The truth is we need a national discussion on the subject of mental illness. Our jails and homeless programs are filled with untreated mental illness. The reasons for lack of treatment is the high cost of treatment and social stigma of being treated.

In general society does not treat a variety of people poorly. In the words of a gay black male. I get far more headaches about being gay than being Black. Those that are in treatment face greater stigma than those who are Black or gay. Most of those in treatment are not dangerous. Rather than encourage those who need help to step forward, most

Fun with Cheekie

Cheekie now likes silly putty better than Playdough. She likes the blister pack best and will struggle to get it out.
I usually offer to help but Cheekie is determined. She makes necklaces and stretches it. She found the bubble kit and played for hours using wands and pipes. I mixed up a batch using Dawn. It was her first introduction to the wonderful world of P&G products. Maybe someday they will market it.

Watching Cheekie grow is fun. She isn't sweet like her cousin Ema. She is mischievous and curious in a fun sort of way. She knows the little dog is always with me mooching a snack. She likes to feed the dog. She sometimes eats the cheese and turkey herself. Most goes to the dog.

An actual arrest

One of the things the public does not know is that the tools available to officers has changed. In general there is a difference between fishing and prudence. Fishing is when there is no basis for a search. Searches are done in rare instances and arrests even rarer.

On the job I was performing I can only see the original charges and ask a peer to take a second look. In my case someone fell through the cracks. The original charge involved a sex crime and children. This is only the original charge. I have no idea what the actual conviction is. In these cases I write a query and ask for a look. The person doing the search gets the record and decides the next step.

In general my correspondence is rare and written at low levels. Rather than broadcast at a higher level. My style is
Let's look at this and see what is there. The queries are logged and sorted out by my upline who decides what gets referred for law enforcement. Law enforcement then decides if they are going to pursue an arrest and place a person in proceedings. They have limited resources and only the worst of the worst get picked up.

We were told all of this stuff was logged. Apparently it wasn't and my friends who arrest decided there is always room for a pedophile. This is also subject to their attorneys discretion.

They did bring the guy in. They wanted to know why I did not call them ASAP. The sheer volume on that project did not
Allow for it. Officers refused to work those cases and it got dumped on me. Sometimes it is only intelligence and a person may be on trial for something. It allows our guys extra moments of heads up.

There are plenty of stories about people who fell through the cracks. My point is our tools have been scaled back. There is some legitimate concerns about fishing. This should have been dealt with by allowing only those with a record of proper usage access. In my case I never used those systems and consulted with our experts. Our experts do this every day. I do cooperate with our uplines but I work through the channels.

There are other cases where I am making the call. These involve older cases and in my case I follow the due process procedures. On one case I held it up for a week for a legal review. I only use those charges that are clear and can be readily defended by our attorneys. Sometimes I might miss one and that is why I consult with our experts.

Has Ducky Switched Marx for Mr Beamish

Over the last few days we have been hearing some unDuck worthy concerns about immigrants on welfare and crime. Of course the comments were made about my community and family. Rather than the Duck switching out Mr Beamish for Marx these are just rather low class attacks on my family.

The Mrs works very hard when she can find work. She got laid off from her Union job and it has not lifted a finger to help her. In my earliest experience with the union, I had the same results. Oddly, I have nothing but nice things to say about that union. My current Union is much more effective and being a ten year veteran gives the agency little wiggle room unless something criminal is involved. It would have been nice if they could have done something especially considering her seniority on the job. She takes short term employment looking for something more permanent
But Obamacare has literally killed the job market for the working poor.

The Duck seems to imply that somehow the Guyanese community is more prone to criminality and welfare than other communities. If anything his favorite Jews, who live in an ethnically pure ghetto, have welfare fraud and abuse down to a science. The Duck doesn't seem to mind because these lazy and shiftless people agree with him about Israel. This group also has its hands out and is the reason I will not donate to any Jewish charities. The duck seems very concerned about the crime rate of Guyanese. There is no evidence that they are more criminally inclined than other groups. There is this fiction that leftards like Ducky spread. If you want to see the most base forms of racism in politics go to Guyana. They have two idiotic Marxist parties with the same bad idea but divided only by race. In Guyana there is nothing comparable to the seething hatred between Blacks and Indians in the USA. Oddly, when Blacks and Indians live on the same block they are closer than extended family in the USA. Part of the reason is the low level trading that goes on between neighbors. You really have to see it to understand it. The observation about the closeness of neighbors regardless of race or religion is something Guyanese themselves are perplexed by.

Just the same when I go to Guyana I am not allowed to interact beyond my family by the local government. A neighbor might come over on business and say a word or two, but that is all. My interactions are limited to commercial types and extended family. Now that the government has changed I do not hold out hope for a less restrictive visit. That being said, the first question any family member gets is when am I returning. Even the local police enjoyed some of the pranks and remember them fondly.

Return from Oblivion

At a certain point my time in the penalty box became a running joke. My whole team was banished to another area when leadership changed. I was supposed to be put on a veteran team in the new area. I was sent back to do a second rotation in the problem resolution area and I completed that.

My heart belonged to my old boss who was glad to have me. I got away from the person who knifed my boss in the back. I made it clear that I am not working with her. They could assign me but moving mountains will not happen with s boss I loathe. The mentorship is crucial in getting new officers up to speed. This interloper wanted to take credit for my numbers and I wasn't going along.

When I returned from the special assignment it was like retuning home. Funny as the workload increases guess who is arriving. When the world goes to hell just send in the rat killer. I can still get the job done and do it indefinitely.

In general a walkout with no explanations is sufficient. When I did this in VT, the outraged Rabbi demanded an apology. He then tried to negotiate a face saving ploy where I would return and make up an emergency. In truth I figured most would think I went to the bathroom. Apparently my departure mid sermon was noticed. I also was not around to be introduced to the locals.

Most people are afraid of clergy. When they do their job they deserve respect. However, once they venture into Marxism ditch them.

You do not owe an explanation for your actions. Just keep going because you are going to subjected to word games and twisting of scripture. Ranbi Comedy Club

There is a rather disturbing pattern of leftists hijacking religious faiths. You have heard ample criticism of the left from religious conservatives. Yet the same crew complaining about religion in politics sees no issue with mashing Marxism into religion.

I found myself at a bizarre bat mitzvah in Scarsdale. Other than the fact that the event was held in a synagogue there was zero actual Jewish content at the event. A nebbish of a Rabbi approached later at the reception an introduced himself. I excused myself and walked away.

The leader of this clerical special education club was Rabbi Rick Jacobs. My relatives chided me about my poor manners. This isn't the time or place for such a gesture. I will point out no gesture was made on my part. I merely refused to acknowledge a comfy club act as a Rabbi. There was zero Judaic content in what I observed and most of the material was literally pulled out of the Rabbis imagination.

