Did Barak Obama Sr attempt Immigration Fraud

A serious question has occured with the relavation that Barak Obama's father was a polygamist. However, it is not an uncommon practice in Africa and in other parts of the world. Yet US immigration law has never recognized polygamous unions. Many foreign students also marry Americans and seek to immigrate.

The question is did Barak Obama Sr attempt to fraudulently obtain immigration benefits that he was not entitled to. This is no indictment on the Senators candidacy
and has no impact on his worthiness as a candidate. Yet immigration fraud is a serious issue and we should know the Senator's thoughts. Even if this were 100% true this would be a non issue compared to a plethora of Clinton scandals. Hillary has never been asked about the selling of pardons and the role of her brother Hugh Rodham
in the pardon gate fiasco.

A simple answer of if Obama Sr attempted immigration fraud and how the Senator thinks immigration fraud should be handled would be sufficient.

I am somewhat perplexed by Clintonista's who point to Obama's lack of experience.
Obama has held elected office before running for Senator and ran community organiztions. His overall resume stacks up favorably to Hillary's. Both do not compare to Rudy G who actually ran the largest City in America with a population larger than many states.

If it makes you feel bettter, he was one of the few that didn't get away with this. The short lived marriage to Barak Obama's mother was ended as soon as she found out he was allready married. I do not know what the laws were in 1960. Currently, the law mandates a couple must be wed for two years before a green card is issued.
This is also the amount of time Obama Sr was married to Obama's mother. However, I want to point out I am unaware of the laws circa 1960.

Interesting question.

Have you read either of Obama's books?

AOW

I may have to add them to the reading lists. Mark Levin did point out the inconsistencies. However, Levin's point was that the media was haking hay with Mitt Romney's grandfather while ignoring Obama.

Obama's father should not be held against him. However, he should state his opinions on the matter.

I would still like to know Barak Hussein Obama Jr.'s views on rejecting the religion of his father. It's something he should boast about. I'd give him credit for that just like I give credit to Ibn Warraq and Ayaan Hirsi Ali. He could be a great asset if he joined them.

You might not be so charitable if you were familiar with the Church he atteds. I am looking into some of the reports that describe his Church as a Black Nationalist Church. This may be an example of over the top rhetoric by bigots, but it is something we should view with an open mind.

I think Obama does owe a explanation of his core beliefs in this matter. What I do find troubling more than this is the fact that all these little ditties coming out have the Clinton finger prints all over them.

Now, I know Hillary says she will never personally participate in polotics of the personal (rolls eyes) of course she wont, she will send her thugs ie James Cravel Paul Bagalis(sp) to do it for her.
And she has a willing helpers in the press and media.

This one is not from the Clinton's.
Mark Levin raised the point on his show in response to the feeding frenzy over Romney's grandfather. I added my basic knowledge of spousal immigration law.

More disturbing is that when Journalists want to discuss polygamy they always present a Mormon. Mormons are white and Conservative and okay to take pot shots at. There are plenty of Muslim immgrants who have second wives. They sponsor their child and their child sponsore their parent.

Tancredo is seeking to eliminate sibling and married children immigration. I wish he would focus on adoption fraud which has become a serious problem.

I must have missed The Great Ones show on this one. Can you imagine if we had Mark sitting on the Supreme Court. For the liberals that would be worse than throwing a Cross up in front of a vampire :).

Something needs to be definetly done about the adoption fiasco. With all the kids in orphanages here people think they are doing the right thing only because our laws are so lax on foriegn adoption.

Perhaps the same rules should apply to anyone going out of the country to adopt as they do for people trying to adopt kids here.

Ayeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee Viva Speedy in 08.

I exploded because it is too early to think about who should be President, much less take serious any of the primadonnas that have announced so far.

Here's my prediction - late 2007, early 2008, America recieves another devastating terrorist attack and not one American is interested in universal health care or the polygamist daddy of the stealth Muslim or the incestuous mayor or the governor who belongs to a cult that spread terrorism through the Midwest in the early 1800s or the POW who can only listen to the left because his right eardrum is missing or the ambulance chaser with purdy hair.

Nobody on the field impresses me. Nobody on the field before fall 2007 can.

I understandyour position and I empathise. I want to point out that Obama's parents have nothing to do with his abilities. However, that being said he should answer the questions on the subject state his position and move ahead.

I think I'm going to set a date - November 13th, 2007.

If you announce or have announced that you are running for President before that date, I will actively oppose you, regardless of party or promises to nuke Mecca.

I really like Newt Gingrich, but if he announces that he's running for President at 11:59:59 PM on November 12th, 2007, I'm going to oppose his hasty ass too.
