The Return of the Frummies

I knew they would return. Of course, normal people do not walk in at three thirty in the morning. Then again when have norms of behaviors ever applied to Frummies. Normal people get a good nights sleep return in the morning or leave after a holiday. Frummies do neither and walk about like religious zombies.

In case those of you are keeping score I still do not talk to the Frummies since the car caper. Someone
warns you that if you take their car the relationship is over. They take the car anyway and trash it so it
is junk and expect life goes on. Of course if the wife ever gets off her rear and works none of this happens. Then the idiot relative says its just a car have a thousand . I don't need or want the money. I want to sever the relationship.

If my brother were criminal it would be easier. He would be in jail serving his debt to society. His kids would not be so obtuse and lazy. If my brother were gay, they would not be cultural zeros and  constantly in debt. Instead, I get hypocritical religious zombies whose lifestyle is an embarrassment.
My brother worked very hard to become an ignoramus. Beyond work and religious texts nobody with
a life cares about he knows nothing.

I am reminded of a conversation I had with the ultimate pariahs, a member of the loathed Satmar community. Sorry, but stupid costumes and following insane borderline criminal leaders does not make one Jewish. The clothes are not authentic. They are veneration of ghetto culture that was paradise never was. As for the lifetime of sloth on the dole nothing could be further from the truth. I knew plenty of people from those ghettos. These were my grandfathers generation and they were honest in business as well. The notion that the community would venerate a pedophile while castigating molested kids is absurd. If you define Judaism kindly show me the exit.

The member of the Satmar tried to say we are kin. I pointed out we are not kin and the disgusting antics of his leader and vile community are not connected to me in any description. The rank and file followers are not used to blunt honesty.

I want nothing to do with the community any more. I was always very private about my disdain. Those who wish to be more religious are free to do so without bothering me.

Fake Rape Allegations

I want to point out the subject of rape is a very serious matter. There is much truth to actual victims under reporting actual assaults. There is also a widely quoted 2% fake allegation that appears to be a widely reported mythology that has never been quantified.

In reality these numbers are somewhat murky. Where does unsubtantiated or unproven fall into this mix. It is not false but we should not make a leap of faith that unsubtantiated means an actual crime took place.

Even in the late 80s the rape culture that all men are sexual predators and women are virtuous was the
dominant narrative. When a so called expert said all men are potential rapists. I responded potential is
meaningless unless it is actualized. Potentially you are an imbecile, but have indicated by your verbiage you have fulfilled that potential. Actually, had any other group been similarly castigated the person would be guilty of a hate crime.

I am very fortunate that I was always above the board in my dating history. Luckily the smell of alcohol and the stupid conversations are a turnoff for me. It is quite easy to see how the politically charged campus atmosphere has manipulated reality where males are at the mercy of the system. Those that think women are not capable of false and malicious charges should read volumes of child abuse allegations in divorce proceedings. Divorce is usually initiated by the female and sadly children
become casualties of the war for assets. Any claim that women are uniquely virtuous and men are innately evil is infantile.

Let professional investigators deal with rape allegations. Professional investigators are trained experts
and are more trained to deal with these type of situations than Stalinist university flunkies. Rape is a criminal matter that is best handled by professionals. I will not limit this criticism to Universities. A fringe group of political imbeciles in the UK decided they would similarly investigate sex crimes internally. The result was the politically powerful prevailed in the SWP. The results were even more embarrassing in the Webberman case. The community bullied a rape victim. The leader of the disgraceful congregation called the victim a whore.

In general the claim of scores of rapes on campuses appears to be a politically driven media event. We have seen these before with stories of Black Churches burning, This included fake memories by Bill Clinton. The famous domestic violence spurts after the Super Bowl was another fabricated story. Add to this Victimology hacks defining almost everything done by males as rape. Add the twisted desire for attention. One can recite various people who reported fake hate crimes with ease. University culture turns these victims into celebrities. Conversely when politically popular victim groups commit hate crimes against Jews the university elite turn a blind eye.

Of course lefties rant about organizations investigating themselves. However, these concerns do not seem to apply to lefties in universities or extreme left  political parties.

Let professionals do their jobs without Stalinist political hacks messing things up.

No faith in the DOJ

The Obama administration is rife with corruption and incompetence. The latest bit is the blatantly political move to not jail Lois Lerner for contempt of congress. The DOJ making this choice is in violation of multiple ethics sections of the law. In this case with an ex DOJ employee the entire matter should have been handled by a special prosecutor.

Lerner deserves to spend the rest of her days on a series of RICO charges. Those trials can last years and the jail terms are usually in the decades. In the case of Lerner there should be no plea deal. She should face years of courtroom trials followed by hard time with criminals in the Federal Pen with no possibility of parole until she is 150.

The agencies that employed Lerner need to be purged. Anyone with 20 years experience who is eligible to collect retirement pay immediately should be shown the door and permanently barred from further employment with the government. In this case it is important to end the Lerner/ Obama pattern of corruption. Lerners actions and career are far worse than the actions of Benadict Arnold. Prior to Arnold's act of treason he had been a hero who save the country at least twice. He got into a series of political infighting and was denied credit that his actions had warranted by peers with a fraction of his ability.

Lerner is a political hack who spent her entire career abusing her authority. She is an attorney and any claim she was not cognizant of her crimes is comedic. Her crimes are worse than treason because she took it upon herself to blatantly interfere in the rights of citizens she disagreed with to practice rights guaranteed in the Constitution.

As for her crimes on the community level. She should be thrown out of any real house of worship for her persecution of pro Israel groups and her violations of the law on behalf of Obama. Her family members should be subjected to verbal abuse, but no threats of physical violence. She is a latter day Kapo and should be reminded of it every day for the remainder of her wasted life. In her case jail would be more merciful than life as a pariah.

She gasped that she is better than Jeffrey Dahmer. Dahmer commited acts of violence and impacted only a few hundred people. Lerner betrayed the Constitution she swore an oath to uphold. Her malfeasance damaged the American people. The fact that she spent a career abusing her authority and was rewarded with promotions and bonuses illustrates a culture of corruption on a massive scale.  These crimes against the fabric of our society are far worse than those of Dahmer.

Lerners name should be synonymous with Abuse of authority and malfeasance.

Getting Rid of the Frummies

I have managed to avoid the planets biggest jerks the ignorant and lazy frummies. They bring their toxic lifestyle and impose on their family. My car was destroyed through their negligence. I also warned my brother taking the vehicle in question would end our relationship. He doesn't have the money to buy a new car because his wife refuses to work and he pays crushing Yeshiva tuition.

The car spat disinhereted his family. Whatever is left of my collections will be distributed to my daughter and nephew from a different sibling. My remains will be placed in Guyana away from any of his foul offspring. There will be no memorial service. Just a final plane ride and drive trough the countryside in a remote location. Oddly if I did not possess several domestic spots this flight of fancy would still be cheaper than buying a spot locally. I will ask my family in Guyana to say a few short words.

The holidays are not things that bring the family together. His Adrian Monk like mania for minute rules ruins every gathering. His conversation about his religious zombie lifestyle taxes my nerves.
While most lifestyle quirks do not impact relatives the Frum lifestyle drives the more secular types up
A wall.

Fortunately, he will be away for the Seder. He will return on the third day of the holiday and annoys everyone but I will be elsewhere.

This conflict goes on in plenty of families. The irritation of the secular types with the behavior of the Frum types rarely gets discussed. I made a decision to walk away from this in my twenties and stop pretending. I never wanted any part of this religion and am happy to never set foot in a house of worship again, except for funerals.

I am not anti religion. My view is that it is a part of life that provides a framework. When the rote tasks become drudge work it is time to move on. It is more important that people live honorably that perform rituals that are increasingly annoying due to obsessive minutia. I don't want sermons at the table in family time.

Unfortunately, this lifestyle was thrust on me and I rejected it. My choice was private. I did not discuss it with others even when asked. My comments were find your own path. Oddly one of the rare discussions was with a hypocrite show off. He went off for about 20 minutes about my living differently. My response was live your own life. There is no need to discuss this. He wanted to fight, but I walked away. The person saying that went on to use drugs, have numerous affairs and is serving jail time for a crime of violence.

At least my brother is not Bill Ayers. He is obnoxious, arrogant, hypocritical, clueless but at least he isn't a menace to the general public.

Nostalgia

Sadly items and places from my childhood no longer exist to share with my grandchild. Still I take my daugher and grandkids to the local Greek Diner. You think these neighborhood places are there forever but they are disappearing.

I went for a fast trip to the corner store. Cheekie was jumping up and down screaming she wants gum. I went looking for Old Bazooka Joe and didn't find that or Hubba Bubba or Chicklets. I found some Wrigleys spearmint. I couldn't find Cracker Jack and used the ConAgra knock offs.

There are many brands forgotten. I loved Planters Peanut butter. Gator Gum is a thing of the past. Five Alive is still produced but I haven't seen it in twenty years.