The fact that the congregation puts up with this act is a shame upon the local community. Jacobs could be a professional and do the political buffoonery away from the pulpit, but that would be professionalism a quality that Rabbi Comedy Club lacks. My relatives were rather annoyed at my actions and vowed never to invite me again. I thanked
Them for the privilege.

Rabbi Comedy Club and his epigones like to pretend they are creating something novel. I came for a Bat Mitzvah, not a mishmash of animal rights and social justice. Some of us expect some Judaic content at a rite of passage. Mercifully he did not officiate at my aunts funeral. Perhaps he was in his study watching Soupy Sales or at a protest for gender confused produce in whole foods.

I declined a generous heartfelt invitation to sit and reconnect. The family even offered car service to and from the train station. They extended an invitation to me in the future to sit and joke around. It was a classy gesture on the part of my relatives. Just the same, I prefer to be at he with Cheekie and my daughter.

The Sweetest Words ever said

I have lived a long and mostly happy life. The happiest I have been is when I am grandfather. I did not expect this role or to be a father much less. The daughter has a mixed relationship with her nieces. She gets along really well with the oldest who is an easy kid. The youngest is a bit early to tell at this point but looks promising. The middle niece does not get along with her so well

Cheekie

I was greeted at the door with the squeals Grandpa. I hugged Cheekie and we did our version of the Marx brothers mirror routine. After I cooked dinner for the dog, I made myself a piece of Kielbasa and cut her some slices.She loves cheese and wanted the aged Swiss.

I ran out to buy some play dough and Gummi bears. She wanted to see the John Wayne film where he uses cattle to break a blockade of town. She roots for the cows. She also likes the Orangatang Clint Eastwood films. It was nice of the Orangatang to let Clint have some screen time.

The Return of Cheekie

The diaper clad hell raiser returns tonight. I miss the feisty Cheeky kid always trying to play with the older kids and causing general mayhem. I have food poisoning and the one fluid I can hold is Hawaiin Punch leave it to Cheekie to drink all of it twice. Cheekie does not care for Guyanese food beyond doubles. Creation of a Myth

A cold day in hell

Due to a massive sick out I am back at my old job for a limited run. Of course one of the cases is really bad. Then again it seems poetic that on my first moment back it wouldn't be easy. It isn't like I haven't done this before and worse. The new officers I have been training are excited to see me in action. I pointed out I was an officer in good standing before the politics moved me into other areas. I find it odd that the first officer to be cross tasked is the one that's been away for more than a year. Don't understand why every time they announce a change the first person sent over the hill is me.

I didn't like being sent over the hill first, but it seems to be in the cards. I just need some theme music like the opening to Rio Lobo or the Shootist.

Then again when I returned to action I expected it wouldn't be easy. I agreed to go back to work with my old boss. I did not expect to be trail blazing. What makes this more bizzare is I am starting in a script I wrote for management.

It will be ten years this week. A small raise of 4k is my anniversary present.

The Seventies Film and Society

The follow up to the previous post mostly about the seventies.

We discussed the work of Woody Strode.

The seventies represented a time of change in the way Blacks were portrayed in film and Television. There had been racist shows that laughed at Blacks. Sanford and Son was entirely something different. Sanford was the loveable quick
Buck dreamer in a pattern like SGT Bilko. The cast was almost entirely Black with the exception of a Puerto Rican neighbor and an inept White Cop. Sanford had a revolving cast of friends mostly Grady and Bubba. The sister in law Aunt Esther stole every scene she was in as the religious woman with an alcoholic, but loving husband.

In many ways Sanford and Son and Good Times were more realistic than the Brady Bunch. Times were tough in the seventies and the poor imperfect families struggling to get by were more believable than the manicured Brady family.
One of the charming features of All in the Family is that often you would see financial issues impact the Bunker Family.

Up until then the focus of TV was either more rural people and or cookie cutter families. In many ways, we could relate more to the Sanford home than the Bewitched home.

The Duck and I are going to discuss film and time. Woody Strode probably is not well known by the General public under 55. He comes to the screen in a transitional time period before and during the Civil Rights era. As someone whose earliest memories were right after the Civil Rights era Strode was in many ways ahead of his time.

Woody Strode comes along at a time where America itself was in transition. The question of the role of Black people in film and society was changing. This was way before Wesley Snipes could save the day and lead a film. It is at a time when having Sidney Potier chained to Tony Curtis in a film as equals on screen was novel.

Now the Duck can point to the abomination Paul Robeson. Yes Robeson did lead films meant for the general public. There is plenty of doubt that his vile political views got him opportunities that were not available to Blacks at the time. He also had a cult like following of losers and Jerks.

Strode was as tall as John Wayne. His magic was whether he was acting with Gregory Peck, Jeffey Hunter, Kirk Douglas or whomever he looked like he belonged on the screen . His I am here because I belong here and dignity is evident in his roles. In essence Jim Brown has this quality in the Dirty Dozen and subsequent films. He isn't just part of the. Scenery or taking up space like Van Heflin.

He was someone you could respect and sympathize with even when he comes into conflict with larger stars like Peck and Kirk Douglas.

May 26 Guyana Independence Day

On May 26, 1966 the nation of Guyana declared its independence from the UK. Up to north the favorite son of Guyana was born on the second day of the Jewish holiday of Shavout. In a pattern that was to last a lifetime he was typically early. By the time his father had parked the car the whole drama was over. May 26 is also the birthday of John Wayne and James Arness.

The connection with Guyana is a profound matter. It is a wonderful land, spoiled by corrupt Marxist incompetents. The jungles are a fascinating place beautiful and deadly at the same time. The most deadly animal in Guyana is the local populace, but that can be said about most places.

I am spending time with my parents. I am blessed to have them into their eighties. As much as I love my parents being a father and grandfather are even better. I miss the Cherkie kid who will be back soon. I was with the daughter and we watched Kelly's Heroes. She found the box of Almond Joy in one of the scenes. I am wondering when is the last time I even saw one in a store.

My ten year anniversary as an officer is June 4. The blog preceded my appointment. I would like to say I have grown or perhaps the political just seems a bore after a while.

Memories and a feeling of home

The Duck points to the wisdom of buying store brands.A home is a collection of the people, stories and items I'm the house. The memories that familiar brands bring up is part of the story of our lives. The brands are like familiar friends along with us on the journey of life.

The memory of my mom bringing me Hawaian Punch when I had a fever are rich. My grandmothers love of Breakstone sour cream, Goodmand Egg noodles, flieshmans. My father liked fine deli Mustard and despised Frenchs and would only eat a Deli type mustard often Guldens. He still loves his Hebrew National products. My mom likes her Tide and Dawn.

