create a new blog for the purposes of
promoting Obama but has decided to subvert an existing one with a different focus.

Obamunists also have rank and file demented followers who misbehave in various ways. Gene like Obama feigns he is above the fray while consenting to his minions disgusting behavior. There is an odd San Francisco
loon who repairs appliances claiming that all opposition to Obama is racism. He also has commented about
my privates without criticism. There is a senile Canadian who trolls around adding nothing but low brow abuse. There is a nut called Violet who like Obama lectures people in the UK about their politics from the Obamunist perspective.

The odd part is these Obamunists are so far off the map they have no clue who or what is Conservative. Pretty much if you don't worship Obama you are a talk radio brainwashed racist member of a lynch mob. Sorry but Obama is not the savior and those who criticize him are not part of a lynch mob. Criticism goes with the job of President and using the race card endlessly to deflect criticism trivialized real racism.

On a personal and Professional level I am frequently mistaken for a Progressive for my views on public service and respect for due process. Attorneys with a wide spectrum of clients know and praise my work
and legal restraint. The Obamunists talk about nuance while creating a Black and white world where everything is summed up by fealty to Obama. Sorry, I am an American and this cult of personality garbage belongs in Cuba. There is plenty of blame to go around about the bitter political polarization. However, much
of the blame belongs to the Obamunist cult of personality that is just Unamerican.

We have a President. Presidents get criticized and journalists need to treat him professionally or at least with
the same level of scrutiny afforded Justin Bieber.  

Tired of politics

I am exasperated by the age of Obama politics. We have a total incompetent in the white house who ran as a symbol. The media has pretty much neglected to do its job. Our President seems to be more concerned about Rush Limbaugh and the Tea Party then Al Queda.

I am sick of excuses about Obama care. The program has cost jobs and sent premiums sky rocketing. The left failed to grasp that employers would shift to part time jobs to avoid Obama Care.

I am sick of I don't know as an answer. The IRS abused its authority and used its power to persecute the TEA Party. Terrorists kill an ambassador and someone blames it on a video, but Obama knows nothing. Now his eminence wants to scale back the war on terror. He certainly did not run on this strategy.

I am cringing thinking about what we will learn about the real Barry O once he leaves office.

Those of us that read this blog know I have survived much adversity. I could hardly imagine what life had in store for me as I survived two attacks at the WTC. I enjoy very much serving the public as an officer. It is the greatest honor to be called officer. Yet above all other things dear to my heart is when my daughter calls me dad.

I think back to my happiest moments and those moments are times I spent with my daughter. Soon, she will be dating in another four years. Beyond that she will have kids of her own, but those moments are so special
to me.

I am a boring guy. Down deep there is nothing I would rather be doing then to enjoy a day with the daughter
and the Maltese. Perhaps when I retire I will go to the North and spend my days in the woods with a canine
companion watching the seasons come and go.

In spite of all the bad times, I have been blessed to share in special moments each and every day. There is no other job quite like this that is a joy and wonder.

A year older a year wiser.

An Imaginary Dialogue With Stephen Schwartz

Sometimes, I think the country I live in has gone crazy. Most of us grasp that we need to respect the rights of others. My personal disdain for Dallas Cowboy fans does not allow me to abuse Cowboy fans. The concept
of respecting others is a core value of our country.

There have been foul acts perpetrated by losers in the name of Islam. These people are freaks and bums who can't achieve success. They wrap themselves in a shroud of false piety and commit crimes against our
tolerant society. The crimes bring attention to their failures and ultimately harm the very faith they claim to hold in their hearts.

These words may seem harsh and politically incorrect, but to a certain extent Schwartz and many other patriotic Muslims would agree in part.

If we fail to respect the right of those who wish to worship Islam peacefully we have betrayed our own values. When we gratuitously attack a faith we sink to loser levels ourselves. I won't let loser types who cling
to Beavis and Butthead jihad fantasies reduce my Americanism to Beavis and Butthead  patriotism.

I survived four days in a row of work. This is very hard on officers because I depend on prep time to achieve high quality results. I had more officers I had to teach. I prefer not to do this because as my style is based on intensive prep work one gets the wrong idea. My style is to prepare focus on what I need and move on. I know who is coming in and why and where I am going.