I will try and share a bar of Goldenbergs Peanut chews. They are a local treasure and hopefully they will be around for Cheekies kids too.

Sharing bits of your childhood with the Grandkids is part of the maze of life. Even small things like enjoying fresh coleslaw on a Turkey sandwich are parts of life. The grandkids are plenty of fun.

World Upside Down

The Arabs have formed a coalition without the USA. The situations around the globe specifically in Yemen require direct action. The Saudis and the Egyptians appear not to trust Obama. In a way this may be for the best. Arabs can abuse each other with no comment from anyone. Assad killed thousands in Syria before the civil war and lefties said duhhhhhhh.

The U.S. Government has sold all the military hardware and the Arabs will use it well. There are those who argue with plenty of validly that we have no dog in this fight. The Saudis are a historic ally

Watching Obama and Biden in action is akin to the political equivalent of a Bevis and Butthead cartoon, The policies of Obama are more stupid than political. Obama seems to think history starts and ends with him.

No doubt if the Saudis learn something through torture how will the mercurial Obama react. As our historic allies don't trust us who knows.

Our allies acted in their own interest. Their actions say much about Obama.

Gays and the First Amendment

I want to start this by stating, I support gay marriage. This for me is a matter of personal liberty and equity. I would have preferred Civil Unions but that alternative was taken off the table. In general I would prefer the State avoid defining religious terms. There are those faiths that approve of polygamy and those unions remain civilly illegal.

The case of the baker who refused to make a pro gay marriage cake is a first amendment issue. This is not the case of a hotel or restaurant refusing to accommodate a gay couple. The cake in question is an artistic expression. There are plenty of other bakers who will gladly make that type of cake.

Beloved Brands

I collect stocks of consumer product companies. Over time many have been bought out. Sometimes one company I own buys another. Over the years many beloved companies I owned were purchased or sold Brands. Sara Lee, CPC, Wrigley were just some of the companies I owned and lost.

Over time sometimes you find a brand you loved back in your portfolio as Oreos and Planters went from privately held to public companies. It's fun going to the grocery store and just looking for your companies products.

Of all of the companies I owned over the years the one that I really missed was Heinz. I  loved the entire product line and retained a soft spot for its products. I bought fewer as other companies I owned made similar products. I was pleasantly surprised to learn it is back in my portfolio again as I own Kraft which merged with Heinz.

I went back to the market and purchased all my old favorites. It was fun to throw old favorites back in
the cart. I think the only thing I refuse to buy is the mustard because Guldens and the smaller producers make better products. There will be a cash dividend and I will plow it back into a small position in a food company I don't own.

Oddly, enough my daughter eats some of this stuff. As she is getting older she learns to take a snack or two.

The Media Fails to Do its Job

One can peruse the Alien file of Barak Obama Sr. on line. The answers to many of the questions are likely inferred in that file.

There is no evidence that Obamas mother and father actually married. No certificate has ever been located. No photos of the event or witnesses has ever stated they were present. The only tangible evidence that such a marriage existed is the divorce decree for the union.

There are a handful of photos that show them together. There does not appear to be evidence that Obamas parents even lived together.  The A file alludes to a woman claiming to be the wife of Obama
Sr. The government was well aware of Obamas wife in Kenya.

This information is all meaningless except for the medias refusal to do even basic research into the Obama myth.The Obama mythology of his birth adds up to a sham marriage. Even if a certificate is located one must deal with the polygamy issue. Again, none of this matters except that Obama has knowingly peddled mythology and his media minions looked away.

Oddly, Obama could have used this history for a meaningful discussion about immigration laws and reality. This would have been more poignant than the blather Trayvon could have been me. Other than a proclivity towards substance abuce there is no common ground. Obama was a Preppy Pothead much like a butt kissing Screech and Trayvon was a violent version of Juan Epstein. Obama falsely places his mythical parents in the civil rights Selma bit

The truth is that Obama is not and never was anything more than a joke. He never lived in a Black household until marriage. Obama spent HS as a prep school version of Shaggy. He attended classes in
between Bong Hits in the mystery van. In college he becomes an angry student radical on cue. His angry radical act was more dancing to the tune his Bolshevik professors wanted than authentic. Obama is tofu in a steak and potatoes world.

After Obama is out we are going to learn plenty. I am not looking forward to this. I expect it to be worse than we imagined.

Lois Lerner Cries Victim

Lois Lerner is crying she is a victim. People won't hire her and she has been forced to spend large sums of money for legal bills. For someone who is allegedly an attorney to state this these remarks should come with a laugh track. Perhaps in addition to all the other epithets deservedly tossed at Lerner we should now add imbecile.

The record indicates Lois Lerner abused her power and violated multiple ethical standards. She is an attorney who took the required ethics training provided to every song Federal Employee multiple times. The training is pretty basic and speaks directly to the crimes she committed. Let's all place in a call to the Argentine government and recommend Lerner for a job there. She can blubber to Timmerman who also is whining about being unpopular in the Jewish community.

Has anyone checked Monster for jobs with the key phrases amoral or ethically challenged. Add in obtuse .......  Proven record of abusing authority ......

Lerner cries that she is better than Jeffery Dahmer. Is this a joke. She commits massive crimes and violates a public trust but at least I am not a serial killer. Actually, serial killers have fan clubs and groupies and are more popular than IRS managers.

On a serious level her crimes cut to the basic confidence that the citizens of this country have in fair governance. Lerner took it upon herself to target political opponents with whom she disagreed with. She sought to influence multiple elections by obstruction of the process which conservative and pro Israel groups applications thereby depriving them of the right to politically organize. When caught she could have offered a defense but ineptly attempted to invoke her fifth amendment rights and the games with the emails are obstruction of justice.

There was a time when lefties understood abuse of power. They railed about literacy tests and poll taxes as efforts to suppress the Black vote. Lerner behaved in the same manner as those good old boys trying to keep Blacks from voting. This type of behavior by Federal officials seeking to inhibit the ability of protected political organization goes to the heart of our nation. The action s of Lerner exceed anything imagined by Nixon in Watergate.

While Dahmer killed plenty of people, he did not erode the foundation of our government. When I appear before the government many of us have our faith in the ability of the government to treat people fairly and follow rules tested. Given the size and magnitude of this scandal many of us should have serious concerns about the integrity of governmental agencies. The scandals at the IRS are so severe as to warrant a house cleaning. Anyone above Lerner in the chain of command should be forced to retire. Retirement packages should be planned at the IRS.

Lerner should be prosecuted after her savior leaves office. This way the savior can not reward his assassin with a presidential pardon Lerner should be charged with her crimes as soon as Obama leaves office.

Hundreds of civil lawsuits should keep her occupied for the remainder of her days. Of course she can spare us the trouble and emigrate. North Korea looks great.....

Our bird brained poultry wants to go into the crimes of Lerner. BB Idaho sees Lerner as a victim.

Let's do this slowly as both parties are not capable of rational thought. Lerner is an attorney and is well aware of the heinous crimes she commited. Any verbal abuse she receives other than death threats or threats of violence are warranted. Her persecution of pro Israel groups on behalf of Obama who is the most anti Israel president puts her on a par with Kapos. If she were in my congregation I would demand her membership be revoked and all family events cancelled. She should not even be permitted a burial in a Jewish cemetery.

Lerner is a public servant and abused her position to persecute people with whose political option she differed with. She did this around an election in an attempt to suppress grass roots political activities.
The requests for evidence went well beyond what was required by law. The antics of the IRS under Lerner were Hugo Chavez like. Perhaps Kirchner will offer her a job so Timmerman might find someone as unpopular in their own community.

Civil Servants are bound by a code of ethics. There is mandatory training that covers this area that every single Federal Employee is required to take yearly. Lerner is also an attorney and her actions warrant a higher penalty.

Federal employees are protected from liability only if their mistakes were in the normal course of doing their duties. Lerner knowingly abused her position to harm those whose politics she disagreed with. She should be sued into bankruptcy and her pension stripped. Her husband should be forced to divorce her or lose every single dime.

How Dare You Joooos Act In Your Own Interest

I have great issue with a President blatantly interfering in an election in a country that has a history of
fair elections. This is a disgusting habit that is almost always violated by the left with regularity. The antics of the Soros NGOs are direct violations of private individuals interfering in US foreign policy.

The Obamunist NYT talking about race baiting campaigns is quite funny. Will the newspaper that remained silent while Obama inserted himself front and center in every racial tiff look in the mirror. How many times has Al Sharpton been to the Whitehouse? How often do the nuts at the NAACP invoke slavery and lynching against Republicans frivolously. Then there are the Henny Penny folks at
The SPLC who see Nazis and the KKK in the same manner Elmer Fudd sees rabbits. They do not see or comment about the plethora of incedents of Jew hatred in universities or left wing protests. Someone at a TEA party event might have used the N word  at a protest becomes a national story.
Lefties screaming about Jewish cabals in media or banks gets ignored. Drunken frat boys use the N word in a party is national news. Lefties chant kill the pigs multiple times and cops get shot and the media says nothing. The media never reports bigotry or incitement from the left. Where are the NYT articles about harassment of Jews on Universities? They are likely in the same place that the accounts of the Holocaust and Ukranisn Famine are when they occurred.