Through the years many products have been linked to me. The first and foremost is Diet Mountain Dew. In fact it is a running gag at work and several others have started drinking the stuff. I love my P&G products. P&G products have been in the backdrop of many stories. In GA I walked miles to find 3X Body wash. Others in my class started using the stuff. There was the story when my local Duane Reade ran out of man soap and I was miserable all day.

There is the story how I switched to Hunts from Heinz when the stock was taken over. My first batch of Ketchup and Ote Ida tater tots was like being reunited with an old friend. Over the years some beloved brands got sold off. I got Breyers and Hellmans back when I bought Unilever. Unfortunately Hawaiin Punch remains with a company I don't own.

Yes the Duck is largely correct in that you save money with store brand. However, it isn't my home without P&G. The products have been with me my entire life. I like the smell of Tide and the way Dawn makes my plates shine. The familiar brands are almost supporting characters in my life story. The boss knows I am in when he sees the diet Dew in the Fridge. The girlfriend prefers the P&G products she asks for Bounty by name.

I prefer the name brand quality and memories over a few dollars here and there.

Time for genuine discussion of the history of Islam

The time has long since passed to have a conversation about the history of Islam. The conversation needs to start and it needs to be done by responsible people. Americans and other people learn about unflattering chapters that are all part of a larger story.

The notion that Muslims are victims is a fiction. We have dispensed with images of slavery as anything other than a human rights mess. Similarly claiming slavery in Africa or Islamic cultures was less odious is a common fiction of lefties for expediency. Jim Crow is evil unless practiced by Muslims. Colonialism is evil when practiced by Europeans but peachy when practiced by Muslims.

The above fictions are reaons why Marxists really have no place in genuine education or political discussion. They bring a Psuedo religious agenda and should not be permitted into serious discussion. Of course our bird brained critic poultry will cry about censorship. The facts are he would not be as charitable with whole University departments staffed by KKK types. The truth is Marxists are responsible for exponentially more deaths than racial power kooks.

A Black coworker was floored when a Muslim coworker made references to odd behaviors of mine and said but you are Jewish. The coworker looked at me and said if I made anything close to those remarks about Blacks or anyone else there would be a suspension. The person making these off the wall remarks was educated at elite universities and the notion of intellectual freedom and individuality never was imparted.

The notion that I should talk about the Middle East every two minutes is offensive. Oddly as a person with Hindu family and a love for a certain South American country this is odd. If we can discuss the merrits of Jesus, Thomas Jefferson, Abe Lincoln and Andrew Jackson then the same types of scrutiny should be placed on Islam and

There has been talk of the Yankees signing Cuban players who are loyal to Castro and faithful communists. There are things more important than winning. Should the Yankees do that I would no longer watch the games or buy merchandise. There is no place for communists in NY sports.

Major League Baseball should not allow players who are loyal to Castro or the current Venezuelan government to be employed in the USA. Let them play in Japan or wherever.

One more thing about my love for Proctor and Gamble products. There probably isn't an idiot out there who hasn't endured an Amway presentation. I bought a kit to help out a friend. The friend has gone into realizing it is a dead end. I never touched the products and gave the stuff away. The notion of my home without my beloved brands was offensive. Now when I hear the familiar pitch, no thank you it isn't home without my beloved brands. I like my Gillete products, followed by Crest, my plates cleaned with Dawn and my clothes with Tide. I do occasionally buy some
Colgate Palmolive and Clorox products, but my home is a P&G home. It wasn't shocking that I reached whatever contest points long ago. Perhaps the best thing P&G does is thank you on the Reciept when you buy their products. It is a small acknowledgement of a devoted customer. Making superior products is always good, but keeping me out of creepy Amway meetings is priceless. No doubt the Amway drones have called me many names over the years, but there is one that I wear proudly Proctoid.

My grandmother used P&G products. My grandaughter uses P&G products. It is part of my home and oddly my brands get used by others. I was surprised to find the younger kids using the Gillete Bodywash. Their response was a simple. The

Spending quirks pay off

Those who read this blog know I am a huge fan of Proctor and Gamble. We aren't having a good year but I try to buy items from PG. I also have stock in Clorox, Colgate Palmolive and Unilever. That being said I love my Tide, Dawn, Gillette products and Creat. I will buy one of the others at times my quirks triggered a bonus at Rute Aid. For now even in a down year the dividends funds some new companies.

However, I appreciate that P&G and Hershey's appreciates my quirks and send me money back.

New Role

I am reluctantly performing a new role. It is a role that upper management envisioned for me. I did return to my home unit to spend the last moments with two mentors before they sail off into the sunset. It is tough to see officers who
were legends depart. I anticipated working shoulder to shoulder with my mentors, but this wasn't to be. I am part of a new experiment.

The Death Penalty

I support the Death Penalty. The Boston Bomber deserves to die. His mother needs to have her status revoked. There is something perverse about welfare recipients complaining and commiting acts of terror. Moreover this family was asylees. We don't tend to execute terrorists and we should have starting with the Weathermen types in the Seventies.
We as a society need to stop excusing violent behavior as a rationale for political expression. There are plenty of legitimate avenues of political organizing and there is no excuse for these antics. Had Bill Ayers tried these stunts
In the counties he advocated for he would have been dead long ago. His continued wasting of oxygen proves the superiority of the system he despises.

I am somewhat leery over the death sentence of Morsi. It is a sentence based upon his involvement in A prison break with Psuedostinian help. The Duck wants to know why Egypt sealed its borders, now it is abundantly clear. Of course returning Gaza to Egytians sovereignty would end much of the mess. The Egyptian army could use a heavy hand and deal with the Hammas clods with little fanfare.

Executing a head of state is a cultural barrier. I would have zero problem seeing Nazis, Commies and a rare strongman like Saddsm getting killed for their crimes. Arab Justice is severe and the courts are known for the death penalty for lesser crimes. Look for Obama to try and pressure Egypt to commute this sentence to life or a term followed by exile.

One of my hobbies is collecting food, drug and soap company stocks. I try to keep my money within the stocks I own. The daughter and grandaughter drive me up the wall with buying General Mills stuff. I realized the products are all over my home anyway so I bought the stock. I am working on the last six I don't own. I probably will buy a position in one or two.

Feel for my buddy

My best friend is the little Maltese. Whatever I eat I share with him. He has grown difficult and only wants lamb off the bone or shredded chicken. He sleeps next to me and spends the evening not far from me.

Yesterday I arrived to another surprise some idiot relative dropped off a female cocker spaniel. She hates the Maltese and gets all the attention from the kids. She also intruded on my dinner with the Maltese by chasing him away
Twice. To say the little guy struck out is putting it mildly.

