About Homosexuality and Kagan

I could care less if this person is or is not gay. She is a first rate political hack academic with the usual idiocy. The policy of banning the military from recruiting on campus for its policy on gays
tells us about the real Kagan. Kagan's far left authoritarian ends justified the means approach denied the Army its right to recruit and present opportunities to graduates. Of course if the Army were to refuse to hire students who had attended the university of Bill Ayers Kagan would correctly see this as a violation of liberty.

Kagan is within her right to denounce the policy or any policy she deems worthy. However, she is
not free to deny others the opportunity to listen to career opportunities. This is especially loathsome given the wasted money spent by the government on loans and research grants in higher education. Sorry, but tax payer money should not subsidize the employment of Marxists
in Sociology or Anthropology departments.

Kagan is an Obamabot. Even the WaPo so stated -- in other words, of course.

So far, the most disturbing info I've discovered on Kagan is that she support the extension of powers in the executive branch. In that regard, she and BHO are twins.

Kagan wrote an article expressing the view that Congress has the power to abridge free speech.

I don't give a good god damn why she feels this way. The Constitution of the United States and the 1st Amendment are clear. Congress may not abridge free speech, for any reason.

This alone disqualifies her from serious consideration.

Post some information on that opinion, Beamish.

Her support for the "imperial presidency" is troubling, AOW but you Baggers sure were silent when the issue came up under Chucklenuts.

The worse thing about her is she is a progressive lawyer with absolutely no judicial experience. A person like that sitting on the Supreme Court is the stuff of which nightmares are made.

Goodness, Beak, will wonders ever cease? Are you telling us that you are getting finally my point that being homosexual is indeed irrelevant, while using it as a political tool is not?

What gave Kagan the right to deny the military the right to present opportunities. Kagan has the right to
oppose the policy. She nor any other Univeristy Marxist does not have the right to negate the ability of a governmental body to recruit on campus.
