It is highly probable that Warren will sit for an interview. Warren is on the board of directors of this blog.

I may let Drummaster put me on the Hotseat. I am going to see if we can get Jason Pappas to sit in the hot seat.

You are scheduled for Monday. There may be a Sherif Lobo question
so be prepared.

nanc said...

is this sheriff lobo some sort of wolf? no cable t.v. questions, pleeeeeeeeease...can we give drummaster some questions to sift through for you?

1 Should government eliminate agricultural subsidies ? Does protectionism hurt the American consumer

I believe one billion dollars worth of food should be traded for one billion dollars worth of oil, and so on. We shouldn't be paying our government to feed other countries, then paying for those countries' products in return. However some protectionist policies remain potent economic weapons for crushing competitive nations or punishing foriegn policy enemies. I won't throw away a weapon. I will use that weapon efficiently and purposefully.

2 Should we eliminate the NEA ? Why can't the rich pay for their own ballet tickets ?

The National Endowment of the Arts should be eliminated, along with every other government program not specified in the Constitution.

I'm sure rich people do pay for their ballet tickets, being the largest source of government revenue.

3 Should public funding for NPR be eliminated.

Yep. (see above)

4 Are regressive taxes a form of cultural snobery by Urban Elites?

"The power to tax is the power to destroy."

Who gets hurt by Gas, Alcohol and Cigarette taxes ?

I smoke cigarettes and drive a gas-guzzler. In fact, my fiance and I have calculated that if we both quit smoking, we could afford a new car payment (or I could afford to work part-time, hehehehe) but I realize how soothing nicotine is as it caresses my nerve endings, quickening my pulse and raising my blood pressure just enough to take the edge off of dealing with people who would be better off in a blunt force trauma induced coma.

Have the Democrats lost touch with Rural America ?

They never were in touch. Innovations in voter fraud monitoring continue to reveal how small a pull the Democratic Party actually has. Once you throw out the votes of pets, the dead, and cartoon characters, there just isn't very many of them. That's why when I meet an actual person who claims to vote for Democrats, I try to get to know them. You never know if you'll ever get to meet another one in your lifetime.

I never will forget the phone call I recieved on Election Day 2000, a pre-recorded message from the Reverend Jesse Jackson telling me that the polls were going to be open late (the polls were open late in St. Louis that crooked year, when pets came out to vote for the dead Governor Carnahan for Senate). It was sickening to bear witness to a pre-planned Democrat vote fraud scheme.

It wasn't until later that I learned that all Democrat victories have been vote-rigging scams.

5 Does overtaxation reduce growth.

Of course. Taxes are an expense.

6 Is economic illiteracy a major problem in our school system

I fear historical illiteracy more.

7 Do you own an AC DC CD ?

I've got Back In Black and the Maximum Overdrive movie soundtrack.

8 Did you watch the A Team ?

Yes!

9 What musical group will perform at the Mr Beamish White House

I think I'd tell Dave to shut up and sing and Eddie to shut up and play and get the real Van Halen back together.

Then again, my fiancee is getting a band together, and she's pointing at me for possible songwriting / bass / drums / electronic noise contributions.

I might be the first Presidential candidate to beat-scratch a vinyl record on a late night talk show.

Definitely my first inaugural ball will be a rave party in a warehouse somewhere in Detroit, at least until the cops come and break it up.

10 Should future immigration be family or vocational based

I really don't have much of an opinion on immigation. If America took over the planet, the word "immigrant" would lose its meaning.

11 Should immigrants from countries without documentation or with confusing name structures be required to submit fingerprints and DNA evidence of relationships ?

No, but see above.

12 Will there be holiday music on the Crankfiles ?

Christmas is a long time away, but we'll see.

Patriotic Music on the fourth of July or Memorial day ?

Don't Tread On Me by Metallica or Sweet Madame Blue by Styx?

13 Is unpredictability part of the Mr Beamish Charm

I can't predict that.

Legal Issues
14 Is tort reform on the Beamish Platform

YES!!!

But not before we all have a chance to file a class action suit against those who oppose tort reform for their negligence of the rising insurance and product development costs they're sticking us with.

15 What type of Court Nominees can we expect from a Beamish administration.

I'd promise to find nominees that just by saying their name would piss off the ACLU.

Sports and activities
16 Is off road RV driving more manly then wind surfing

I "windsurfed" on a lake when I lived in Texas. Off road rock crawling is the best fun, if you've got the time and money to invest in destroying a good truck (I don't)

17 Are hunters and fishermens rights in the Beamish platform ?

I am, at heart, a Teddy Roosevelt conservationist. Hunting is life.

18 Have you ever gone to a rodeo ?

Hell no.

19 Who are your favorite professional pundits

I don't listen to much talk radio and I rarely watch TV. But when I do, I tune in to Sean Hannity (radio) and will always sit and watch and listen when Charles Krauthammer is on TV.