In the end I put my foot down along with the adult daughter and we are back to one dog. The cocker spaniel stayed by the daughter in law

Obama temper tantrum

Obama is crying about FOX news. He gets 24/7 spin from every other network. Republicans are expected to put up with baboon leftards like Helen Thomas but Obama is crying because he doesn't get Hugo Chavez style worship on Fox. Obama was not fit for office. We have had no meaningful scrutiny of his life prior to his election. The media has given him free pass after free pass.

He injects race into everything. Open a museum and Obama will inject a racial discussion there. Pick up a waffle for breakfast and Obama or the First Lady will inject race in that too.

The conversation Obama will never have is about the mess his policies have created. The answer to helping inner city residents is to flood the labor markets with employment authors toon cards, job killing health care and job killing minimum wage hikes. Sorry about those job killing policies designed to help people who knowingly break the law, have an Obama phone.

Our historic allies don't trust us and our enemies laugh at us. Obamas best friend is the toxic ruler of Turkey. Have we seen Turkey do anything other than wave a welcome mat to ISIS. He ponders the Jews killed in a kosher store in Paris were killed by random violence. He reaches back hundreds of years to rationalize Islamic crimes that are current. This does not infer anything drastic as my acknowledgment of slavey and abuse of Indians does not dim my patriotism.

There is no need to bash the peaceful practice of faith. By all means worship what you want. That right ends when you advocate violence. If someone wants to join ISIS go ahead, but surrender your citizenship before leaving. If you want to preach whole swaths are hell bound, go ahead. Advocate violence and the choice should be jail or denaturalization. This should have been done in the 60s. Rather than allowing Bill Ayers to waste our resources. He should have been dumped in Cuba.

A Shocking Twist

i returned to my old boss and was greeted warmly. I belonged with that crew and many of my friends are due to retire soon. I want to share what time I have left with my mentors before they go. Some of my students don't understand this but it is important for me to be there with them as their career winds down.

These older officers took me under their wing. They saved my career when I was being bullied. These officers embody the best values of my profession. When my students talk to me with marvel I point to true Giants who made me a better
Officer and person. Another officer will take the seat and wield the stamp but none will fill the shoes.

I find this ironic as I am having issues with a former student who has overstepped his boundaries, I return to honor my teachers. The student is good, but not quite as good as they think they are. I have endured months of malicious gossip. His boss let him know in no uncertain terms that the rumors were false.

I was rotated out because I am one of two Officers that have spent time in the factory. My skills, reputation and ability to work with others are not in dispute. I don't blame him for tooting his own horn. I do blame him for denigrating many more experienced officers including some who are widely praised.

Life would be easier if I were a hack. Unfortunately, my peers and the folks on the top know floor leadership. In a tight spot they want me on hand. It goes with being a leader and charisma. My life will not be easy as these mentors leave my shoes loom larger.

I will miss my mentors.

The best we can Do as people is to leave the place better than we found it. My mentors have achieved this and I follow their path. Someday a young officer will take the torch from me. I am an unlikely leader, but my bio is larger
Than I am. In many ways I am like Hawkeye from MASH talented and off the wall. It is a brutal place at times and I guess at times I liven it up.

It isn't like I am unused to being a mentor. I have been doing it for years. The place just seems emptier without the

Dumb publicity stunt

Communists deserve all types of ridicule.

I am visiting my parents. The last episode of MASH was on Tv. I haven't seen it in 20 years. Funny but the only thing I remembered was Col Potter leaving on a horse and it was well written. My folks swear that was the first time they saw it. The after MASH shows did not do well except for Trapper John.

I miss Cheekie

I miss the rambunctious little girl who fills my home with energy. She is a difficult kid but I love her as she is. No matter how bad she is crying, she cheers up as soon as I go to a freezer for a Popsicle. She doesn't even eat most
Of it. Her laughter and gies fill the home and my heart. She hides behind me when her mother tries to spank her for whatever mischief she is up to. I miss her waking me up at all hours of the night to get things for her or just to play. Oddly she is the only small child loved by the Maltese.

Never Brag

I am quite fond of teaching new officers. Many have gone on to bigger things. One even helped me greatly when she became my boss and highlighted my numbers and leadership. One of my students has gotten too big for his ego and I decided to demonstrate my point.

The first lesson I teach is people who brag are usually useless. Great officers never sing their own praises others do. When the top boss asked me to rank myself against my peers I declined. When pressed I said around number thirty. There are many elements to the job and all have strengths and weaknesses.

This former student has become the office gossip. Moreover, he claims he is a skilled interviewer. I am more modest and rely on facts and logic. I concede plenty of people beat me. Sometimes, there just isn't enough there to rationalize additional action. I might have a gut instinct but until logic and facts back my hunch it is meaningless.

I sat in the presence of a young woman who was one of the officers I trained. She saw me lie through my teeth and concoct a tale that conforms to all of this persons gossip. She asked me why I did it. I pointed out that I am tired of his bragging about what a skilled interviewer he is and tired of his gossiping. No doubt the lesson will be lost on the clueless. Another boss saw me do the same trick on another office gossip monger who at least has the presence to cross examine me. Afterwards he told the boss I was too calm for the tale to be true.

The truth was not lost on my current and recent students. You are good officers, someday you will be better than me.
However, someday is not today and never ever oversell your skills.

My new office is being set up close to the space I was in almost six years ago. All of the officers are gone with perhaps five still serving. I go from the junior officer on my old team to the top of the seniority. I still miss the
Huge Cathedral spot that was home for years. Oddly I never sat in my office and I was there five months. I know all the members of my new team but served with none of them. The floor I left is upset because my arrival was big news.

In the end I am comfortable working with my favorite Cheif and old buddies from when I started. Some of them are near
Retirement. I want to spend that time with my friends and mentoring new officers. I probably won't escape having to do new tasks but..... Life goes on.

Baltimore Mess

It is somewhat unfair to link the riots to larger trends. Smaller communities don't have enough people to riot. Riots are largely an urban problem and big cities rarely ever get Republican Mayors. New York City is an exception to that rule. In general it was lucky to have the professionally run NYPD.

The real cause of riots is long protracted unemployment. The Obama years have been tough on the poor as Obama opened the floodgates to illegal aliens and made Employment Authorization cards a joke. The tax policies in Baltimore made matters worse.

However, one would be hard pressed to think similar riots could not happen in any large city. Sadly, I wish the notion of let the rioters tire themselves out needs to stop.

How about Mayor Pothead as his VP. That pairing could be a cross between Cheech and Chong and Beavis and Butthead go to the Whitehouse. Ask a supporter about Sanders and you will get the Bernie cares rant. Exactly what he cares about is never stated. Trying to deduce anything substantive from a Sanders speech is akin to reading the future from chicken intestines.

I am firmly convinced that Sanders is a zombie who has forgotten to eat brains. The again zombies don't exactly wander around getting nothing done like Bernie.

