Michelle Obama plays the race card

The administration has been playing a double game with race. Barak Obama has said on several occasions criticism of him and his policies are not racist. Then his wife appeals to Blacks to turn up the intensity by criticizing the allegedly racist elements of the Tea Party. A few Tea Party types may have once uttered a racial epithet commonly found in rap music, except no video exists.

Obama was elected as a symbol of post racial America. In truth he is all packaging and slogans. He has never held a real job before being elected to President. He was a member of a racist antisemitic marxist church for two decades. His college records and applications are sealed. Basically, he got elected by saying hope, change ad nauseum while standing in front of a Pepsi logo. A Kool aide or Mister clean logos probably did not test as well.

Obama has nothing to do with the Black experience in America. His father was an exchange student who practiced polygamy and may have attempted immigration fraud. His mother was a bug eyed far leftist and his grand parents were almost as far off the map. He has taken advantage of the Old Bolshevik club to attend elite schools likely on scholar ship. His only relationship to slavery in America is that his mothers relatives owned a few.

The Tea Party movement is a desire to return to classic American values. These values are expressed in the US founding documents. Obama has shown that he has zero interest in fixing the economy and getting people back to work. His obsession was a health care disaster not wanted by the American people as well as funds for his Old Bolshevik buddies in higher ed. He is now feigning interest in immigration reform to get out the Latino vote.

Obama has shown in the BP crisis he can not lead.

Thus it is the desire of Obama to mislead Blacks and deflect attention from his lack of leadership
and warped values. His warped values come not from the Black community, but from being raised by white bug eyed leftist grand parents and a mother who was even further off the map.

Paraphrasing Clinton "It is the economy stupid". Obama has failed to deliver his promises, failed in leadership and failed to respect American traditional values.

I would largely agree with that. However, Obama doesn't want to deflect attention from his lack of leadership, there isn't any lack of leadership, but from to where he is leading.

Second, I'd agree that his warped values come but from being raised by white bug eyed leftist grand parents and a mother who was even further off the map. That is an excellent summary. But can you (or who ever) tell me what values the "Black community" AS SUCH has. There are is a tiny number of conservative "African Americans", Thomas Sowell would be a notable example, there are, no doubt, many God-fearing ones who lead decent family lifes, but what is the "Black" element in all this? What (positive) values do the "Black community" have that would be different from those of the "white community"?

Third, and I am asking this without trying to be a pain in the proverbial but seriously: Why do you capitalze "Black", but not "white"? Is there any other, rational, reason but knee-jerk white guilt and self-hatred? I really wonder.

I will take the last point first. Traditionally, Black people are seriously bothered by the failure to capitalize the B in Black. I received a few complaints and made an adjustment in that the term for them is identity rather than an adjective. For me I view my skin tone as an adjective. I will make the change in fairness.

I am bothered somewhat that skin tone is taken so seriously. The beloved Sprite tells me she is light like me but is clearly not. I tell her I love her and her mother as is for the people they are. I am troubled when an adorable
kid feels a need to be light to be beautiful. She is the image of her mother who is breath taking in beauty.

Obama is really not a leader. He lacks decisiveness and seems to be more akin to an inept lecturer at a third rate University than President.

You are correct that the Black community is hardly a monolith. In fact many Marxist groups are about as White as a KKK meeting or one of those Country Clubs with despicable admissions requirements.

The community also consists of some West Indians and Africans who are more conservative than the far left images. In the case of Obama
his radicalism has zero to do with race. He is a product of a bug eyed
leftist White family and a product of elite Universities. He is acting
as expected given that environment.

Then again all of us either adapt to our surroundings or carve a new niche for ourselves. Obama adapted and embraced the bug eyed far left world he came from.

Beak, it is funny (both, ha ha and peculiar) that somebody who capitalizes "Black" but not "white" when it comes to skin tone, thinks that it is taken too seriously. It is the typical liberal anti-white racism that we see creeping in here.

It will be a cold day in hell before I capitalize the B in black. Holy shit, has it come down to this? We're heading into a new decade now, I wonder what term blacks are going to demand we call them for the next ten years? We've gone from Negro, to colored, to black, to Afro-American, back to black, then to the patently absurd "people of color", and finally African-American. I guess people like Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton decided "people of color" wasn't exclusive enough. Screw all of them.