Obama is now talking about sanctions on Israel. This is cause for a direct response against Obama supporters. Especially quiet is Charles Schumer who has been distancing himself from Obama. There are limits to Presidential authority. There are also serious potential criminal charges ranging from Obamas actions in Office. Every single email from the IRS should be pulled and Lois Lerner should be dragged from courtroom for the rest of her life. A RICO charge is quite appropriate and can go up the food chain.

Point of order for Marxist Poultry. Federal law does not protect one from abusing authority or malfeasence. Lerner as a lawyer is well aware of this and deserves to do hard time.with common criminals. If she turns on Obama the sentence can be reduced. Criminal charges can commence as soon as Obama leaves office. A lifetime spent in court on RICO charges will be the legacy of the incompetent one.

Moses beats Pharoh again

Pharoh Obama and his left wing buddies set about interfering with an election in an independent nation. The problem is the citizenry of that nation is not nor should it be favorably inclined towards Pharoh Obama. Thus the dream of creating Pseudostine to please his antisemitic University buddies will elude him.

Of course if Obama were not antisemitic he would demand the PA behave responsibly and halt terror. Those who yearn for Peace never quite get around to the part where Arabs put down the gun and make some concessions.

Pretty Bad Shape

The cold has remained with me off and on for a month. Normally I could ride it out. Unfortunately I developed a nasty sinus infection as well as infected ears. The medication and diet are having an impact on my condition. I slept soundly for the first time in a month. Steam baths are helping but they
I fall asleep in seconds after.  The ears feel better and I am moving around better.

Wow ??????. NFL player safety

The NFL is a violent game and nothing should really ever shock a fan. The impending retirement of 23 year old Chris Borland for head trauma is a shock. He really did play well in his lone season. All of us should wish him well. As much as I love the sport I am starting to wonder if the cost just isn't too high. I don't envision a new type of helmet saving lives.

I haven't even touched on illegal drugs or painkiller abuse yet. I love the game but the costs to the athletes is just staggering. You look at the images of Earl Campbell today and shudder. Earl was almost supernatural and today he can barely walk. Earl is too classy to question the price he paid for the game we love. Lyle Alzado abused steroids and died horribly from cancer, emaciated to the bone.

I love the sport, but it must be made safer.

I applaud Borland the man looking after his family and acting on his beliefs. The sad part is those of us who love the game are familiar  with the trauma and tragedy. Perhaps when Borland is 60 and playing with his grandkids and living a normal life his choice will be clearer.

How does one love the game understanding the risk. Sometimes I ask myself this as I watch. Yet I do love the game. Perhaps shorter seasons and games is the answer.

Things need to change for the better.

Update Apparently there were shoulder issues as well. However, the main reason cited by Borland was head trauma. Part of me wonders if the players had to wear leather helmerts if some of this leasing with the head stuff might stop. The helmet itself invites use as a weapon. This is not safe for neck injuries. The forward pass also invites high speed collisions. But other than Dave Duerson most of the impacted are linemen and linebackers.

I stopped watching boxing long ago. Part of it was the looking at fighters as hulks punch drunk. The other part was the industry lacked charismatic fighters like Rey Leonard.

The NFL has no shortage of entertainment and players who play with a passion. Yet I recoil at the Borland story and the David Wilson story. Wilson was an exciting player whose career ended almost before it began. He had severe neck injuries and the Giants had to tell him his career was over.

I do love the NFL but these injuries aren't worth it. In the end it is just a game and ratings. The cost is just way too high and player safety needs to come first. I do not know what the answer is, but things just can't continue the way they are.

Miss Cheekie

I have a toddler that lives with us. She isn't the easiest of kids and at times she is somewhat strange, but I love the Cheekie kid. I eat different food from the rest of the people in the house. I eat curry only about twice a week. The Mrs put up with my love of spinach.

For the most part I have separate grocery items. I eat the deli meat sandwiches and the dog eats them. Oddly so does Cheeky who developed a taste for sliced Turkey and Turkey Bologna. Cheekie is known to grab Grandpas Hawaiin Punch. I drink that only when I have a cold usually very watered down. She also likes the Pringles and Oreos. I do get her Gummi Bears.

It was a rare day that I was home sick. Cheekie did not let me rest and woke me up to play.  Most of the time I am lenient and will let her have some adventures with grandmas cosmetics. Other times she
Just wants to play with the dog who is never far from me. The dog usually gets me to prepare a snack and I share my food with the dog. I made a lamb shank with barley and gave a huge bone with meat to the dog. Oddly Cheekie seems to enjoy this stuff.

She is with her fathers family and I miss having her around. She likes to imitate the facial expressions like the famous Marx bros skit. She even has learned an Alan Sherman song. The kids love to sing My Zelda. The house is never boring with Cheekie around.

Stupidity and Alcohol in Oklahoma

Frat houses are home to alcoholic morons prone to stupid behavior. Thanks to a national media frenzy
those of you who didn't know frat houses are filled with losers certainly know it now.

Of course lefties chanting kill the cops at various protests are usually swept under the rug. Lefties harassing Jews at Universities is also swept under the rug. I want to point out to Commies that if Muslim students were given a pledge not to visit Meca based upon the misogyny and odd practices of

Sometimes trolls do go a tad too far. There is no excuse for threats or invasion of privacy. On this blog we have dealt with this issue a few times.

That being said whoever wrote the quips about mullets should get a thumbs up. While we should never tolerate threats, base sexual remarks and crude bigotry there is a place for witty sarcasm.  There is a line with humor and bad haircuts are fair game.

Time to hold Obama supporters accountable

There is an antisemitic dual loyalty bit that is familiar to any person in the blogosphere. Jews who support Israel are targeted with charges of dual loyalty oddly by Marxists who have demonstrated no loyalty whosoever.

The latest bit is the Obama administration allegedly threatening to shoot down Israeli warplanes on a mission to destroy Iranian nuclear sites. If this is true then it is time to hold Obama supporters accountable for this arrogance. The destruction of those facilities is in the best interest of the USA. Moreover, attacking an ally on behalf of a terrorist regime borders on insane. Obama certainly does have no shortage of quislings.

I will remind Dianne Feinstein that Obama does not speak for me. His increasingly bizarre behavior including pretending Jews who were killed in Europe are somehow crime victims killed randomly. Oddly the governments of Egypt and Jordan have no need to mince words about ISIS. In fact the megalomaniac Obama seems more worked up about a speech of a democratically elected leader than ISIS.

The criticism of Rudy Guliani about Obama is correct. He is an incompetent University Marxist Political hack. He is the most divisive and incompetent person ever elected to the Presidency. The Bolshevik media has pretty much carried his water.  The IRS scandal alone is far more serious than any Nixonian crimes. After Obama leaves office the case should continue and Lois Lerner should be jailed for her actions. A top to bottom house cleaning at the IRS should commence immediately.

Tired of Lefties Malfeasence In Higher Ed

There are some of you who are baffled by the failure of Obama to describe the source of terror. They need to look no further than his Moonbat lefty white family and years in the Old Bolshevik network in Education. He has no problem ranting about the Crusades even if the context is completely wrong.

The problem is the left hold Muslims to no standards of ethical behavior while rationalizing every barbaric practice and absurd statement from hate preachers. Compare the reaction when the rare Christian voice says anything that can be construed as homophobic to the statements made by campus approved speakers. Lefties have an incoherent rationalization for supporting Muslims whose violent persecution of gays is a fact "pink washing". Similarly militant feminists will suspend all of their beliefs to support the most misogynistic people on the planet.

Ron Paul Wrong on Everything

In general the best way to predict if something is right look for how Ron Paul's position and go opposite. The latest bit is mind games with traitors.

Snowmen is a traitor and deserves the full punishment of the law. As a federal employee the rules are abundantly clear. When a legal angle is discussed the identity of the person is never discussed. Privacy is respected and the legal angle is more important. For example I have made a good faith effort to establish the identity of an applicant as he has told at least five different accounts of his identity where do we go from here on this application type. The focus is on law and facts and privacy is paramount. In the above case an applicable precedent was provided and a strategy to deal with the situation was provided. I might ask the counsel if we can use certain tools in a legal case. For example a primary system did not record an event. A backup system indicates it happened. Or the rap sheet does not include a major event now what. In this instance a person was convicted and served ten years for manufacturing a drug, but the event was not recorded on the RAP sheet. The focus is on law and how to handle an event.

What Snowden did was abhorrent on many levels. You never divulge technique or violate privacy of individual. If you disagree with a policy it does not mean you can refuse to perform your job or go public. The Office of Inspector general is available to handle abuse of power and corruption.