Rabbi Rick Jacobs Circus Clown

There are those who ponder why I don't join a reform temple given my exasperation over my brothers over the too Orthodox nuttiness. My brother may be exasperating but he takes his job seriously. He is a Rabbi and does not disgrace or bore to death from the pulpit. He has political views but they are secondary to teaching Torah.

Enter Circus Clown Rabbi Rick Jacobs who rants Jews reject Pam Gellers venom. Who the heck is this side show nobody to talk for the entire class community? Geller herself does not put on such haughty arrogance. As Jews are being killed outside of Israel for being themselves, does the Rabbi seem slightly concerned. As the Rabbis fellow lefty brethren abuse and target Jewish students for abuse did this circus clown raise his voice. Did he say anything about the bombastic rhetoric at OWS that included rants about Zionist Bankers. If a Jew in his congregation is subjected to
Personal abuse it is almost entirely from his fellow moonbat leftists.

When you see the catch phrase Social Justice from the pulpit you are getting a Marxist moron infiltrating a house of worship. If the Rabbi was so concerned about this, he should have told his congregation to stop exploiting their domestic help. Now this might seem excessive, but given the propensity of his congregants of Scarsdale to hire and exploit illegal aliens this is on point.

Excuse me circus clown, but isn't your job as Rabbi first and foremost to cater to the spiritual needs of your congregation. How about some actual Torah and less of your political bs. If you want to bandy politics how about quiting your job as Rabbi and become Hilllary Clintons replacement for Side Show Michael Lerner.

Moreover, as individual Jews are harangued by lefties in Universities and their place of employment have you said a word. It would be rude if people were to bring up the snuff films and antics of ISIS to their classmates and coworkers daily. If you are in a University hit the books and respect the personal space of your peers who have the same first amendment rights. If you are in the workplace this political bs borders on EEO issues. I am not talking about isolated slips of the younger. I also endure this myself and politely remind people that constantly harping on Israel because a coworker is Jewish is boorish. I certainly don't subject Haitians or Chinese people for harangues based on their governments policies, it would be rude. Oddly Chinese and Haitians are apt to innocuously joke about their countries themselves. A Chinese coworker was kidding that one could get arrested for breathing. Many people joke about government corruption in passing in their home countries. This is quite different to the insidious constant discussion about Israel brought up every two seconds by boorish lefties. A conversation about the local sports team is hijacked by lefties obsessed with the issue. The unnatural mania of the left aids and abets intransigence from Arabs who have made zero concessions and are often frank with genocidal intentions. Lefties dismiss this as flowery rhetoric, but we have seen this movie before.

Rather Not

I am stuck in my version of hell. Lakewood NJ is a large Frummie community. I would sooner be anywhere. The reality is that this is part of the issue with Frummie relatives. They force their lifestyle on you. If we were in a gay restaurant the food and music would be better. The people would be cool. Alas at least when I die I can rest my bones
In Guyana far from this absurd lifestyle.

The reality is I don't care how people live. Just keep me far from the Orthodox and let me rest as I lived in exile. This is a lifestyle that was imposed on me against my will. I honor the wishes of family but being ensconced in an Orthodox community grates on my nerves.

No doubt my Hindu family has some odd customs. Take your shoes off at the door even if you got foot odor. Don't eat pork or beef in the house and that is pretty much it. The weddings are to long and there is way too much drunkedness.
Given the choice of being surrounded by sanctimonious cultural zeros or drunken idocy I choose the later. I don't say much in either place.

Obama has finally done the impossible

I was driving back with my family and floored by the comments of my siblings. Obamas lack of candor about Islam has turned the normally liberal relatives into mini Pam Gelkers. Now they do not work in a large office, but this change
Perplexes me. Then again, the failure of the administration is profound as the Egytians and Saudis are more honest about discussing this issue.

The problem with Obama is his infantilism. He is a Marxist who divides the world in a similar manner to jihadists. As
a Marxist he has a reflexive fantasy with 99 percent of all groups who rebel against the status quo. The notable exception to this is the TEA Party. Thus the notion of religious zealots chanting against Strongmen or Royal families
is music to the Obamunist clods. Obamunist morons bend over backwards to avoid anything that can remotely be considered anti Islamic. The problem is that the Saudis and Egyptians are clearer on the situation than Obama. The folks at ISIS have created a Mad Max Islamic inspired mess. The problem has been the left has excused this type of lunacy so long as these loser types use jargon about liberation and oppression. There are some of you that are floored by the ranting of the welfare mother of the Boston Bomber. Anyone familiar with current events has seen this many times.

The challenge for Muslims is that s certain part of ISIS is aboriginal. The notion of a small band of violent clods committing mayhem is familiar. However, this is not the year 700. Moreover massacres at shopping malls and snuff films do nothing but make Islam look bad. This also is a misreading of the world of the original and the context of the teaching. The violence was calculated and not gratuitous. The original prophet was also a businessman. The violence was not constant nor aimless.

Let's say someone smoking bad stuff were to write a Bible of the Life of Beakerkin. The times I acted aggressive would miss my substance. I am much pride of helping scores of people than tossing hardened criminals. It would miss the actual essence of my career is my focus on ordinary people lost in the system and mentoring new officers.

Muslims need to discuss What the teachings of the prophet mean in the world of today. When the prophet lived slavery
was a global norm. Today it is not acceptable. Islam was a new religion establishing itself in a hostile environment.
Now it is the establishment in many places. The question of how draconian the law needs to be is internal. There is no such thing as never in history. The societies themselves need to understand the value of intellectual freedom while maintaining respect for tradition. Democratic reforms modeled on India as opposed to Europe are more realistic.
Turkey had a history of the army maintaining secularism. Unfortunately Obamas best friend has similar delusional fantasies of grandiosity.

The problem with Obama is he has a warped understanding of America. He is a pothead preppy who abused Affirmative Action straight to the Presidency. Now that we have added so many foreign minorities what is the rationale for affirmative action. I was discussing this yesterday with a friend. The Black male managers are all foreign born. There is one Jewish person in a population that is overwhelmingly Jewish. The problem is Obama has poisoned the atmosphere for discussions anout the future. Obama has no problem using the word terrorist to describe his opponents.

True Love

I love the little Dog and the Cheekie kid. When I sleep early I only allow the dog to climb into the bed or enter the room. Even as a puppy that was his preferred place to rest. Even when I sleep in crazy places like in the basement next to the boiler or in front of the toolshed in the yard he sleeps where I sleep. In fact when I was missing in the basement and did not go work the dog found me. He scratches my back with his paw if he wants me to move. As a small dog the kids would not leave him alone. They were afraid of waking me up.

