I want to point out some of the gross behaviors are inexcusable. There is no excuse for sexual predation. However some of these stories are more a product of buyers remorse. Okay you slept with a person you think is creepy, it is an error. It is quite a leap to make false rape claims ala mattress girl. If you had a lapse in judgment and were not drunk or impaired all of the fuss is uncalled for.
On a personal note, I make it a point never to try anything if any alcohol was consumed. The moment is only magical if everyone is on the same page. No doubt I missed plenty of opportunities and lawsuits. For me it is only worthwhile
if the other party wants to be there.