RIP Leonard Nimoy

I did watch the show, but I hate nerds. The acting was dreadful but it was fun and entertaining. I did enjoy those moments where members of the old show like Scotty did appear on the new show. There are times in my life and career I played every major part in the show. Most of the time I am like Scotty with a bucket of junk food solving impossible tasks. At times I played a Kirk like role leading from the front making things right. There are moments where I lapse into McCoy when people quote law without common sense. There are rare moments when purely detached logic is required. Perhaps this is why the series resonated so well.

Part of an era has passed. Many of us regular folks enjoyed the show without getting carried away.

The other day I was floored when my daughter repeated one of my classic catch phrases "God hates me". It comes up every now and then. Usually at a key moment I utter that one. The a nasty boss added he hates me too. I pointed out no the person that hates you is closer to home.

Pretty much it is the Obama line. A total non entity declares the recent Rudy remarks are an attempt to remain relevant. Of course addressing when and where Obama has demonstrated a love for this country and its traditions is impossible. The economy is a mess. The jobs numbers are not reflective of a higher unemployment rate as people have stopped looking. Obama launched club 29 so employers could dodge his signature policy.

Obama has a penchant for bizarre apologies and omissions. While the USA has wronged Native Americans and Black Slaves the apology in Cairo was a head scratcher. We has no colonial possessions in the area. Perhaps Muslims should apologize to the indigenous Jews and Christians of the region for Jim Crow antics. When and were did a head of State apologize for 9-11. There was some Arab who offered money after a verbal tirade about the USA. Rudy stood on principle and told the lout to keep his money. Don't hold your breath waiting for Obama to demonstrate that he has a spine.

Lupica can not state a single fact that Rudy presented that was incorrect. His families political proclivities were well known. His mother was a far left moonbat. He had a Communist mentor.  His friends just happen to be 60s radical terrorists. He attends a racist antisemitic church led by an insane Pastor who hates America. As for any service to America by Pastor Wright, Benadict Arnold and Julius Rosenberg served but it does not mitigate later actions.

Obama has no conception of the basis of immigration. Obama sees this as a divine right by people oppressed by the United States. The rest of us understand the historic context of immigration following a set of rules. While Obama talks about getting tough on criminals, he sets the bar higher so almost nobody gets deported.

Marxists are not suited to elected office as they do not respect power. The abuses of the IRS are part and parcel of a Diet Hugo tactic of harrasing political foes.

When life gives you lemons make lemonade

There are those who fear change. They endure awful situations because fear of the unknown. They endure the obnoxious and toxic. Sometimes it takes a leap of faith to challenge the present. I am I not afraid of the unknown as the present was dreadful.

I am perplexed how an imbecile thinks my escape to a certain unit would undermine her.  I stated point blank, there is no need for me or anyone else to undermine an incompetent. It is only a matter of time until we find out whose assessment is correct.

I fought for my freedom and outmaneuvered the dimwit. I had no intention of assisting her fraudulent claims of competence. For now I am a mere number on a team. I have no intention of leading a team or inovating. It is highly probable I will be doing some type of special projects in the new area as I have demonstrated competence and reliability.

Learning new tasks is always rewarding. The new tasks are just part of an expanding skill set.

There has been an effort on the left to strip the motivation for the massacre in Paris. We are to believe this was random crime. The killers screaming Allah Ahkbar were not real Muslims. Now we have a shooting at a Jewish house of worship in Europe. Is this latest episode just an argument over sports teams that got out of hand.

Sorry lefties but non stop demonization of Jews and word games with Zionism produced this mess. One does not have the right to bring their old world ignorance and bigotry to a modern society. Of course when lefties talk about Jewish cabals and need to get in the face of Jews.

It is long past time for Jews to hold Obama allies like Charles Schumer accountable for the actions of Obama.

True love and fried chicken

One of the things lawyers enjoy about working with me is the ability to crack jokes with regular folks and corporate types. We had a model at my desk and she asked me about true love. I told her it was true. I had met a woman of timeless beauty who was into arts and letters. Alas it came down to a love triangle between her and that other love of mine a bucket of fried chicken. Alas the love of my life made me an ultimatum. It was her or that bucket of chicken. I chose the bucket of chicken.

Dumbfounded the model said "you traded eternal happiness for a bucket of chicken".

I pointed out it was no ordinary chicken. It was Popeyes and there were a few biscuits in there as well.

Actually, my two deal breakers are vegetarianism and Marxism. Vegans should try this experiment. Do not bring up the subject until date four. See if you have built up enough chemistry to withstand your divisive choices. It would help if you did not lecture others about your lifestyle choice.

This may sound odd to Duncy but I am frequently mistaken for a man of the left. I have no tollerance for social justice freaks. I am happy to work with Community Activists helping various types of  people. However, when dealing with lefties it boils down to obsession with Jews.

Shrewd move

I was moved from one team to another. I will miss most of the cast including one who has been with me for seven years. I am now a rookie on a very experienced staff that was three short. Normally officers as durable as myself only become available if a team is broken up. In this case, I objected to being placed on a team with two coworkers who were involved in my workplace bullying. It was a non negotiable situation and I took my grievance to the top.

Most of the workers are in their sixties and very experienced in citizenship. There is some talk they might be rotated to Green cards in a year. However, some citizenship work will be fun and a good change of pace. Perhaps I can persuade Ducky to go to Argentina and join the lefts latest joke of a savior.

My friend who runs the customer service unit knows I work hard and get stuff done. It starts with the siege rack. As there is food nearby I can work the most difficult cases for seven hours straight provided the diet dew and a bag of snacks are around.

It's about class

I am not nor have I ever been a Christian. I admire the teachings of Christ and the dignified manner its faithful servants conduct themselves. The exception to this rule is the blasphemous followers of liberation theology. The followers of that madness are Marxists seeking to undermine Churches in the name of a death cult.

There is a time and place for criticism. The comments of Obama at a religious meeting are part of the low class arrogance and monumental stupidity of a failed President. Even if his comments contained accurate historical commentary this was not the correct venue. Fortunately, Christians who are serious about their fate suffer fools and imbeciles better than Muslims

Islam was spread by the sword since its inception. It has a record of Jim Crow style abuses that are a matter of fact. That being said I have never met a patriot who does not grasp the mistreatment of Indians and Slaves are a part of our history. However, I have yet to read a Muslim not named Stephen Schwartz acknowledge that Muslims did mistreat others. Usually, a stupid lefty will point out that crimes in Europe against Jews were greater. The logic of rationalizing the mistreatment of Jews by saying others treated them worse does not pass a basic logic test.

There are plenty of decent Muslims. However, they are not perpetual victims and are historically more prone to behaviors that mistreat others. The Crusaders committed crimes against Jews. The Crusades were a response to Muslim colonial aggression. There were plenty of abuses on both sides.
One does not discuss the Crusades without acknowledging the colonial spread of Islam.

Now I would not deliver a lecture about the low points in Islamic history in a Mosque filled with Imams. Nor is denying that those who commit crimes in the name of Allah are Muslims a rational strategy. I am perplexed about the use of snuff films. The purpose of those films seems only to antagonize everyone else on the planet. Death is a part of life, but maliciously using painful methods on film hurts the cause they seek to promote.

Moreover, if you have to go back hundreds of years you are essentially conceding the point. The President is too immersed in Marxist idiocy to grasp the fundamental fact that Christianity is the building block of the Western Civilization we enjoy and he abhors.

On Citizenship

I want to talk about a different generation. My grandfather was part of a very different group of immigrants. Immigration today is largely about economics even in the Asylum area. It is rare that one gets people who are coming to the country for its ideals

Citizenship was magical to a person fleeing persecution. The notion of being allowed to live freely as Jews was a dream to many Eastern Europeans. Citizenship tests were far tougher and the English tests were challenging. Passing the test was a dream and Citizenship certificates were as prized as College Degrees.

Now citizenship is still important today. However, the love of the country and its ideals are not motivational factors in the immigration process. Today's immigrants are largely economic and arrive with open hands out. Many show zero respect for the laws and traditions of this country. This is the Obama doctrine where immigration is just another hand out.

When You Have To Talk

One of the reasons that I am respected by my foes is that I play fair. I do not try and injure my opponents who deserve this. I try and get things done on the lowest level possible, My psycho boss had her BFF attempt to do me dirty on the way out. I warned the best friend I would reluctantly go over her head.

Reluctantly, I did ask for a meeting with the top boss. I explained that there is a difference between ordinary office spats and workplace bullying. I spoke briefly about the highlights of my mistreatment and my desire to leave this team. I pointed out this was a very unusual and severe case. The top boss is well aware of my reputation for excellent work with the public and my dedication to helping those who are disabled.

Most officers fear the top boss. I have no such fear and communicate quite well. I got my point across and our director has zero tolerance for workplace bullying. The record indicated I was quite vocal in my protests and went through the chain of command with no relief.

