Insist on a fair trial for Bradley Manning

There are those who point to Manning's orientation as a cause of his espionage. The truth is that we should be careful before jumping to any conclusions as the Navy has some odd history. Way back in 1989 we were told a suicidal homosexual depressed over
a relationship caused an explosion that killed 47 including Clayton Hartwig the accused. It turned out that there never was any evidence that Hartwig was gay, or that the tragedy was anything other than a tragic accident aboard the USS Iowa.

I do not believe anything the lowlife Assange says, but Manning should have his day in court. If he is found guilty, he should be sentenced according to the guidelines established by military protocol.

That was then, this is now. The homo needs to hang.

If he is guilty than the punishment needs to fit the crime. However, we were told that a gay man blew up the Iowa. The problem was Hartwig probably was not gay and the episode was nothing more than an accident.

In reality the US Government sometimes has real morons in investigations. You can google Ciralsky and see how clowns in the CIA persecuted an Orthodox Jew with stupid questions. For example he was asked why he failed to note Chaim Wietzman was his cousin. The man died 20 years before Ciralsky was born.

If he's guilty? The faggot IS guilty. So fry him!

Fry 'em ALL! Don't give em each $1 million in the "liberal guilt" lottery that's one class-action lawsuit/gay judge away from rewarding all the "aggrieved" members of Local 3-8 of the Fudgepackers Union. THAT is the very definition of insanity. And THAT is where this whole comedy is leading. Follow the money.

The evidence looks convincing. However, everyone is entitled to a defense. Remember, many of us were convinced Hartwig was guilty too.

We are a nation of laws.

...and being an "oppressed" sexual deviant is not a valid excuse for violating them.

ps - And the leaking of 250,000 classified documents was no accident.

There is no excuse for violating an oath and leaking 250,000 documents. However, a military court is unlikely to buy a Civil Rights style argument.

In fact, I wonder who is even going to represent Manning? I do not think a civilian lawyer is permitted to represent a client in these types of hearings. All of us are going to learn about military justice in this case.

All criminals are entitled to a defense.

Well wonder "no more"...

(b) (1) The accused has the right to be represented in his defense before a general or special court-martial or at an investigation under section 832 of this title (article 32) as provided in this subsection.
(2) The accused may be represented by civilian counsel if provided by him.
(3) The accused may be represented--
(A) by military counsel detailed under section 827 of this title (article 27); or
(B) by military counsel of his own selection if that counsel is reasonably available (as determined under regulations prescribed under paragraph (7)).
(4) If the accused is represented by civilian counsel, military counsel detailed or selected under paragraph (3) shall act as associate counsel unless excused at the request of the accused.
(5) Except as provided under paragraph (6), if the accused is represented by military counsel of his own selection under paragraph (3)(B), any military counsel detailed under paragraph (3)(A) shall be excused.
(6) The accused is not entitled to be represented by more than one military counsel. However, the person authorized under regulations prescribed under section 827 of this title (article 27) to detail counsel in his sole discretion--
(A) may detail additional military counsel as assistant defense counsel; and
(B) if the accused is represented by military counsel of his own selection under paragraph (3)(B), may approve a request from the accused that military counsel detailed under paragraph (3)(A) act as associate defense counsel.

Thanks

The accused will have the right to a defense counsel of his choosing with
a military counsel as an associate. This makes sense because the procedures are different and it is strictly uphill.

Hopefully, justice will be served and if Manning is guilty may he face the maximum penalty.

Homosexuality is very much a security risk.

Most faggots do not lead flamboyant "look at me I colonize Hepatitis C viruses in other men's bloody rectal lesions for pleasure" outwardly gay lives. Most polesmokers remain private about their behavioral disorder because of the cultural and societal mores against it reinforced by thousands of years of homosexuality being a known epidemiological disease vector. Recognition as one who willfully makes themselves a host carrier of plagues is a social stigma that no amount of disco is going to dance away.

And so, those psychologically disordered enough to know their behavior has nothing but health risks to society associated with it but engage in it anyway will hide themselves, like terrorists building a bomb. The results of discovery can have consequences ranging from blackmail to otracization and death, depending on what part of the world the dookie-dipper is "outed."

And so, a "closeted" turd burglar working in any industry with access to confidential material is a security risk.

How many spies (from any intelligence agency) have been compromised or exposed by their sexual deviances? The list is long. All faggots.

Beamish-

Now that DADT has been repealed, blackmailing them is kind of useless. Society is changing. No longer will a little gay boy or girl have to worry about being harassed once they go through puberty and realize they are gay. Instead of hiding it from the world and being made to feel ashamed, soon they will be taught to accept their own natural proclivities, and even to celebrate them.