The Cheekie kid woke me up. Rather than be angry I gave her a hug. Just that smile and that laugh were pleasant enough. She wanted a juice box and I got her one. Oddly her intelligence surprises me at times. I was trying out a new product by Smuckers as I own stock in the company. The product was whipped Chocolate and Peanutbutter. The kid said me want that. I pointed out it wasn't exactly peanut butter. I placed some on a cracker which she licked for about half an hour but did not like the cracker. She only likes my Ritz or Keebler ones and Does not touch grandmas.

I will miss the Cheekie kid when she visits her fathers family abroad for a month. Her adventures and mischief brighten my day.

All elected officials should be subjected to the same rules as employees

There is something decidedly hypocritical with the media scrutiny of Republican candidates and no meaningful discussion of the bio of Obama and leftist lunatics. Obama was a stoner. His drug usage was habitual and far from the
Juvenile smoking of a joint a few times. Federal employees are subject to drug testing and plenty of workers are eliminated from consideration or disciplined for much less than our Pothead president.

You will hear plenty about every stament and disturbing facts about the family of the Paul and Cruz families. There has been no meaningful discussion about the Obama Adams family sideshow. There has still been no scrutiny of his college years or grades. There has been no discussion about what he taught as a political hack appointment in a law school or how he was hired.

From now on all candidates for elected office should be drug tested and have their transcripts posted. This will spare us Gomer Kerry posing as an intellectual with pedestrian grades.

Obama would not likely pass a basic security clearance in a non politicized format.

Taking time to view nature

I enjoy this time of year where the trees flower for two weeks. Last year the pollen was really bad causing my eyes to swell up. On a normal year I might have a bad day or two.

I will enjoy the return of Cheekie. It hasn't been fun without her mischief. Oddly my daughter eats the emergency food I purchase for the kid. I make sure she has her Popsicles and there are kid size fish sticks that can be made quickly. I eat barrel pickles but the kid prefers B&G.

One of my hobbies is I collect shares of food company stocks. I enjoy going to the store and buying my own brands.
Other than pickles I usually have a company that makes every item. Heinz Pickles are seldom seen here and my daughter
hates bread and butter chips. Down the road I may take a small stake in General Mills or BGS. I enjoy the name brand aspect and when companies underperform they get bought out.

Allergies and weather permitting I will take a walk with the dog. He sleeps at my back and enjoys the trees differently than I do. He enjoyed some chicken livers and I gave him a hard boiled egg. He just has a great deal of fun and misses Cheekie also.

Odd tastes

I tend to eat different foods than the rest of the people in the house. Sometimes others use these odd items.The Mrs loves Potato Bread with her tea. I eat Turkey Bologna which is loved by the young grandaughers and the little dog. I cut a small section of mozzarella for the dog. I have a fondness for Hawaian Punch and Tahitian Treat which is shared by everyone except the Mrs. Oddly I found one of the Granddaughters loves Dots. I have a decided weakness for that candy. When I was a kid in Liberty NY I used to walk long back roads from Ferndale. At the end of the trip was a Candystore a block away from the Main Street. I bought Chuckles there so much I called the place Chucks. My mother gave me a box of Dots and I didn't touch a pack for over 40 years. There were no Sweedish fish in those days

Simpler Times

There used to be something called the American Dream. You get a proper education work hard and live right and a decent life is the reward. Job security is a thing of the past. Nepotism is worse than ever. Students graduate from Universities as debt slaves to an empty job market.

Even in the seventies there was the belief that better days are ahead. Maybe that was a product of youth. Perhaps it was the magic of the eighties. It was a time with a we can do ethos. Of course the sixties crowd was there resisting
true progress be it resisting Communism or building a robust economy at home.

Post for those over 40.

This is aimed at people with a certain level of life experience. I want to step away from the political for a few days and talk about life time love. The daily Politcal rants can wait while I talk about the smaller things. We don't take the time to notice the change around us and find ourselves in a world where we are anachronisms.

1) Do you miss the small town local business?
I try and shop locally as much as possible. I go to the local Hallal Mart and the Mrs never sets foot in there unless I buy a big ticket item. She then alters the credit to meet the household needs. The local butcher is familiar with this. I enjoy going in joking with the guys and getting a lamb bone for the dog with my order. The Mrs likes a place that delivers. The deliver guy looks like a cross between Beaker and Osama bin Ladden. He is incoherent and if I am home I do not let him into the house. Apparently he suffers from a speech impediment.

I fill my day with trips to the corner store, the Korean produce stand and the Guyananese Bakeries. The local barber shop is a rare treat and if a chair is open I will stop in even with the dog. The dog can be bribed with food and is gentle.

2) Are there local brands that bring a special memory?
Italian Ices are big in NYC. No brand has better memories for me than Marinos. It was always a pleasant memory of summer whenever I see the Marinos cup of Ices. I bought a batch for the Mrs who is sick and not recouping quickly. The daughter claimed two so even if Marinos are not as generational with her she certainly knows what it is.

Each boro has its own brand. I prefer Ralph's and the daughter prefers the Lemon King of Corona. Maybe when Cheekie gets back from Trinidad I will take her to get fresh Ices. She does get all pleasant when she is given a Popsicle.

3) Do you miss the printed magazine

I certainly do miss the handy magazine. I miss US News and World Report and was unaware they publish digitally. I miss the Black and White Horror Comics with the short stories. There are a few military history magazines around. Other than the NFL Draft I don't bother with the sports publications.

4) Has the quality of Advertising gone down? I think of all the iconic gingles that I can remember today decades later. There were the great corporate logos and pitchmen. I see Flo the Progressive Spokeswoman and I cringe. Other than the Gieco Gecko this seems to be a lost art.

Advertising for toddlers is fairly effective. I had no idea how a child who can barely speak says Popsicle or can spot a Lucky Charms box at Twenty Paces. The Child likes Gummy Bears and Endlessly plays a commercial. Still other brands are just found by accident. I still enjoy a cup of Hot Chocolate on occasion and have a bag of mini marshmallows on hand. The toddlers eat them in a much different manner.

5)  Do you mentor younger peers?

I spent plenty of time doing this. Perhaps I wanted to be there for others in a way that people were not
there for me. The pure technical part of the job is fun. However, I can not impart enough the need to be fair. I enjoy the teaching, I despise the political gamesmanship that goes with creation of larger programs.

6) At work what is your biggest peeve?

Nepotism.

7) Has TV quality gone down

The quality of the action shows has improved. NCIS and the Police Shows appear better. However, other than The Big Bang Theory the quality of the Sit Coms appears worse. The quality of fresh ideas
is lacking. Secondary characters like Steven Urkel or Fonzie who grow larger than the original seems forgotten. The whole genre is weak.

8) Do you miss the Variety Show.

Actually I do miss it somewhat. I was amazed at how many of my peers remembered In Living Color and surprisingly Sha Na Na. The Muppet show was a Variety Show that is also surprisingly remembered fondly.