I explained, I am unopposed to my redeployment to a different section. I recognize the right of the new Chief to form her own team. I support this decision, but request a move to another team. My request was granted and I will be sent back to the CSU and join a different team in the same unit. I am no longer a member of what management refers to as the dream team. I am now a rookie officer on an established team in another area. The new team is not highly rated. However, they know their job and have been doing it for decades.

The new section where I have landed is enthusiastic about the arrival of my old team. The team will be pitching in full time. The new Chief in my old area needed to rid herself of this unit of hardcore opponents. I was very clearly opposed and not amenaable to compromise or intimidation. In fact this Cheif has gotten a bloody nose for picking a fight. I was supposed to remain and train the new officers. I refused to do anything more than provide a script and suggest others for that role.

I assured the new cowokers I will be returning after another rotation. My transition to this new unit will be smothed by joining an established team, albeit not nearly as highly rated. The team I leave is still highly rated but will be supplemented by a rookie who hopefully shows promise and respects the more senior members of the team. The officers on that team can do almost any task. Unfortunately, development of an effective team is more than a product of crunching numbers. The history of the individuals involved are genuine factors. The officers I had issues with were revealed to be highly over rated. The previous Chief made zero effort to retain their services.

Reputations are earned through effort and sometimes association. In this case their reputation was a product of nepotism and following orders blindly. Mine was more difficult to explain. I was affiliated with those teams, but widely known for my opposition to its tactics. I built a reputation with the subsequent administrations based upon numbers and my abilities to communicate and solve problems. They had peaked and mine was built as my views became mainstream. Along the way a new administration was formed and sought to build its own team. I had no desire to work with that administration and could not be coaxed or intimidated into changing my mind. I embraced being banished but wanted away from the incompetent divas.

I got my freedom from the Old Cheif. I also got to get away from toxic incompetent hacks who are prone to backstabbing peers who have zero respect for the public.

Wrong on tollerance

There is a story from California about students being harangued about their private beliefs about human sexuality.While I sympathize with tolerance for gays, I am against invading private political beliefs. Intellectual freedom is part of the liberties accorded to individuals under the first amendment.

In truth this type of buffoonish behavior does not advance the cause of gay rights. The cause of gay rights was advanced when reasonable people had rational conversations with their coworkers and friends. It is hard to mindlessly hate the guy at the water cooler unless he did something crazy.

Gays and Lesbians are the people who live a few doors away. They are the eccentric Uncle or the independent Aunt. The special people in our daily lives do not need intellectual thugs acting in their name.

Pure Criminality

ISIS is a criminal enterprise and the purpose of these snuff films is known only to the idiots who run that outfit. Burning captives alive for entertainment is a sick act. Any Westerner found to have fought with ISIS should be prosecuted immediately for treason. After watching these snuff films I have no concerns about GITMO or whatever.

I do admire Strphen Schwartz. He cares about his faith and has a love for America and its traditions. He notes the political dimensions of the radicals within the history of Islam. Oddly if one wants straight talk about Islam it is more likely to come from a Sufi than from a politician.

Claiming Islam has nothing to do with the actions of ISIS is dishonest. However ignoring the political
Aspects of these groups is also dishonest. In essence the actions of ISIS are a branding strategy of a criminal/political group. Musliims themselves need to deal with what the impact of snuff films made in the name of their faith means.

When one talks with Muslims of faith and violence it is a different conversation. The conversation with Schwartz is moot as he has consistently been against gratuitous bloodshed for no purpose. The problem is we don't have enough voices of reason like Schwartz and have too many who speak in riddles.

Rookie all over again

I am perplexed by the celebration of the officers of my arrival in the new unit. The officers are quite happy at the arrival of my team. I am not exactly happy with the addition to our team that was very highly regarded.

The team was sent due to its intransigence towards its former supervisor who has since been promoted. How one merrits a promotion after losing control and the respect of the team is totally unknown. Furthermore, the previous supervisor had no such difficulties and that team was singled out
By other supervisors as the dream team.

Now I am a rookie all over again. I will be learning from my peers. Despite this I am one of the new bosses go to people due to a unique skill set. I studied both the numerical and psychological parts of management at the Collegiate level. I also did have executive experience in the private sector before I arrived. Unfortunately, I walked into a situation where I was bullied and had my reputation shattered. It took many years to rebound and get the formal respect my skill set warranted.

The top boss said this is not an ending just merely a new chapter. I was asked about the hostility toward the previous supervisor who has been promoted. I was blunt that she lacks street credibility as an officer. Her personal skills are dreadful and is a walking EEO disaster. However, the greatest annoyance is her lack of effort. I don't mind losing because the task was too big or someone else just outperformed me. It is inexcusable to lose on lack of effort and poor planning. Officer work was beneath her and the work of supervisor was an inconvenience.

I am quite fond of probability and have my own theories how this will end. After a short spell the ineptness becomes apparent and she gets promoted again to a staff position of irrelevance. An EEO bombshell of her own arrogance takes her out. Someone actually notices how grossly incompetent and lazy she is and removes her. A poor decision explodes and the agency moves her out. She pushes the wrong button and gets into an altercation with a coworker. Any of these are likely by the end of August. When this happens my team will likely get moved again. There is no substitute for excellence and experience.

Rooting for the Patriots

I do not like Seattle. They are a low class organization with a thug mentality. I don't like Russel Wilson who is a classier version of Michael Vick. The Seahawks had the luckiest reception in Super Bowl history. Unlike Tyree or Mannigham that was pure luck. Why Seattle tries a pass when they have the planets best inside runner is unknown.

Now Wilson is getting paid the Seahawks can not afford all this defensive talent.

Dawn

I am starting a new adventure. Rather than be targeted for more nonsense from an incompetent boss I walked. It wasn't  easy but after eight years I am entitled to write my own ending. I would have appreciated a send off. However, we don't get all we want.

The younger officers in the new unit are excited about the arrival of my team. I left the old group and told them I pass the baton. I couldn't carry it anymore for the new regime. My whole team was viewed as hostile to the new regime. My banishment was supposed to be to a related unit. There I would have worked for my old boss. The new boss is so hostile she wanted me to travel out with my team.

The new boss is a fan of mine for years. When he worked in my area, I did many quick reports for him. In reality the numbers part of my tool set is likely more valuable. However, the focus here is on public relations and communications. There is plenty of officer work but it is not as critical. The focus here is different. Chiefs have team members and supporting cast. My reputation is I am a key team member. However, I cautioned there is much to learn. Those who are familiar with my skill set are under the impression the transition will be swift.

Mr Big Ego

It is odd that as I depart one of those I trained has forgotten. I left the train at the station when the new
regime was appointed. Being a gentleman, I provided the script for the training and the focus. I recommended a group of people to assume my role. I was clear that I was unwilling to aid the new regime in any way. I would do my job and follow orders, but no more.

Imagine my surprise when one of my students bragged to me about his role in training the new officers. I recommended him for the role and wrote much of the script. I don't usually mind his bragging but this one is humorous. Finally, I reminded him he has the role because I passed the baton on my way out.

The new regime was so upset at this that they demanded my banishment to another unit. When the top boss informed me I told him it's just another mountain to climb. I have much to learn and it will be a while before I am contributing in any meaningful way.

What I find interesting is my upbeat can do temperment is considered a major plus in this area. I will be working with the Kingmaker. The top boss and I went over the numbers. I was surprised that he appeared to be a fan of the core theory. I developed it years back when looking at what we actually do. The theory provides maximum flexibility and a minimum core proficiency.

Oddly an odd topic came up. A peer who has not produced historically is now producing solid numbers. I explained that I threw out conventional methodology to teach this person. Most people don't take the time to see why a person failed. They repeat the same instructions and hope it kicks in. In this case the problem was mental clutter. I decided to use a technique I call anti instruction. Pick out the basics and reduce the task to smaller parts. We learn by doing more with simple guidelines. Work basic cases for a day and build confidence. Then add on as needed and build up. It was more a case of lack of focus and confidence. A can do attitude comes later.

The agency is seeing me in a different perspective. Much is expected of me in the new spot. In the old
Days I was an outlaw. Now I am welcome almost anywhere as someone who can contribute and help achieve goals. More public relations and leadership is expected in this role. The numbers crunching is
and logistics not being forgotten.

The Tank

I was banished from my area to a new section. I have been through multiple changes in Chiefs and survived. The first one was easy as that regime made my reputation so bad escape was impossible. Now during regime two my reputation started to get rehabilitated. In regime three I was a key member of the team. There is a new regime and my entire team was banished. What makes this unusual is this is the actual crew of the person promoted. We have watched an ignorant, lazy, incompetent butt kisser get promoted.

In my case she tried to flex her muscles at my expense. The result was a beat down of epic proportions. It was hoped that removal of those officers familiar with her incompetence and laziness would get a better team. I pointed this out and warned that this person is short of ideas and shorter on details. Writing a mission statement is empty rhetoric. Solving problems and development of staff is much harder. The students I left behind will need to carry my baton.