20 What pundit is the most incoherent

Aside from all the leftist ones? I'd have to say Michael "Savage." That boob is Morton Downey Jr. on crack.

21 What has happened to Pat Buchanan

He has taken three hard right turns in his career and wound up on the fringe left along with the rest of the kooks.

22 Would you rather drive a Humvee or a Porche ?

Humvee! A real one too. Not one of those shitty H2's or H3's either. I want the real-deal straight for the military model.

23 Do Vegetarians seem miserable or creepy ?

Vegetarians are the cruelest to animals. If everyone on Earth were vegetarians, all available land would be needed for crops, driving animals out of ther habitats and eventually starving them all to death.

24 Have you ever played air hockey ?

I am damned good at air hockey. There's a table for sale at Sam's Club.

25 What President do you admire the most ?

Reagan.

(I'll answer any question Nanc wants to spring on me)

"18 Have you ever gone to a rodeo ?

you may have just lost 35-38% of your voter base. you might wish to rethink this one. i only say this as someone who used to attend wine tasting and charity events in evening wear (black and white) and really never lived until my first rodeo and saw all those small people "mutton bustin'" - this is serious business, beamish. signed nancfleischermcclellan. i used to be an uppity conservative.

questions to follow.

nanc said...

as for the questions i have for beamish - i cannot unlock the code on them. they may be lost in history. perhaps someone could help me out.

it is nascar you want to say, "HELL NO!" to, beamish, and that is because there are too many syllables in it so nobody on the circuit will understand!

(((Thought Criminal))) said...

No way. NASCAR rocks. Rodeos bore me because they always stop the bull from killing the guy that jumped on him first.

(((Thought Criminal))) said...

Nanc,

You did ask what I keep in my glove compartment:

Insurance card, locking lugnut key, napkins, a 4-in-1 screwdriver with Phillips and flathead bits, a small socket driver set with metric and standard sockets, a flat tire repair kit, two road flares, ink pens, a memo pad, and yes, a pair of jersey gloves.

The goodies are in the trunk:

Spare tire, 3-ton hydraulic jack, a tow chain, a complete automotive tool box, a Haynes mechanic's manual for my car, a spare fan belt, a new oil and air filter and 6 quarts of oil, 2 one-gallon gasoline cans (both full) one gallon of antifreeze, a set of jumper cables, three sets of shirts, pants, socks, and underwear, a jacket with hood, hairbrush and comb, shampoo, body wash, deodorant, laundry detergent, 10 rolls of quarters, a pup tent, a canteen, a fireplace lighter, a portable GPS navigation system, a hand axe, a machete, a backpack, a week's worth of Army surplus MREs, duct tape, a flashlight and two sets of batteries for it, and a set of two-way radios with a 3 mile range.

Beamish,
I believe one billion dollars worth of food should be traded for one billion dollars worth of oil, and so on. We shouldn't be paying our government to feed other countries, then paying for those countries' products in return.

That's the plan I want!

how soothing nicotine is as it caresses my nerve endings, quickening my pulse and raising my blood pressure just enough to take the edge off of dealing with people who would be better off in a blunt force trauma induced coma.

And nicotine beats drunk driving, too. Don't throw the butts out the window, though.

I never will forget the phone call I recieved on Election Day 2000, a pre-recorded message from the Reverend Jesse Jackson...

I got that same phone call! My husband launched on that one.

Your glove compartment and trunk are packed with survival items.

Looking forward to your court nominees.

what, no ketchup packets? YOU are under arrest, beamish! turn yourself in to the nearest fast food restaurant!

Unknown said...

hell yea, nascar rules! [48!!] if beamish denounced nascar, he would lose a ton of support, more than saying the rodeo sucks (which it does). isn't there around 150,000 spectators at every race?

(((Thought Criminal))) said...

AOW,

You never know when you're going to have to disappear. I'm ready to, hehehehe.

(((Thought Criminal))) said...

Drummaster,

A Jimmie Johnson fan? I like Sterling Martin.

A reporter once asked Martin what his strategy to win his next race was.

He replied, "Well, I'm going to try to get across the finish line before anyone else does."

(((Thought Criminal))) said...

Nanc,

There's ketchup in the MREs.

nanc said...

drummaster - you take that back! that's like saying football is better than golf! bring it on - bring it on >^..^< raaaeeerrrrr!!!

nanc said...

okay, beamish - you get a pass on this one.

(((Thought Criminal))) said...

Robert Bayn,

I got one of those voter fraud scams from the republicans in 2004, both parties are guilty of that.

Not that two wrongs makes it okay, but a neutral observation reveals Democrats are the most criminal of the two, by far.

drummaster - football is NOT better than golf - i quit watching football when the forty-whiners were winning it all - it was sickening to have been living in california at the time! the very best thing about football at that time i cannot divulge right now, but trust me, that's when it became very UNinteresting.
