Ultimately Deranged

Those on the left who prattle on about poverty and terrorism must realize that the Times Square bomber is once again a spoiled rich kid. The idiotic leftist narratives of poor oppressed terrorists
once again show a spoiled poor student sent to Western schools and a failure in business.

Back on another topic the interests me, Beak.

1. What constitutes an obscure film or an obscure work of art?

2. Why aren't they better known?

3. Why wouldn't you want to become aware of a wider range of art?

Duck

I have little patience for film and if it is not in mass circulation it is not on my priority list.

When I go to an art exhibit I am accompanied by a six year old. I take her to only the major exhibits at first class museums. She prefers Renoir to Chardin as well. I really could care less about painting bowls of fruit.

Going to the Museum with a child is fun and I never waste parental time with anything less than the best tried and proven.

3 My time is limited and I would sooner read Kenneth Roberts or the latest history that catches my eye.

The Sprite likes tapestry and crafts that are not high on my list. As a good parent I endure and lead.

You're full of shit.

Actually she likes Renoir and doesn't care for sill life. She certainly does know what Renoir is and likes his use of color.

Did it never occur to you that some children are naturally gifted? What if the child has a natural affinity for art? Could the child then not at least vaguely differentiate the difference between artistic styles?

I don't consider myself particularly gifted Duckie, but when I was a child, even I learned to differentiate between the writing styles of comic book writers, and I could identify drawings of various artists and differentiate between them with ease.

Some piece of hackery, usually by an otherwise talentless moron (re: Godard) that smugly self-congratulates itself for being "controversial" must-see fare because it gave gay porn a script.

2. Why aren't they better known?

Because it's gay.

3. Why wouldn't you want to become aware of a wider range of art?

One need not shove one's nose in all turds looking for one that doesn't stink.