I am in a new unit. It is good to be somewhere where it is run by functional adults. The new boss has always asked for me to be transferred as he thinks I have a lot left in the tank. I cautioned that I am here to learn and it will be a while before I am functional. This is a different area and my public speaking abilities will be ultilized. Normally, I would write the speeches for others. I was floored when the bosses had me perform my own material. Then again I did not have to read from a page as I
Crafted the words I could look at the crowd.

My skill set is fairly unusual and was not really noticed until now. Part of the problem with bullying is that even after it ends you are never rehabilitated. I was denied opportunities that my performance warranted.

Several younger officers I trained when they passed through are looking forward. I reminded them I have much to learn and am up to the task. It is ironic that when the changes I fought for became the norm I was banished elsewhere. My blueprints are on the training, but it will be left to my students to make those visions reality.

Logically, I was supposed to return to a former boss. This boss told me that I would not be on clinical work. She wanted me back on the front lines leading and dealing with the operations. She didn't like my being assigned to warehouse style work. The new boss in my old area killed that idea as I would likely lead projects and initiatives that would be involved with her people.

Just incredible saying goodbye at work

I am in the process of saying goodbye to friends and peers that have been a part of my life for eight years. Perhaps it is easier because I left the office known as the Sky Palace around six months ago. People who were a part of my life for years were moved around a year ago.

Of the people leaving at least four preceded me barely. This is a clear move by the new chief to rid herself of critics. It is no mistake, her first attempt to flex her muscles got spanked. In the end this move was a face saver. She had no idea I was leaving and the decision for me to join the rest of my team was a last minute action. I went over her head to get out. She was so annoyed, she made zero eye contact.

The top boss asked me and I pointed out that one can remove those who know the incompetence the best, but the basic facts remain. How does one accomplish nothing, leave tons of work and get multiple EEO infractions and get promoted. Top management will often ask about history. I gave a terse response about floor leaders. New ones will emerge, but the old ethic of solving things in house quietly is gone. 

I pointed out that the new boss has a propensity to step on toes. It takes a bit for me to act. When I act it is measurged and behind closed doors. Oddly, I discussed this with a dolt whose trivial complaining 

led to the massacre. I pointed out that when faced with a far greater issues I handled matters in house.

The notion of involving management in personal issues is something I don't do. I am noted for fair play and respected by my foes. 

I was clear that I had no intention of mentoring the new class. I would not perform this role for the new regime and suggested replacements. My opposition was unyielding and the best this person could do was get me to follow orders. My mentoring the new class would be endorsing the changes in management. I handed the script off and allowed others to add to it.

I will miss the vegan who has been the best of friends. I miss so many others who were good friends and peers. I will be rejoining a few peers who made the journey earlier. I don't grasp why this is seen as rounding. There is nothing I am being groomed for. I just get it done wherever the wind takes me.

With an Outstretched Arm

I was formally moved to another section. Normally, a person is promoted and members of their team form the core of the new management team. In a development that is bizarre, the entire team was moved to another area. How does a supervisor with such an adversarial relationship with their employees get promoted.

I had hoped for a better ending. My tenure in this unit ends with a banishment. My team was warmly welcomed in our new area.

The top boss said its a new chapter. I just want to vanish.

Absurd Criticism

There is no reason to criticize local government for over reacting to the storm. After Sandy and previous storms diligence was warranted. The clean up effort was very smooth. We have plenty of issues with local government, but this wasn't one.

There is something about snow days that create lasting memories. Perhaps if they were more common we would forget them. In a way, they are unscheduled holidays without the pomp.

Lasting Memories

I arrived home in the storm with a bag of groceries and a bucket of chicken. No sooner than I walked in the door the girlfriend yelled about tracking snow in. The daughters best friend was there. I asked the girlfriend what she made. There is enough there. How she knew without looking I didn't know. The dog has been sick  I try to discourage him from sleeping with me in the cold room. I never need a blanket but must use one as the dog needs to be warm.

The adult daughter returns with one of my grandkids. She is already mumbling about gummy bears and watermelon. I left enough comfort food for everyone. My stash of Combos and Cheez Doodles is located. We made hot chocolate with mini marshmallows.

I woke up at one in the morning. I fed the dog some deli meat and went out to shovel. The dog followed me and jumped into my arms. I placed him on my coat near the space heater. His hair is way too short. He loves following me because I treat him like a little buddy. I share my food and take him on my rounds. It's better than being smothered by the females in the house.

I went out early in the morning. I found only Dunkin Donuts was open and got a box of munchkins. How the girlfriend knows I have a Boston Cream donut is unknown. I played with the grandkid in the snow. It was her first storm. I had some Campbell's Chunky soup with Goldfish as croutons and slept.

I awoke to my girlfriend yelling about some odd items. She put them into a wet Indian soup with the remainder of the bucket of chicken. The girlfriend was screaming at me not to touch the bag. I had General Tso's Chicken in the bag. She portioned it out and we all shared a meal. The dog seams more like himself sneaking the chicken out of my soup.

It was a pleasant day with many warm memories. These are family times that many will remember. My daughter still talks fondly of our first storm together. We walked home from school with the dog.
We had to warm him in the sink because his fur had ice.

Blizzard

So much for the mild winter. A blizzard in little Guyana looms on the horizon.

Lawyer Culture in NYC

It is easy to dislike Sheldon Silver. He is quiet and manipulated the system for his own benefit. Silver is a part of a problem when we let lawyers rule machine politics. I don't know that Silver is a genuine progressive. More than likely he runs in a far left district and says just enough to feed him moon at constituents.

Silver did wrong and should be accordingly punished. Of course the larger problems will remain long  after Silver is gone. Machine politics in a one party state  seem to encourage this type of arrogance.

I am for letting him resign admit his guilt and a very short stint in jail. The problem is larger than one man.

The Final Battle

There comes a point where fighting is pointless. You win a battle but there is nothing left worth salvaging. I object to power without morality and talent. I object to nepotism and idioticracy.

A minor personnel matter was blown way out of proportion by a new manager. The matter should have been covered in seconds. Instead I was subjected to a string of over the top verbal abuse that had
Nothing to do with the original matter. At a certain point there is no more fighting.

I stopped the exchange and replayed the highlights. You have labeled me a problem employee learn from an experienced executive what you do with problem employee dump them. I pointed out that I would rather she do it than go up the chain of command. She asked if this was a threat. I pointed out I play fair and want out. Where I go matters not, just out. The previous boss thought this would blow over and tried to communicate. Over the months I kept the communication non existent. I declined multiple attempts to communicate.

I spoke to the big boss and repeated my desire to be moved. I got no desire to fight, but i am willing to go wherever to get away. A new boss has her own people and at best I made my point about my desire to leave. The final battle had little to do with the minor matter at hand. It was the ham handed attempt to vent and put me in my place. I served the previous boss and gave my best out of respect and admiration. These are things that are earned not by the chair itself but by the respect of the person
Who sits in the chair. The chair alone can attract flunkies, but I am no flunky.

I have won my freedom. I will be rejoining a friend who has wanted me on his team for a while. He has earned my respect and best efforts by being a sound leader who respects the public. I am in a new area and have much to learn. My part is to do the best each and every time.

The top boss asked about a former peer promoted. I pointed out while she was part of a crew that did a lot of bad things she never wronged anyone. She did not say this is wron, but it isn't really to be expected. I pointed out a basic truth I learned. One out of three people will be amoral. The second out of the third will have selective morality. Lastly there are those who are bound to hold tight to their beliefs. I learned where I am for better or worse. I pointed out I wasn't smart enough to be flexible. The top boss asked if I would do it again. Look at the price I paid for those beliefs and how the story ended. Your story isn't over quite yet and there are many chapters ahead the rest is up to you. Never regret those fights. Oddly even those you fought have a grudging respect because you always fought fairly and reluctantly.

A new start and a chance to write new chapters is more than most of us get.  I will be serving in a place where I want to be.

No go zones USA

Those on the idiot fringe, mindless lefties, are worked up about the term no go zones. Back in the 80s visitors from the UK described them in the USA. There were high crime areas but the risks were hyped in the foreign press.

The obnoxious Euros talked about high crime areas as "American conditions ". Now they have their own slums and high crime areas. Are there high crime areas in America with mostly Non white resident? These enclaves exist and are only eliminated when a worse crowd invades, hipsters.

What happens when Euro hipsters move into the slums on Europe is unknown. Of course you could end up with hipsters making a type of beatnick jihadi type.  As hipsters never get the substance of anything right we could end up with something comedic and creepy.

A prosecutor dies under mysterious circumstances in Argentina shortly before a report critical of the deranged leftist government handling of a terrorism case. The situation is bizarre, but note if this had happened to a person investigating Isreal or NYPD the media coverage would be 24/7.

This matter needs an international investigation and an autopsy performed abroad.

