Who Cares

I am getting annoyed with the tabloid entertainment stories. I could care less if Charlie Sheen is employed or not. The Oscars are a waste of time and news. I really would be happier with no idiotic stories about British royalty.

We are watching historic times.

Our future is being written in the Middle East and in the series of labor unrest around the globe.

All these so-called stories are harped on by the media so as to distract us from the real issues.

There should be a little talk about "The King's Speech"

It is a type of film that people enjoy but it was subsidized. It was funded by the British film bureau. Would Hollywood have made that film?

Ducky-The really good stuff is not on film or commercial television, its on HBO, Showtime, and some Cable Channels. For an example of what I'm talking about, check out Justified on FX, Wednesday nights at ten o-clock. Its by Elmore Leonard, if that tells you anything. If the government insists on passing intrusive laws, it ought to pass a law that every Elmore Leonard novel should be made into a cable television series.