9) Can you even remember more than twenty people you went to grade school with.

Admittedly, I don't care to visit up with old school pals and coworkers with rare exceptions. I can remember a handful. In middle school I am better because the case was constant for a long time. In high school plenty of people remember me mostly for some jokes and athletics. I remember few of my buddies from college. Most are doing fairly well.

10) What along the way surprised you.

I didn't expect fatherhood and grandfathering to be so much fun. I never saw myself in this role and until the child is a toddler I have little interest. Somewhere along the way the bond develops. I guess it is the less serious side.

I do enjoy the mischievous Cheekie. She does drive everyone else nutty. The other day one of the kids was working on an arts and crafts project and she jumped on the older kid for a horse ride. She certainly keeps things lively around here.

The N Word

I don't use this word. The use of the word is a sign of stupidity and a lack of class. The problem is that it is unique among a series of slurs. You can use almost any other slur and keep a career. If the N word is a career killer so should the F word for gays and other slur words.

We had a recent example where a Black college basketball player used the word to describe a white player. There is a perception that Blacks can use this term with impunity. This is akin to having your cake and eating it also.

I am not advocating the use of slur words. These words aren't creative and serve no purpose other than to inflame. The player in question was frustrated. However, if he said something wittier we would be admiring his creativity and class. Even Goofy steals the  scene in a Disney cartoon once in a while. Or it was like watching a Revenge of the Nerds film. All of us including the player in question would share a laugh and a touch of admiration.

I cringe when 20 something types use that word or end it with obliviousness. Maybe it is a product of my age. I grew up not long after the Civil Rights era. Those days are fifty years ago. When I was born it was closer in time to the Great Depression.  I used to listen with annoyance at tales of woe that grew bigger every year. It is a generational thing that maybe I don't get  and don't want to get.

No Cheekie for a month

The terror tot Cheekie is going to Trinidad for a month. I enjoy her antics and mischief. She does annoy my daughter. However it is fun watching her drive everyone up a wall. Interestingly she runs to me for food items. She was so happy with a few Popsicles. She also uses my mini marshmallows for hot Chocolate as a snack.

I am going to miss the little monster

No better friend then the small dog

I got sick again as there is a nasty virus going around Queens. I went home early and in my weakened
condition should not have lugged gallons of milk from the subway. I also bought a huge box of Popsicles for my two grandaughers.

I was exhausted and freezing and went straight to the boiler in the basement to warm up. I enjoyed the heat and fell asleep next in the heat. Now I was no longer cold but burning up. The dog located me and fell asleep on my hip like King of the mountain. I was so weak with fever climbing the stairs was difficult. My problem now was dehydration.

Cheekie greeted me and said Popsicle. I gave both grandaughers some Popsicles and They were well behaved. I had one two because I was parched. We went through the box in one day.

I drank some water but it is difficult to swallow and it took me twenty minutes to hold down. I was still sick and barely could touch a small chicken and Broccoli pot pie. As I prepared to sleep the little dog jumped into bed and slept next to me. I woke up and gave him a treat of lamb strips. I just wasn't hungry.

The fever has broken and other than being dehydrated, I am fine. The small dog was a lifesaver.

Belated Ten Year Anniversary

This site has been up and running for over ten years. As people move away to Facebook and Twitter the site has become more or less a diary with some political commentary.

I don't think I have changed much. The times have changed but I am still late 80's in my heart.

I think of the bloggers who are deceased like Orange Ducks, Jams O Donnel and a few others. No conversation is complete without the tragic Dr Yeagley. I am at a loss to understand how a person who loved America and Christ with all his heart could be so mistaken. In private he was a decent man
who cared about his friends. Even as he was dying of cancer we would bandy about family and the abstract. I hope he is in a good place where he sees our spirits are individual.

I think of the bloggers who are gone like Mr Beamish, TMW and the Editrix to name a few and miss them. I miss Justin Morris and Rob. I am glad they challenged my thinking at times. I can't say enough good things about all of those people. I speak to Warren every now and then. The most fun persona of all time was Mr Beamish.

I do not miss the criminal troll John Brown or Socrates. I hope the wrestling impresario gets deported to Venezuela or any other communist piss hole.

Ten years of fun and reality. Maybe if it is possible I will save this site onto a disk and have it buried with me. Who knows after some religious nut starts Armageddon it will be a record of what we were.

I will hit ten years as an officer in June. At that time I will invite a few selected readers like AOW, Zinla, mikes America and even the Duck to talk about immigration and what I have learned or failed to learn in my ten years. My views of governance and systems have certainly changed.

One note for Poultry. When the subject of gay marriage came to my office I led the effort to embrace the change as a matter of duty and equity. I have been very critical of the treatment of gays and lesbians in my office. If the N word is wrong so are anti gay slurs. This does not mean that common humor is forbidden. Common humor is making fun of everyone. Example I am a guy and I pay for everything. Gays probably have martial arts contests fighting over who pays the bill. This is a type of joke that includes gays as going through the same stuff the rest of us deal with. Another joke was about gays not understanding what it is like to be there with a partner that spends hours to pick out one item of clothing. Gays swear they know this better than I do.

The Return of the Frummies

I knew they would return. Of course, normal people do not walk in at three thirty in the morning. Then again when have norms of behaviors ever applied to Frummies. Normal people get a good nights sleep return in the morning or leave after a holiday. Frummies do neither and walk about like religious zombies.

In case those of you are keeping score I still do not talk to the Frummies since the car caper. Someone
warns you that if you take their car the relationship is over. They take the car anyway and trash it so it
is junk and expect life goes on. Of course if the wife ever gets off her rear and works none of this happens. Then the idiot relative says its just a car have a thousand . I don't need or want the money. I want to sever the relationship.

If my brother were criminal it would be easier. He would be in jail serving his debt to society. His kids would not be so obtuse and lazy. If my brother were gay, they would not be cultural zeros and  constantly in debt. Instead, I get hypocritical religious zombies whose lifestyle is an embarrassment.
My brother worked very hard to become an ignoramus. Beyond work and religious texts nobody with
a life cares about he knows nothing.

I am reminded of a conversation I had with the ultimate pariahs, a member of the loathed Satmar community. Sorry, but stupid costumes and following insane borderline criminal leaders does not make one Jewish. The clothes are not authentic. They are veneration of ghetto culture that was paradise never was. As for the lifetime of sloth on the dole nothing could be further from the truth. I knew plenty of people from those ghettos. These were my grandfathers generation and they were honest in business as well. The notion that the community would venerate a pedophile while castigating molested kids is absurd. If you define Judaism kindly show me the exit.

The member of the Satmar tried to say we are kin. I pointed out we are not kin and the disgusting antics of his leader and vile community are not connected to me in any description. The rank and file followers are not used to blunt honesty.