MLK Day

I am not a fan of Martin Luther King Day. I would prefer it be the center of a day focused on Civil Rights. On this day too much focus is on one person rather than the larger stories. This is not a criticism of MLK, but he is seen as the sum of Civil Rights.  There were other chapters as well and the story is not limited to one person. Perhaps lost in the King worship was a central part of his message of inclusion.

The important part of the message of MLK was inclusion. King understood and courted those outside the community to impact change. Peaceful protests about equal opportunity is quite different from using the deaths of thugs as an excuse to loot.

MLK challenged society to live up to its ideals. We tend to forget this part of the message in our celebration of the day. MLK day should be about or at least include the larger ideals. Perhaps fifty years from now our grandchildren will view our time as quaint. The nation didn't end because of gay marriage. We live in a society where workplace bullying is an accepted practice. We live in an era of pothead intrusive goverent that is incompetent. We live in a world where merrit is frequently secondary to political agendas and nepotism.

We should spend the day thinking about a nation living up to the words of the founding fathers on MLK day. We should discuss freedom of opportunity and individual liberties and responsabilities on this day. The notion of Civil Rights is larger than any one person, albeit an important one. Lets remember the messages as much as the man.

Still crying about Norway

The treasonous left is still crying about Norway. At no point have I ever described this as just. The killer was a deranged lunatic who stumbled upon a leftist equivalent of a Hitler Youth Camp. Normal political parties do not hold brainwashing camps.

The camp was promoting breaking the Gaza blockade on behalf of actual terrorist group that advocates genocide against the Jewish people. In a twist of ironic fate those that advocated on behalf of Hammas got a taste of the terrorism they advocate against Jews.

Lefties are full of excuses for terrorism when a fellow leftist or Muslim commits a crime. Kill a cop and should stupid Marxist slogans and flee to Cuba and you can be an icon. Blow yourself up and take out a townhouse and you can demand a faculty job.

The left makes operas about Muslims tossing American Jews in wheelchairs off ocean liners. They pretend the animals who slaughtered Jews in India and France have some sort of legitimate grievance
and rationalize the crimes. The lefties repeat materials lifted from the Protocols, actively promote blood libel type of media coverage and justify Joooo hatred by attempting word games with Zionist and Joooooo.

As these Muslim crimes against humanity against Jews, Christians, gays, cartoonists, Americans and Europeans are becoming more frequent the left is resorting to hashtag and stupid slogans. They want to pretend they are suddenly outraged by barbarism they endorsed and enabled.

Obama is a typical moronic lefty calling his opponents terrorists, while describing actual terrorism as spontaneous protests and workplace violence. He talks about terrorists when they kill cartoonists loudly and remains silent about slaughtered Jews.

Given the crimes of the left, I am surprised that these attacks are not more frequent. Fortunately, with rare exceptions attacks on the left are rare and almost always involve deranged types. Those on the center right respect laws and rights. Unlike lefties we don't hail cop killers on death row as visionaries.

The Hindu tradition of cremation is one I will pass on. For obvious cultural reasons I am not allowing
my remains to be barbecued or the ceremony taped. If it is up to me there will be no words said. Just a simple musical number.

Junk Food News

Long term readers know I love my Wise Chips. They are increasingly more difficult to find these days. I also share a space with multiple females. The Pringles and Lays canned chips are easier on me. As the kids open them and can seal them. I still like the taste of Wise products better. I just can't find them and the kids prefer the Pringles or even better Lays Stacks.

My favorite salted food is Cheez Doodles by Wise. They are in a class by themselves up until now. The puffed Goldfish by Pepperidge Farms are almost as good. I was pleasantly surprised at the vastly improved taste of the Goldfish products. Maybe it's a product of me aging, but suddenly they appeal to me. My daughter asked for them and they are oddly popular with the toddlers.

Since the rest of my family is Hindu, I am limited on the deli products to poultry. The Turkey Bologna is pretty much purchased as a snack for the dog. Unfortunately, the toddlers like it as well and the dog can taste the difference between brands. He goes crazy for Butterball and will only accept
other brands if he is very hungry. He will nibble on cheese and seems to like mozzarella.

I actually don't bake and items like baking powder are unfamiliar. As a joke I purchased some Ajax and the girlfriend had a great laugh. Sometimes she doesn't recognize things and if a product doesn't advertise on Wheel of Fortune she doesn't understand. I purchased some Tide laundry Pods because I am way too lazy. She figured the use of that product quickly and rarely uses liquid. I was old school with the powder.

Now I tend to buy stock in the companies I buy consumer goods from.  There are a whole range of excellent companies. Sometimes when brads are sold I own both seller and buyer.

Collective Blame

I do not blame all Muslims for terrorism. I do blame the Marxist political elite for stoking and rationalizing terrorism and verbal abuse of Jews.

The media led by a far left band of baboons has stoked the political equivalent of blood libels against Jews and the planets only Jewish state. There is no such ethnicity as a Palestinian. If you don't believe me listen to the folks at ISIS. They may be bloodthirsty and psychotic, but they are more honest than lefties who contrived an ethnicity to advocate Judenfrei real estate.

While I don't blame individual Muslims for terrorism, it is abundantly clear what the terrorists were motivated by. The terrorists were not screaming pumpernickel for all as they committed crimes against humanity.

In reality the left is worried about largely imaginary Islamophobia while creating a Nuremberg type of atmosphere for Jews. There is zero excuse for badgering individual Jews at every meeting. However, if lefties insist upon this then Jews should respond by behaving similarly. Still making excuses for Castro and so forth.

The Protocols of Poultry

Our antisemitic friend Poultry has a new rant. I am more concerned with the Jewish victims than those at the magazine. The Jewish victims were killed solely because they were Jews. The terrorists were fed a snuff film version of events by the far left media elite.

The victims at the magazine maliciously baited Muslims with the full knowledge of the outcome. The
Material was nowhere near poignant or had any Artistic merrit.

Didn't make it to the new office

I will not be switching offices. Unfortunately, we lost some key personnel and I was not allowed to leave. I will switch floors and be reunited with my old boss and peers. I will be mentoring the new officers. My time will have to wait. It is good to be among old friends.

Little sympathy for the French

It is hard to find a French politician who does not reflexively loathe the USA. Sarkozy was an exception to the pattern of obnoxious behavior. Israelis face this type of mayhem daily. Meanwhile the French championed Arafat.

The cartoonists in question  were not champions of free speech. The cartoons were profane and deliberately vulgar. There is a difference between well crafted satire and a gratuitous attempt to inflame various groups. The cartoonists did not deserve to die, but they are not heroes.

France and many in the left play a stupid game with Jews. If you disagree with Israeli policy this does. not legitimize abuse of fellow Jewish citizens. You leave the old world garbage behind when you emigrate.

Now there has been plenty of bs about Islamophobia. There are idiotic campaigns not to blame the Muslim up the block after every terrorist attack. Most of us are polite enough not to need this advice. I pointed out to a Muslim coworker these stupid attacks damage Islam worse than Pam Geller.

It is time that the rest of us tell lefties and their Muslim buddies to grow up. You don't have a special license to annoy your neighbors. Just like it is bad form to bait Muslims after every attack, the left needs to learn basic manners.

Stephen Schwartz is Right

What do Muslims get from pointless violence other than a bad name? These are cowardly acts that are commited against unarmed  civilians. Exactly where is the Jihad in tossing senior citizens in wheel chairs off ocean liners or shooting school kids in the back.

We live in a different world. This is a photo op and sound byte world. These crimes make Islam look bad in the eyes of the world. Exactly what is advanced attacking cartoonist and super markets?

These attacks hurt the name of Islam worse than Pam Geller.

Now that I have that out of the way. The attacks against the cartoonists were cowardly and loathsome.
Yet I want to be blunt that these cartoons were created to offend and should not be confused with more erudite expressions of rational thought. The cartoons in question are not poignant social commentary. They are more akin to political pornography. Pornography is a legal expression under the law, but not one that is highly admired.

The Paris Massacre and Society

After the tensions from this crime have receded it is really time to discuss immigration, free expression and defing deviancy down. This is probably not a conversation many of you are ready for.
However, much of the blame  belongs directly on the far left.

Immigration is not and never was a divine right. It comes with a set of responsabilities and is predicated on obeying  laws. The first and foremost duty as a member of society is to respect others.
Freedom of expression is part of our traditions. It allows some really nasty types to say very offensive  
things. It protects the rights of loathesome types like David Duke, Al Sharpton and Mayor De Blassio to say stupid things. One may respond to the offensive speech with many legal responses. However, any type of violence is unacceptable.

The reality is that Muslims really need to ask themselves if they can live in a society where freedom of expression is as sacred to our values as the Koran. You are free to practice your faith, but you must respect that others have rights as well. If you can not accept the rights of others to think and live differently than please leave. There are ample places where you can reside under religious law but not
in this country.