It will be a long hard slog for a few years, but soon it won't be no big deal. The ostracization will end, and this the potential for blackmail

Society has already gone a long way towards accepting them, compared to twenty or thirty years ago.

Mr B:

I do not know in this day and age if being gay is a big deal anymore. The most likely reaction to a black mail attempt is so what.

Other than manning I seriously do not recall many spies who were gay save one for the UK whose name eludes me. Certainly the FBI mole who hung out in topless bars was not gay.

I think a person's debts are a better predictor of who will go astray ethically than orientation.

Was Bradley Manning in over his head in debt? The question will not be answered.

I do not know in this day and age if being gay is a big deal anymore.

Being a vector and host of epidemiological diseases is a big deal. Being 50 times more likely than any other group to acquire and spread an AIDS infection is a big deal. Being several orders of magnitude more likely to acquire and spread Hepatitis C than any other group is a big deal. The real and deadly threat to public health from such a small percentage of the population is a big deal because it is their behavior disorder fueling that threat.

There is much scientific support to what I'm saying. Fags and dykes have significantly lower lifespans. Fags and dykes make up an inordinately higher percentage of child molesters than they do as a percentage of the population. The percentage of people who are gay is smaller. The percentage of people who are child molesters is even smaller. The percentage of child molesters who are gay is something like 5 to 6 times greater than the percentage of gays in the population as a whole.

Given that gays behave in ways that are known to be likely to acquire and spread epidemiological diseases, are known to significantly reduce their lifespans (and those of others with the diseases they actively farm in their bodies), and represent a significantly large portion of child molesters, all you have to do is turn the numbers around. You get rid of fags, you reduce the risk of AIDS and other epidemiological diseases by over 500%. You get rid of fags, you cut the number of child molesters by over half.

Mother Nature selects against fags. Left to their own devices and quarantined away from people who don't play dice with their health, homosexuals would die off, taking the bulk of epidemiological diseases and sexual violence against children with them.

This is a "big deal." It is not "enlightened" or "modern" to pretend living in an open sewer is not living in an open sewer.

Discrimination against gays? They're not discriminated against enough.

It's a bigger deal than you realize

Irrelevant. Being exposed as a fag is enough to drive an already psychologically disordered potential disease carrier to jump off a bridge.

The Army knew Manning was gay, and that he was erratic with disciplinary and psychological problems. He should have never been given access to classified materials even at his rank, with no additional disqualifying factors in place.

Titan Uranus 2 said...

Just wait for when the higher ranking "gays" start hitting on their hetero subordinates and trying to force them into un-desired sexual situations. Just wait for them to start clustering in their little fudge-packing tents for evening pole smoking sessions. Just wait for them to call for air and/or artillery support from the corporal they just "humiliated" and berated for not joining in. See if they get it... and see if their "fellow officers" begin to avert their eyes from the "now inevitable" forthcoming abuses of rank and priviledge.

The S.A. had a homo problem until the night of the long knives. And believe me, more nights like that one are now being scheduled. Fragging in the ranks will be making a HUGE comeback.

Mr B

I read the link and as I stated that problem appears linked with the UK. The Howard, Montes and American cases do not appear linked with gays.

Titan

Gays like any other people can say bad things or be Nazis or Commies and commit crimes. The reason is like any other people they are subject to the same human frailties.

(((Thought Criminal))) said...

Beakerkin,

Homosexuality has always been considered an intelligence / security risk. For one, you're starting with someone who is psychologically disordered.

These psychologically disordered people can and have been exploited by other governments. The KGB was notorious for trolling gay bars in Washington for people with access to classified materials.

Cut the wishy washy PC crap. Name one faggot you'd trust with your children or with access to your private information.

Don't forget the troll that tried to blackmail you with your private information was a faggot. Check out the gossip rags and media hatchet job artists. All gay.

The trend is apparent. Gays are mentally ill, untrustworthy, and the last thing in mind should be to empower one over something you don't want destroyed.

And then reality will strike, and being pampered in the class room will be no preparation for the reaction of the overwhelming majority of people who aren't sharing their delusion.

"Okay to be gay in America" ultimately only forces the Catholic Church to import foreign self-loathing faggots to be priests.

Sorry beakerkin, but the gay sex drive is at least 10x normal. They can't help themselves, they've wired their own limbic brains for failure to exert control. This is why homosexual paedophilia is so prevalent in adult male homosexuals. They are NOT normal and need to be legally excluded from ALL positions of responsibility and power.

I've been thinking for some time now, that when Barney Frank had that gay brothel operating out of his DC home, that was probably more about setting up people to blackmail than it was about just having fun, or making money.

The question was, what would the ultimate goal have been? Might he have been working for the KGB himself, or just trying to influence US policymakers to support his agenda?

I'm going out on a limb and saying probably KGB.