I want to wish all my fellow Guyanese a happy independence day. Part of a running gag is how I became Guyanese. In short I am American and do not like diversity fests. For whatever reason people insist on identifying country of origin and in reality it is just Jewish. For political reasons this answer is frowned upon
and I get assigned Israel. I support Israel and have second cousins there, but I prefer the J word. I usually get assigned Poland, Ukraine, Austria, Hungary, Germany, Russia, Belarus, Turkey or Romania. Rather then
deal with that I just assigned myself into Guyana. I really do have Guyanese family and participate in events like reunion gatherings. The you don't look Guyanese part is worth a laugh.

Approaching day four

I can barely move today should be easier. This is day four and I have minimal prep work the cases are somewhat better. I fail to grasp why anyone in their right minds would prepare their forms without an attorney especially when the case has been previously denied.

Wish me luck

I am up against an impossible schedule today. I tipped the scales by making some of the easier cases into minimal work jobs. I don't know if I can pull this one out my boss seems to think it is possible, but I don't know. The results are achieved by preparation and planning. It looks easy, but it is not.

America is slowly learning the truth about the President. He has gotten this far with media connivance and malfeasance. The latest scandals have been met with the usual Obama response to anything ignorance.

Anyone familiar with the government knows the claim of a cabal of low level employees acting in secrecy is not plausible. The excuses need to end and the mother of all spankings will commence in 2014.

Mockery of American Coverage at Harry's Place

The local head of the Cult of Obama has remained silent on the the Obama abuses of power and media connivance. The Obamarhoid MSM repeated a hysterical series of lies about the Tea Party that led to the IRS abuses of power by the Obama Cultists at the IRS. No doubt the Dear Leader is shocked and will toss a few foot soldier cultists under the bus. Already the Obamarhoid MSM is spinning the abuse of power on an overworked staff. This excuse is beyond belief as an overworked staff rubber stamps items to clear the decks.

A Lawless administration

On top of boldly lying about Benghazi and using the IRS to target its enemies this administration is now spying on reporters. Amazingly, the administration is not satisfied with the unprecedented levels of slavish media connivance to Obamarhoid malfeasance so it needs to spy on reporters. Never before has the media willingly refused to report the facts on such a scale as this administration. Despite such overwhelmingly favorable media the great pretender still complains about Limbaugh and Fox News.The levels of media connivance are approaching Venezuelan levels.

When one swears an oath of office as a federal officer respect for the law comes first. We use the databases on an as need to know basis and reveal as little as possible in the course of business to respect privacy. Thus
when my boss and I discuss a case typically the legal points are covered more then the person. Most of the time it is along the lines of these are the facts what are we going to do. One time I was uncomfortable with what I saw and asked the top boss for a consultation with our best experts in the area. The boss took one came from that area and dealt with it personally, even though she was very busy. She stated the matter was worse then I thought and took the initiative.

In dealing with security data bases, there is no excuse to ever leak stuff to the media. It is frustrating that things go wrong and politicos stonewall investigations. However, leaking things to the media or the public is not acceptable. Privacy must be respected at all times and even requests from outside law enforcement agencies must go through official channels for even the most mundane requests.

I know that many of us want to understand how the government works on high profile cases. We want government to be on top of potential security concerns. Yet we also must caution that untrained so called experts are frequently wrong.

We have discussed the gaping holes in the student visa program before.

One of my frustration with immigration reform is the rush to do everything at once. The public would be better served by fixing the laws in pieces. Instead of a massive bill nobody fully grasps we could debate section by section and get a better system in time.

Rather be waterboarded

There are things worse then being waterboarded. Listening to incoherent ramblings of Jeff Rense should come with a laugh track. Lets see Obama is the tool of the Rothschild zionist communist cabal. This is the stanard Nazi Jews under every bed paranoia. Some of the material is comedic like Trotsky was a Jew born in Brooklyn.

Now when you take a bit of fact and add paranoia and Nazi nuttiness you get Rense. Listening him mangle words facts and twist logic is a study in incoherence.

I suppose there are things worse then this garbage. Listening to Communists who share about half of this material is likely worse. Watching a Barbara Streisand or Sean Penn film festival would be worse.

