New Medicine Sucks

The new way of practicing medicine sucks. The government will get all into your face if you smoke or drink. Funny they have no problem getting in the face of smokers. How much unprotected sex hand out condoms and don't judge.

Don't bring your medications. They reworked the doses anyway.

Getting your treatment and tests ordered by a Dr you have never met sucks.

Welcome to low quality expensive invasive Obama care. The media remains silent as Obama turns the country to crap. How often does Obamas Doctor get asked about drugs.

I'm sorry, Beak, but this is incomprehensible. That tends to happen when your
in hysterics.

Now just what happened and why do you think it's got squat all to do with the Affordable Care Act?
The ACA deals with insurance and you're being coddled with a cadillac government plan.

Yeah, I just went through this last week when I was hospitalized.

Let's do this slowly. I walked into the ER with a simple infection. All that is needed was a prescription. Instead I got a magical mystery tour. A Dr. I never met canceled my discharge.

The Dr's get in your face if you are a smoker or do drugs. It was really foul watching the next guy deal with that.

As for my government plan that is likely why I was detained.

So let me get this straight.
You're upset because the doctor did not agree with your evaluation.
Rather he did a thorough evaluation. That doesn't steam most people off, Beak.

Since you know nothing about the subsequent patient's condition you really shouldn't pass judgement.

Actually not at all. I pay for a certain Dr. My Dr is treating my mom who isn't his patient.
I have a totally different Dr. The Dr was competent and released me as soon as he saw me.

I also had a team of residents misdiagnose a very common malady. My neighbor looked at it and said cellulitis In 30 seconds. He called for the specialist who took a minute. In this case I was right. As I was familiar with the malady I arrived early. Usually there is pain but not this time. I asked the specialist. You want pain? It's still cellulitis.

Dr's should convey the problem. In my case
Antibiotics and Metaformin are unpredictable. Add in a heat wave and I confused Metaformin with George Foreman.

Nostradumbass,
always the expert on that which you know nothing, or worse, pronouncing profundities about "facts" which are not facts but fever dreams of a reality which does not exist. Why do you always reflexively defend "progressive" policies which are rubbish on their face?

Perhaps if you'd been educated instead of indoctrinated....

Before you question my bonafides consider that I was my wifes caregiver for 22 years who had these same problems and many others. Through necessity I became knowledgeable about nursing and medications to the point that doctors would frequently ask me if I was a paramedic or if I had been to medical school.

Why not treat a patient with suspected cellulitis with the preferred antibiotic until a definite diagnosis could be obtained instead of letting a possible case of a life threatening, painful and debilitating disease progress. Let me point out that worse the case cellulitis the more likely it is to reoccur. Could it be because of bureaucratic guidelines imposed by a federal government that is far more concerned with regulation that the welfare of a given patient?

Why do you think a doctor treats a possible case of strep throat instead of waiting until the test results come in.

The only hysteria I see around here is your hysteria /
hysterical defense of a ironically named "affordable care act".

Warren,

Calling it the "affordable care act" is a hideous scam!

But I don't have to tell you that.

Very informative, Warren but it has nothing to do with Beak's original rant which remains incomprehensible.

"The new way of practicing medicine sucks. The government will get all into your face if you smoke or drink. Funny they have no problem getting in the face of smokers. How much unprotected sex hand out condoms and don't judge."

Put a propositional calculus on that beauty and report back. Come on, you claim to be educated not indoctrinated so I'm sure you're up to the task.
Since Beak doesn't smoke or drink that might give you a starting point. Seems like hysterics to me but your mileage may vary.

Then we have the standard rant blaming the Obama administration. If you've been paying attention any hassle in Beak's life is caused by one of three things:

1. His boss
2. Obama
3. Our Israeli policy

I'm just trying to focus him.
But pitch till you win. As I said, your response was informative but contained nothing that could be deduced from Beak's post.

Duck @ Warren,
Very informative, Warren but it has nothing to do with Beak's original rant....

You are wrong. Warren was his wife's caregiver for two decades. He can see the differences between pre-ACA and with-ACA.

I can, too, with my own recent medical agony. I have to jump through hoops that weren't there before!

Nostradumbass, it has already been determined that you know nothing about logic of any stripe and you wouldn't know propositional calculus if it jumped up and bit you in the ass.

You go ahead(smart ass)you made the assertion that his statements are illogical. You map it out and show me your proof.

Use any method of propositional calculus you wish and prove that each of his statements is false. Either that or you have proved that you are talking out your ass again.

As for me proving that each statement is true; I believe I have told you before that I'm not interested in trying to educate the invincibly ignorant or jumping through hoops for a
malcontent .