I want nothing to do with the community any more. I was always very private about my disdain. Those who wish to be more religious are free to do so without bothering me.

Fake Rape Allegations

I want to point out the subject of rape is a very serious matter. There is much truth to actual victims under reporting actual assaults. There is also a widely quoted 2% fake allegation that appears to be a widely reported mythology that has never been quantified.

In reality these numbers are somewhat murky. Where does unsubtantiated or unproven fall into this mix. It is not false but we should not make a leap of faith that unsubtantiated means an actual crime took place.

Even in the late 80s the rape culture that all men are sexual predators and women are virtuous was the
dominant narrative. When a so called expert said all men are potential rapists. I responded potential is
meaningless unless it is actualized. Potentially you are an imbecile, but have indicated by your verbiage you have fulfilled that potential. Actually, had any other group been similarly castigated the person would be guilty of a hate crime.

I am very fortunate that I was always above the board in my dating history. Luckily the smell of alcohol and the stupid conversations are a turnoff for me. It is quite easy to see how the politically charged campus atmosphere has manipulated reality where males are at the mercy of the system. Those that think women are not capable of false and malicious charges should read volumes of child abuse allegations in divorce proceedings. Divorce is usually initiated by the female and sadly children
become casualties of the war for assets. Any claim that women are uniquely virtuous and men are innately evil is infantile.

Let professional investigators deal with rape allegations. Professional investigators are trained experts
and are more trained to deal with these type of situations than Stalinist university flunkies. Rape is a criminal matter that is best handled by professionals. I will not limit this criticism to Universities. A fringe group of political imbeciles in the UK decided they would similarly investigate sex crimes internally. The result was the politically powerful prevailed in the SWP. The results were even more embarrassing in the Webberman case. The community bullied a rape victim. The leader of the disgraceful congregation called the victim a whore.

In general the claim of scores of rapes on campuses appears to be a politically driven media event. We have seen these before with stories of Black Churches burning, This included fake memories by Bill Clinton. The famous domestic violence spurts after the Super Bowl was another fabricated story. Add to this Victimology hacks defining almost everything done by males as rape. Add the twisted desire for attention. One can recite various people who reported fake hate crimes with ease. University culture turns these victims into celebrities. Conversely when politically popular victim groups commit hate crimes against Jews the university elite turn a blind eye.

Of course lefties rant about organizations investigating themselves. However, these concerns do not seem to apply to lefties in universities or extreme left  political parties.

Let professionals do their jobs without Stalinist political hacks messing things up.

No faith in the DOJ

The Obama administration is rife with corruption and incompetence. The latest bit is the blatantly political move to not jail Lois Lerner for contempt of congress. The DOJ making this choice is in violation of multiple ethics sections of the law. In this case with an ex DOJ employee the entire matter should have been handled by a special prosecutor.

Lerner deserves to spend the rest of her days on a series of RICO charges. Those trials can last years and the jail terms are usually in the decades. In the case of Lerner there should be no plea deal. She should face years of courtroom trials followed by hard time with criminals in the Federal Pen with no possibility of parole until she is 150.

The agencies that employed Lerner need to be purged. Anyone with 20 years experience who is eligible to collect retirement pay immediately should be shown the door and permanently barred from further employment with the government. In this case it is important to end the Lerner/ Obama pattern of corruption. Lerners actions and career are far worse than the actions of Benadict Arnold. Prior to Arnold's act of treason he had been a hero who save the country at least twice. He got into a series of political infighting and was denied credit that his actions had warranted by peers with a fraction of his ability.

Lerner is a political hack who spent her entire career abusing her authority. She is an attorney and any claim she was not cognizant of her crimes is comedic. Her crimes are worse than treason because she took it upon herself to blatantly interfere in the rights of citizens she disagreed with to practice rights guaranteed in the Constitution.

As for her crimes on the community level. She should be thrown out of any real house of worship for her persecution of pro Israel groups and her violations of the law on behalf of Obama. Her family members should be subjected to verbal abuse, but no threats of physical violence. She is a latter day Kapo and should be reminded of it every day for the remainder of her wasted life. In her case jail would be more merciful than life as a pariah.

She gasped that she is better than Jeffrey Dahmer. Dahmer commited acts of violence and impacted only a few hundred people. Lerner betrayed the Constitution she swore an oath to uphold. Her malfeasance damaged the American people. The fact that she spent a career abusing her authority and was rewarded with promotions and bonuses illustrates a culture of corruption on a massive scale.  These crimes against the fabric of our society are far worse than those of Dahmer.

Lerners name should be synonymous with Abuse of authority and malfeasance.

Getting Rid of the Frummies

I have managed to avoid the planets biggest jerks the ignorant and lazy frummies. They bring their toxic lifestyle and impose on their family. My car was destroyed through their negligence. I also warned my brother taking the vehicle in question would end our relationship. He doesn't have the money to buy a new car because his wife refuses to work and he pays crushing Yeshiva tuition.

The car spat disinhereted his family. Whatever is left of my collections will be distributed to my daughter and nephew from a different sibling. My remains will be placed in Guyana away from any of his foul offspring. There will be no memorial service. Just a final plane ride and drive trough the countryside in a remote location. Oddly if I did not possess several domestic spots this flight of fancy would still be cheaper than buying a spot locally. I will ask my family in Guyana to say a few short words.

The holidays are not things that bring the family together. His Adrian Monk like mania for minute rules ruins every gathering. His conversation about his religious zombie lifestyle taxes my nerves.
While most lifestyle quirks do not impact relatives the Frum lifestyle drives the more secular types up
A wall.

Fortunately, he will be away for the Seder. He will return on the third day of the holiday and annoys everyone but I will be elsewhere.

This conflict goes on in plenty of families. The irritation of the secular types with the behavior of the Frum types rarely gets discussed. I made a decision to walk away from this in my twenties and stop pretending. I never wanted any part of this religion and am happy to never set foot in a house of worship again, except for funerals.

I am not anti religion. My view is that it is a part of life that provides a framework. When the rote tasks become drudge work it is time to move on. It is more important that people live honorably that perform rituals that are increasingly annoying due to obsessive minutia. I don't want sermons at the table in family time.

Unfortunately, this lifestyle was thrust on me and I rejected it. My choice was private. I did not discuss it with others even when asked. My comments were find your own path. Oddly one of the rare discussions was with a hypocrite show off. He went off for about 20 minutes about my living differently. My response was live your own life. There is no need to discuss this. He wanted to fight, but I walked away. The person saying that went on to use drugs, have numerous affairs and is serving jail time for a crime of violence.

At least my brother is not Bill Ayers. He is obnoxious, arrogant, hypocritical, clueless but at least he isn't a menace to the general public.