What we are witnessing is dereliction of duty by the MSM. Story after story has shown the allegedly reliable
MSM to be beholden to the Cult of Barak. A terrorist attack in Libya after the alleged Obama success story was spun into an absurd tale about a riot out of control over a blog.


The MSM ignored multiple stories about the IRS harassment of Tea Party, Conservative and apparently pro Israel charities prior to the election of the Savior. Of course if this were George Bush and the IRS were playing games with Move On the ACLU or investigating Soros or his front groups the media would be screaming. These charges are way more serious then a fringe candidates bone headed views on rape and pregnancy, but the MSM covered them up.

We are learning that those right of center papers may indeed be right again. The Boston bombers are starting
to look linked to a crime in Boston where three Jews had their throats slit. Boston police listed this as a drug killing. Drug killers tend not to kill in a manner that is familiar from the Nick Berg or Daniel Pearl videos. Did we mention the two named persons are Jewish? Our Cult leader did not mention terrorism in an otherwise okay speech.

The media vilified the law abiding Tea Party while ignoring the criminal and frequently terrorist linked OWS. Did we mention our Cult Leader, big labor, members of NPR were all in favor of the frequently antisemitic
OWS.

Have you seen your health care premiums go up? Have you seen jobs changed to part time to avoid Obama Care? Where are the stories about the long term unemployed and those working two jobs so our cult leader can take credit for the greatest man made disaster ever to hit our economy Obamacare.

Those left wing brain impaired Marxists who rail about Fox and talk radio are wrong as usual. Pardon me if

I am hardly surprised that the government lied about the IRS targeting the Tea Party or Benghazi. Unfortunately, when dealing with a Cult the Ends justify the means is to be expected.

Most of us knew the government version of events about the attack were false. It was an election year and the Obama narrative was more important then the facts of the case. An absurd story about a mob outraged by an obscure video was used as a cover for a terrorist attack. The MSM did not investigate this story and those who talked about this mess were said to be suffering from Obama derangement syndrome.

Now it has been revealed that the IRS did target Tea Party and Conservative groups. There have been no firings or disciplinary actions and how high the cover up goes is unknown. The government lied about this before and again those who said this were portrayed as nuts.

The media treatment of Obama and his failures are disgusting. The next time lefties talk about talk radio or Fox remind them about Benghazi and the IRS.

Obama Cult Mythology Beck Compared Bloomberg to Hitler

Once again the Obamanoid media created a false story to deflect attention from the failed policies and incompetent leadership of Barak Obama.

A simple view of the clip shows an image of Bloomberg with an outstretched arm in a goofy coat. I looked at
this image and saw Chairman Mao. There are no Nazi emblems in the image.

The talk was about the health fascism of Bloomberg. We have been critical of these initiatives, while supporting the mayor in general. Unlike Obama, Bloomberg doesn't dodge criticism of any policy and is an actual leader. We would not be in the dire economic mess and be the laughing stock of the globe with President Bloomberg. If Biden, Hagel and John Kerry are your best and brightest, then you have raised hackdom to new heights.

The image of Bloomberg as tryant is a leftist staple. Usually anti police leftist societal misfits are the source of these rants. Stop and frisk unlike the Obama gun policies saves lives and reduces crime. Police intelligence efforts have certainly saved lives with OWS . Currently, the Muslim community is upset that NYPD does have some surveillance initiatives.

While we support Mayor Bloomberg and would vote for him in any elected office much of the Beck material
was correct.

The Obama spin machine

The Obama spin machine has avoided any scrutiny of the broken Asylum and Refugee program in the Boston bombing.

1) All asylees who fail to prove their cases need to get a ticket out of the USA and be permanently barred from returning.

2) Family planning and FGM are not what the program was created for.

3) Serious attempts should be made to resettle people locally and not in the USA.

4) People who return to the country where they fled alleged abuse need to have their status revoked and be returned permanently.

The asylum and refugee program has been a joke for too long and Obama needs to stop avoiding the issue. As the laws governing refugees are separate let Obama tackle this part of immigration reform first.

Most of us in large cities are familiar with the types of killings associated with drug gangs. Three Jews are found in MA with their throats slit does not sound like drugs. This does not infer that it is not drug related, but is sounds odd.