The left has been particularly irresponsible. For many years it has blurred the line and rationalized unacceptable behaviors from terrorism to incitement. There is no excuse for chants of Dead Cops.
There is no excuse for violence if you dont appreciate the content of a magazine.

The time for rationalizations and excuses is over.

Maybe it's us

In the media there is another dec scandal that may or may not involve Bill Clinton. There was a time and place that the image of a sexual predator or a sex addict was humorous. The sex addict stereotype was the jogging suit loser guy who was never quite sucsessful. He was upper middle class and you see a cartoon version of this with Quagmire on the Family Guy.

Sadly over time we have seen religious people in all types of communities fall prey to this problem. Some of us kidded ourself it was a gay thing. There are certainly gay sexual predators but they have no monopoly on sexual misconduct. As story after story in the newspapers have shown even adult women can prey on minors.

Perhaps all of us should look in the mirror and start to understand this is a human weakness that can impact anyone from a President to the homeless guy on skid row. The notion that sexual predators are all cartoon comedic figures is a myth. One would hope in a normal workplace that this would not be true. Sadly, my own experience with EEO aspects on the job has been less than stellar. Management protects the popular and uses the same process against those who are pariahs for lesser charges.  Just looking at the people fired and the people promoted is a real mystery.

The one that hurts the most are the accusations against Cosby. He was loved by almost everyone and seemed to have a healthy fondness for being a dad. None of the allegations involve young children and the women seemed to be at least of consenting age. The message of Cosby was that being a father was fun and it wasn't always easy. He just seemed natural and to really enjoy just being dad. I never thought I would enjoy being a father until this role became part of my life at 40. As I watch my daughter grow and spend time with the step grandkids Cosby comes to mind. When I sleep early the kids cry. It is kind of silly spending time feeding the small dog turkey Bologna with a toddler but those are family moments. The little dog likes the stuff and apparently so do the little kids. I guess my
sharing my food with the little dog is not such a bad example. It shows the value and fun of sharing.

Yet at the end of the day we as people have to ask is it possible that the same person who imparted the joys of fatherhood to millions could also have another aspect. If this is all true it says more about us than Cosby or Clinton. Even when a person is loved by millions there is a destructive impulse within us  that may involve sex drives or illegal substances. Even if this information is one hundred percent true I will still love Cosby as a combination of the human condition of greatness and weakness in the same person.

A sexual predator can be anyone. They can be well loved icons or social pariahs. It is sadly part of our DNA  to self destruct. Just the same the Quagmire figure just doesn't seem funny in an age where Even loved icons can be flawed in some cases far worse than most of us.

Really Angry

I sacrifice all year for a two week vacation. The girlfriend lost her job and I have pitched in. My sacrifice meant I would not go on vacation. I would spend it at home with my family.

Just as I am spending my vacation an annoying relative couch surfs. Most of the countrymen who pass through here are decent sorts. They help out and make the place special. Granny is obnoxious and toxic and to say I am pissed is an understatement.

It takes no genius to understand how she ended up here. She has a big mouth and zero social graces. She sees nothing wrong with crashing and ruining my vacation. My sacrifice was wasted as I never did get to enjoy my time.

Now some of you wonder if the Frummies are worse. The Frummies are far worse than any other relative. Granny may be obnoxious but she isn't a holier than though mendicant.

The Pomeranian is gone

The girlfriend misses him but I don't. He was viscious and evil and would bite the hand that fed him.
He could not be trusted around family members and would attack without warning. He charged me from under the bed and sliced my hand. I was about to stomp him but he ran to the girlfriend.

From that moment  the relationship soured. If I fed the maltese I gave him scraps as well but the Maltese eats first. I ended the reign of terror by creating an impromptu boxing glove from a towel and
An ace bandage. He charged me three times and I sent him flying three times. After the third time he went under the bed. He would bare his teeth and I would reach for a towel and he would flee.

We have had various dogs including a pit bull. The Pomeranian was the only one I hated or attacked me. Usually they learn from the Maltese who sleeps by my side. I also protect the dogs from the small kids as I sleep. The other dogs would even sleep in other parts of the bed.

Somehow the Pomeranian is gone and I hope he stays gone. Let some other family endure this viscious dumb dog.

Not taking crap from lefties

I have decided to give lefties a taste of their own meds. In the case of familiar blogs the rampant claims of racism to anyone who opposes Obama have become absurd. These same claims are made by people who frequently describe Black Conservatives in Racist terms.

I am not nor have I ever been a Conservative. By most standards I would be described as a Patriotic liberal. Unlike today's liberals, I am second to none in my opposition to Communism. I also respect private property and don't care for endless entitlements.

I have never heard a bigoted word about Jews or anyone else at a TEA Party event. Aside from the odious Ron Paul types, there isn't much objectionable at a TEA Party rally. They respect police and don't even litter. Some may question if birtherism is racial. I don't see it in those terms, but that would
be as close as one gets at a visit to a TEA party event.

It takes zero effort to find Antisemititic themes in any gathering of lefties. Israel alone is held to absurd standards and scrutiny and other states are ignored. A typical exchange on another blog asked a commenter if he was Jewish. Another who cries racism about any criticism of Obama uses the N word to describe Carson.

In general I seldom even discuss Israel or Jews unless lefties insist on bringing up this subject or are making asinine claims about Conservative Racism. There is a small element that indeed does have issues, but they are not mainstream. In fact much the ethos of conservatism is individualism and a rejection of group rights garbage.

Pretty much every TEA Party assembly is concerned with domestic policies. As they are on message the group does not venture into foreign policy much. The media made a huge story when allegedly one member of the TEA party allegedly used the N word. The same media largely ignored repeated ties of OWS members to terrorism, display after display of crass anti Semitic rhetoric and now exhortation of violence against law officers.

I disagree with Conservatives about plenty but we share a respect for our country and its legal traditions. Thus when AOW or Mike and I discuss a social issue it is quite different in tone or substance with the Marxist Duck. Even on the rare instances I agree with the Duck my tone is very different.

The left is a disturbing and disturbed lot of political cultists. In general I don't visit foreign sites and lecture people about their leaders and policies.  We have an abundance of foreigners who think they are experts in American politics based on reading Huffington and the Guardian. A typical example of this is the mendicant Elroy who lectures two Americans very familiar with Ethics training about federal Ethical Standards. Anyone familiar with the basic training provided to all Federal Employees grasps the laws broken by Lois Lerner. The fact Lerner is a lawyer makes these crass violations worse, but our overseas experts know more than people who took the course multiple times.

Now lefties have been upset over my description of Communism as a religion. This is not a novel idea and the reality of this pathology renders all ties to citizenship and ethnicity moot. Marx himself had converted to another faith. One does not consider people who practice another faith Jewish unless
one is a Nazi and defines it in racial terms. Then again those who go looking for Jews everywhere such as Ruppert Murdoch have decided issues. The same people who rail about any hint Obama might be Muslim go through hoops and ladders looking for Jews in Murdoch's family.

Much of the canned response of lefties about the Jewish community is a melange of incoherent mishmash of terms that is comedic to a member of the actual community.

Response to claims of antisemitic biases of lefties.

1) Trot out Jewish communists or fringe religious cults who are considered pariahs in the community.
   A) Communists are not Jews once they sign onto another faith. Cardinal OConnor had Jewish DNA
But the Cardinal was not Jewish in practice. The Cardinal was a true man of class and would have treated the information as an honor to be closer to Christ.

 2) Question the patriotism of Jews and go off on diatribes about secret cabals and all powerful lobbies.
    A) Commies questioning anyone's patriotism is hysterical given their history.  After 9-11 the familiar Jewish conspiracies ran rampant among the left. Gather any group of lefties and inevitably they start venturing off into Jewish conspiracies. Even the naive David Graeber of OWS fame said the talk of Zionist Bankers was regrettable.

3). Insert Israel into anything or classic Zionism is Nazism

a) NYPD uses Israeli tactics as said by Donkey er Ducky. Throw rocks at any armed guy and it doesn't end well. Commies should have learned this at Kent State. Better yet go to Cuba and try this out and pray the vaunted health care myth will save you.

Lefties have ample bigotries of their own and should avoid calling others racists when their own bigotries are so blatant.

Spending the New Year with Felix and Oscar

We sadly lost Jack Klugman and the only people left alive from this series is Al Molinaro and Penny Marshal. I enjoy the show immensely. The antics of Felix and Oscar are pure comedic genius. We even did s parody on this site starting Felix Poultry. I recognize the buildings in outdoor shots it is a nice trip down memory lane.

I spoke to an old mentor from the resort hotel days. I am amazed that the season guests still maintain contact with each other after two decades. I check up on him from time to time. I really should have invited him here. In his case he was more than a member of the staff. He was part of these families lives as children grew to adults. I should have invited him for the new year.

The parties are rough on the small dog. He stays by my side all evening. The poor little guy is terrified. I was going to run out and get more food but  the little guy needed me around. Now I wonder who would eat the Turkey Bologna I save for him as a treat.
