The storm is over and left two and a half feet of snow. There is good snow and bad snow this is the bad variety. In my relief about getting home I left my snow shovel in the car. The plow left the snow over the windshield and I couldn't open the door.
The going rate in NYC to free a car is forty dollars. I asked the neighbors kid to do it and my neighbor did it himself. The rate in St Albans is apparently twenty five. Earl the Cat has been attacking Northwind's hair dryer. The dryer is unplugged and has been attacked for twenty minutes.
The wind chill is -25 so only crazy people are outside. One has to be a dedicated smoker to go out in this. Best advice stay put and wait until the roads are better.

Earl has cabin fever.
Also, hair dryers and vacuum cleaners are natural enemies as far as cats are concerned. The sounds those machines make sound like attack noises to cats.
Ducky
Only crazy people are outside even the smokers are indoors.
In order to get a copy I would have to drive to Burlington. I spun out in the parking lot. My nerves aren't the best for driving today.
I had no idea where I was for much of yesterdays drive home and that was on a road I travel every day.
I followed the road with few landmarks.
The NYROB is online.

My dog likes to attack his stuffed Duck.
UI does your dog work in cyberspace
Sounds like somebody needs to hear Procol Harum Live with the Edmunton Symphony Orchestra - one of the few recordings you can't find on CD.
My pug got it from cyberspace for me.
Note I didn't say "dog."
UI-My dog has a "honking" mallard that he carries around begging someone to play tug of war with him! And he learned how to honk it!
And no, Steve, he doesn't do internet, he does relationships!

don't look now but someone put a time machine on the internet for everyone to enjoy.
When nobody's looking I duck my head into the fireplace to smoke a cig so I don't have to go outside. When I had long hair this would have been impossible without setting myself on fire. Then again, when I had long hair I had a natural scarf for outside.

My husband claims that his FULL beard insulates his face.
I think his hair from his head slid down to his chin. He has to wear a knitted cap in the winter, now that he doesn't have much "top covering."

my dog had one of those too. he ripped its head off and likes to toss it at me.
UI-Bwahahahahaha, you should have seen what he did to his squirrelly squirrel, a friend grabbed the squeaky tail and Caleb took off, with the body...poor Scott, he was left holding the icky tail, the look on his face...well worth the price of the squirrel!