Easier Denaturalization

As package  part of the Immigration reform we need to expedite and cut the paperwork with denaturalization and revoking green cards.  Anyone convicted of any acts related to terrorism or felony level crimes can have their citizenship revoked  and the sole recourse would be a single appeal to an Immigration Judge. If the appeal fails they could only seek redress abroad. The goal is to eliminate cases that take decades of endless appeals.

RIP Pat Summeral

The NFL lost a true legendary announcer with the passing of Pat Summeral. Unlike most jocks Summeral did play by play which is unheard of today. His gentle style meshed very well with John Madden. Madden was a star but he was at his best with Summeral in the booth. He really never got enough credit for his own contributions.

Notice after the Bush doctrine nobody is taking credit for the bombing. It may well be a lone wolf but the era of bragging about attacks on the US are over until someone figures out we have Obama.

Watching Kojak

Oddly as a youngster I wasn't a fan of the series. As I grew older I enjoyed the local scenery around

the city. I know many of the locations in passing. The guest stars range from Danny Thomas, Eli Wallach, Sylvester Stallone, Tina Louise, James Woods and many more.

Roughly 3/4 is available on Hulu.

There is one episode that probably means more to those that practice law. The episode Mouse sums up the defect of law. An accountant is harassed over a medical debt by a doctor whose malpractice kills his mother. The doctor is inn debt to a bookie who sends over a goon to intimidate the accountant. In a twist of fate the accountant beats up the the goon. The goon doesn't want to admit he was beaten up by an accountant.

I probably would not enjoy the show if there were any other ending. In many respects my work personality is fairly similar to Kojak. However, the only part of me that is Greek is the meals at the dinner. 

RIP Jams of the Poor Mouth

I want to say the blogosphere has lost a true gentleman in Jams O'Donnel. No matter how exasperated I got with the political scene I could turn to the story of Jams and his band of cats.

We live in a harsh world especially now for those who find themselves unemployed in their late 40's. Jams was let go in a budget cutting move and though he hid it well suffered from episodes of depression.

We seldom agreed politically. The truth is I am just the last of a dying breed the patriotic liberal who loathes Marx. Jams was to my left but exuded decency and from time to time we both got exasperated
with politics as usual.

The media was relentless in its attacks on Anthony Wiener. Part of the fun was the hysterical headlines
like Obama beats Wiener.

In sum many have done far worse then Wiener and the media feigns ignorance. The Wiener stuff was stupid but far less odious then the antics of Bill Clintoon. The ethically challenged Charlie Rangel never got a fraction of the media attention of Wiener. President Obama's past filled with Chapters out of a Cheech and Chong film, having a Communist mentor, membership in a racist church and hanging out with trustfundista clown Bill Ayers never got this much media scrutiny.

Wiener is preferable to the tired political hacks.

All things Obama are looking bleak right now. The economy is sinking and jobs are about as real as bigfoot. The pattern of blaming Bush for gross stupidity and incompetence is wearing thin on the American people.

I am a member of a union and took part in a recent election to highlight the issues of work place bullying and age discrimination in our local. While running for office, I did notice how through manipulation of rules all of the candidates in a preapproved clique won. Now all of the people I voted for except one won. The point is not to highlight injustice, but describe how small bands of local activists manipulate the rules and use resources to its advantage.

A small band of Marxist thugs have been abusing an institution created to collectively bargain and protect workers rights. They are not content with abusing their positions to promote these extreme political agendas, they need to subvert the union as well as the classroom.

The union picks a Kangaroo court tribunal to hear complaints. By now we should be familiar with the workings of these Communist committees handling of rape complaints. In a similar shocking development  that reeks of jury nullification in the old South the Marxists hacks whitewash complaints about antisemitism and complain the complainant is a "political activist".

The Marxist Clown Academics are not just content to do the jobs they were hired to do. They bring their political rants into the classroom in subjects where they don't belong. They hold scores of little Stalinite type of show trial rants, under the false guise of academic freedom, and need to subvert an organization that was created to protect workers rights into a tool for Marxist political hacks.

The answer to this is fairly simple. Shift gears and drain the swamp start public campaigns to cut the budget in higher ed to the bone. If political activists want to voice their opinions let them do so on their dime not in Unions or in the classroom.

