Contrasts No Special Wisdom

It has been five years since 9-11, and it has become my shadow. I have written many times about the contrasts on that day. The worst of man and the best of man were displayed in the same place at the same time. It is almost as if the world boiled down to a Zoroastrian paradigm good versus evil in that time. Does good exist without evil? Yes it does, but we just do not take the time to notice the good. We fail to notice the many kind acts and good people around us. We take those acts of kindness as the norm and they should be. Yet it often takes an act of unspeakable evil for the contrast to be noticeable.

I have no special wisdom to offer from that day, maybe I never will.

All those that died on these hallowed grounds are still present on a spiritual as well as a microscopic earthly level. The very air the living breath close to this site is filled with their earthly remains.

They haunt this site awaiting, "the loud trumpet call to gather the elect from the four winds; from the ends of the earth to the ends of heaven [Zech. 2:10].

"Take heed" citizens of Gotham, you homestead the AntiChrist and his deeds!

The souls of these people murdered will not tolerate another Twin Towers of the false God-of-Gotham's insatiable greed. Build an appropriate grand memorial to those slain. Or until the "end time" pay for your perversion, blasphemy and abominations.

Heed the lesson learned by the saving grace of Christ’s divine intervention that was heaped upon, “The Little Chapel that Stood.” St. Paul’s Chapel did not even have one window broken while most of the modern buildings in the “red zone” were damaged severely on 9/11. The oldest public, continuance building on Manhattan Island was spared, the very place where George Washington worshiped on his inauguration day in 1779.

SaintPaul's!

And Jesus answering them began to say, “TAKE HEED” lest any man deceive you:

6 For many shall come in my name, saying, I am Christ ; and shall deceive many.

7 And when ye shall hear of wars and rumours of wars, be ye not troubled: for such things must needs be; but the end shall not be yet.

8 For nation shall rise against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be earthquakes in divers places, and there shall be famines and troubles: these are the beginnings of sorrows.

9 But take heed to yourselves: for they shall deliver you up to councils; and in the synagogues ye shall be beaten: and ye shall be brought before rulers and kings for my sake, for a testimony against them.

10 And the gospel must first be published among all nations.—Mark 13:6-10

Beak,
I know you're not religious, but I am....The prayer I'm offering right now:

Lord, be with my friend Beak today. This day is so difficult for him. Put your loving hand on his heart. Keep him strong at the same time, but don't let this day beat him down and give him a heavy heart. Beak says that 9/11 is his shadow, but please don't let the shadow be so dark.

I thank you for Beak's life, so that he can be with us today.

In the Savior's Name. Amen.

Wisdom is so passe to many people, they don't recognize it. Beaker, by reminding and remembering and proclaiming, you are doing something special! Wisdom is special. Keep doing what you're doing my friend and my prayers are added to AoW's. Know you will be on the hearts, minds and prayers of many today!

I second what Farmer said.

Thank you Farmer and AOW

If you get a chance kindly look at the Ground Zero Cross. Felis has a picture of it on his blog. On the arm of the cross is what appears to be a gray blanket. That is sheet metal fused to the cross. People estimate the heat and have theories, but there is much we just will never know.

The one thing for sure is that the conspiracy nuts are certified.

Evil cannot exist without good. Evil is not the opposite of good, but the perversion of it.

The Merry Widow said...

Mr. B- You are correct, before sin there only was good. So evil is indeed a perversion of good. It was the only thing around that could be twisted!

Beak,

You may never be able to make a lot of sense out of this, so if that's what is required for you to feel like you can offer wisdom, then you may be right.

But on the other hand, as others have said before me, you are a testimony and you offer much wisdom on many different things. Making sense out of this is not required to live a good life and to help others see things they may not otherwise see.

Not being able to understand this fully or to go back and re-live the experience and do something different will not prevent you from making sense out of your own existence. And when you do that, then you can more than atone for the things you may or may not have done right at the time.

I have a saying that I try to tell people that go through a rough period, from time to time:

Do not focus on where you have been. Focus on where you are at and where you are going.

Allow me to explain it.

Do not forget the things of the past, because they have helped shape and mold you into what you are today. Do not forget them because there are valuable lessons that you can learn from. But do not live there.

Do not forget to deal with the here and now, because it is what's at hand and must be dealt with. This is where you live, this is what you must deal with now. But do not get fixated on this either or you will not set reasonable goals.

Do look to the future, because if you do, you will have far more control of that, than the past.

I do not know if this makes any sense. I am medicated right now on allergy medicine and my cognitive processes are somewhat compromised. But such as it is, I hope it helps a little.

Yes you do Beak.
And you are passing it to others.

The photo you mentioned I took in August 2005 when we visited NY with my wife.
We walked from 43rd Street to Ground Zero to pay our tribute to all those people murdered there.

The photo on your site is of the Ground Zero Cross. Even in person the grey material looks like cloth.
However it is melted sheet metal fused by the intense subteranean fires.

Muhammad was an anti-Christ, one of millions.

Beak,
Thanks for explaining Felis's photo.

The Merry Widow said...

Mr. B.- There are many antichrists sent out into the world, the spirit of the AntiChrist is alive and well, sadly! And it still smells like smoke!
Good morning, G*D bless and Maranatha!

I am surprised by how few people notice the gray on the arm of the cross.

You haven't got a clue , plucky! You just don't have the intestinal fortitude to call Evil, evil and STAND UP!

This does it. Now I am going to do a parody in bad taste.

Mad Zionist productions presents

Mr Beamish Urban Communist Hunter

Stay tuned.

Only Duncy would compare 9-11 to the Riechstag fire. It is his subtle way of comparing the USA and Nazi Germany.

We will see if we can get Mr B to photoshop the familiar Mr Beamish Logo in Safari gear. Beakerambo will be his incoherent guide.

Those who are easily offended, do not read tonights post. There will be plenty of special guest appearances in this skit.

Courtesy of Mad Zionist studios

Rated R for mature audiences only.

It'll take me a while to whip up a quickie movie poster. Perhaps late tonight. If you can hold off on the post, I'll email it to you when it's done so you can put it with the post.

Its okay we will run the episode later.

There will be guest cameos with some of our posters and many of our trolls.

Wisdom

Being witness to events is more than enough for one man. The collective tapestry holds the wisdom (for any who aren't blinded by delusion).
