Communist Criminal Lynne Stewart given more jail time

Communist Criminal Attorney Lynne Stewart was sentenced to additional jail time. For those of you who think this woman is creepy and seedy, try listening to her when she speaks with Communist clowns. She likely would have gotten off with a very lenient sentence as lawyers tend to cut each other slack and she is quite old and in bad shape.

The left has earned additional time for Stewart who has been gloating over her very short sentence
and shows zero remorse. Of course when her health turns bad she will get an early release and hopefully stay quiet. Then again if she had sound judgment she would not have been in this mess in the first place.

Pity she'll ever get out, as far as I'm concerned.

Yeah, this is how they used to do it on the Gulag. Finish your sentence and get another "tenner" tagged on.

Meanwhile, the self righteous fringe right like "Officer" Beak will flap on about political prisoners, as well anyone should, but when it happens for all to see in America, well, she was involved with Muslims and that gets "Officer" Beaks cowardly little Kahanist knickers all in a knot.

So give a 70 year old women another ten years and justify it by using the word "terrorist" often. But don't say she isn't a political prisoner. Time you right wing fascists step up to the line and be called what you are.

The first will be the white supremacist apologist, "Officer" Beak.

Here we go again

Communist criminal Lynne Stewart knowingly broke the law in support of a violent terrorist. She was given an absurdly short sentence given the serious nature of he crimes.

I would accept a deal allowing her and her spouse to be denaturalized and deported to Cuba or Venezuela.
She would be permanently barred from re-entry.

Stewart is a terrorist supporter and belongs in Gitmo right next to the internees.

Luckily for your kind Officers are sworn to uphold the Constitution. If it were left to popular will you would be tarred and feathered every day to the tune of stars and bars.

She should have been executed if she were willfully aiding and abetting terrorists. And by the way, terrorists should be executed as well. All of them as soon as they are found guilty in a court of law, the same as any cop killer or multiple murderer, or anybody else deemed appropriate for the death penalty. All these people that insist Gitmo should be closed-there you go, kill the scum and Gitmo becomes a thing of the past.

I have my doubts that adding to a judgement already rendered is compatible with legal certainty and thus with the rule of law, but I have noticed things about the American legal system that disgust me even more, and I know too little about this case anyway.

But whatever. To make the age of the accused a point is pretty disingenuous, don't you think? She either is guilty or not. Her age has nothing to do with it.

Kind of reminds me of the discussions regarding the trials of the SS concentration camp wardens in Germany who where, after all, political prisoners as well. Why should political motivations for crimes make a person any less guilty?