The hiring practices that permit a exponentially disproportionate number of Marxists, Anarchists must also be scrutinized. If Marxists insist that numerical absence is evidence of discrimination in racial cases, then the exponential over representation of Marxists in University hires must also be addressed on the same grounds.

Lets also not pretend that the research outside of the hard sciences adds anything. Elimination of the research excuse for 90% of the humanities and increasing classroom time is in order. Any University that accepts taxpayer money should be forced to open its syllabus and course outlines to the public.

Anyone familiar with Communist show trials could have predicted this finding. It is similar to the findings of imaginary conspiracies in the Stalin era or jury nullification in the old South. Members of the
union should be greeted with a Nazi Salute and addressed as Cumwad. You would be shocked at how many academics sing different tunes when they leave their Academic Gulags. Suddenly they shift tunes
and feign outrage.

The days of wine and roses in the gulags of academia are winding down. High salaries for worthless degrees taught by hackivists is going to yield to internet alternatives. The Marxist hack tribunals are akin to the last gathering of lemmings before they run off a cliff.

There are those who continue to believe that Obama is brilliant. We have zero evidence of this brilliance 

as Obama's grades and history as a Professor is kept under greater security then the Secret of Coca Cola. We can't evaluate Obama's peer reviewed articles because he did not write a single one in twelve years but somehow maintained his job.

Obama shows the stupidity of the affirmative action scams. The program was intended to right the historic wrongs created by slavery and discrimination against blacks. Obama's sole tie to slavery in America was his mothers family owned them. Even General Powell whose family was West Indian at least had some family history with relationship to slavery in the Americas. Powell's family lived in Harlem and the South Bronx. At the time Powell's family lived in the South Bronx it was lower middle class. Condi Rice lived in the deep South and experienced actual discrimination although her family moved to Denver when she was a teen. Her family was upper middle class, but racial bigotry was a fact of life in Birmingham Al.

Barak Obama was the son of a flaky hippie chick. There is no evidence that Barak Obama Sr ever married Stanley Dunham. Professional investigators have looked for the marriage certificate, witnesses to the event, photos or even people who knew Barak Obama Sr and Dunham were a couple. There are some that suggest he might not even be the father of Barak Obama. It is abundantly clear from Obama

Sr's A File ( Immigration Record) available on the web that Dunham was claiming to be married to Obama Sr and that the child in question was called Barak Obama II not Jr. ( This is not endorsement of 

birtherism). One would expect Dunham to file a Petition for Alien relative for her husband. However, the government was well aware of Obama Sr's wife in Kenya and would have promptly enforced the laws and tossed him out of the USA. According to Obama mythology Dunham divorced Obama Sr when she found out about the other wife. Actually, it was more likely the entire marriage was a cover for an illegitimate birth and a paint by number divorce ended the union.

Obama was raised by Upper Middle class far left grandparents in Hawaii. He attended more prep schools and smoked more pot then Al Gore. His experiences with real discrimination were likely less then what your average fat kid or zit face endured. He spent his time solving imaginary crimes in the mystery van with the Choom Gang. He goes to one college admittedly did badly and mysteriously gets into more elite Universities. This is explained via a combination of nepotism and affirmative action.

Obama basically parrots the angry Black man mantra. What he is angry about is unknown as unlike Condi Rice or Powell he has not experienced actual bigotry and lived comfortably. However, he merely

acts the part the far left University hacks imagine and is rewarded. He then reinvents himself as a post racial healer and runs for President while attending a racist church. No real examination of his life is ever taken by the media who spread the myth.

The left points to Herman Cain and Clarence Thomas as beneficiaries of Affirmative action. Any look at 

their bios shows that they were precisely the type of people the programs were intended to benefit. They were descended from actual slaves and experienced actual discrimination unlike Obama. Thomas

has pointed to the difficulties he experienced in people assuming his Law School degree and grades were the results of Affirmative Action.

It is time this program ends and if Universities want to give students from poorer families a slight advantage this is acceptable. There is no reason the children of Barak Obama should get an advantage over the children of a resturant worker whose family was in China at the time of slavery. There is also  

zero need for gender norming set asides to be continued. The benefits awarded to veterans are earned and should be extended to first responders. Law schools would greatly benefit from the presence of older students who enforced laws.
