The American people have spoken and it is time to exit. Hillary will never be President and she needs to end the Senate charade. Let her leave with grace and Gov Patterson can appoint her replacement.
The scapegoats are
1 The media elites- Hillary is in serious trouble when loyalists like Eleanor Clift turn on her
2 The Black Community- The Clinton's depend on overwhelming support of the Black community
3 Gov Spitzer Hillary's tailspin started with her gaffe on driver's licenses for illegal aliens
4 Media handlers Hillary like George Bush is at her best when she leaves them at home.
5 Bill Clinton- He was useless at best.

McCain has at least 330 Electoral College votes sewn up at this point.
He only needs 270.
I heard one of Hillary's statements yesterday. Something in her tone sounded as if she might realize that her run for the ballot is over. Nevertheless, she keeps saying that she's not quitting. But the Dems I personally know have pretty much bailed on her; they feel that Obama has a better chance to win in November.
Bill Clinton hasn't been the same since his cardiac surgery. A TIA or a minor stroke?
If McCain wins, Hillary has a shot at 2012. She will probably win, too, if it comes to that. If Obama wins, she's out for good.
...that should be Bill Clinton's epitaph: "Useless at Best"!
Seriously agree with this post, Beak. Someone needs to tell her with big flat "hell no you ain't gonna make it" so take you, your money, and that lamer husband of yours out of president land, you're OUTTA there.
If McCain wins and does half what the conservatives would like for this country, I believe the conservatives have an even better chance with a MORE conservative guy in 2012.
I never thought we'd have such an even race in the national polls...never thought we'd see a conservative president again, considering what our marxist profs and marxist media is pushing. But, looky here....very close.
Even those dope kids might wake up and realize you need an ADULT in the White House.
I can dream.
I'm still not going to count Hillary Clinton out as a contender for the DemoKKKratic Party nomination, for several reasons:
1.) Despite several warnings from the upper echelons of the DemoKKKratic Party, Obama still has steadfastly refused to change his skin color.
2.) Enemies of the Clintons have a tendency to take dirt naps.
3.) Hillary Clinton can't win by the rules. But rules are for Republicans and other law-abiding citizens.

"I never thought we'd have such an even race in the national polls...never thought we'd see a conservative president again, considering what our marxist profs and marxist media is pushing. But, looky here....very close."
What happened, did the Consitution or the Libertarian Party shoot up in the polls overnight? Just who is this "conservative" you keep talking about, I must have missed that guy.
"Even those dope kids might wake up and realize you need an ADULT in the White House.
I can dream."
Now there's an "adult" running too? I must have missed that one as well. Or are you saying McCain is an adult? Well, I guess you could call him that, to be fair-it all "Depenz".
"If McCain wins and does half what the conservatives would like for this country, I believe the conservatives have an even better chance with a MORE conservative guy in 2012."
Ahhhh, yes, McCain's magical "conservative" running mate, the same kind of "conservative" as those "conservative judges" he'll pick for the Supreme Court. You know, the guys he knows will overturn McCain-Feingold.
Pagan; right. I can/shouldll only use the terms in comparison with the 2 leftists. In COMPARISON, McCain is conservative...other than that? Not on a lot of things,.
Z,
PT's just upset that the Democratic Party is all set to uphold their 170+ year old Presidential election year tradition of nominating a candidate no rational person could vote for.
Beamish-
You're the one that should be upset that the Republicans have seen fit to throw one third of their base under the bus, the base known collectively as "Reagan Democrats" including but not limited to social conservatives.
You know, that would be the guys that are still voting in the Republican primaries, even though McCain has the nomination all sewed up, to such an extent that 25% of Republican primary voters are voting against McCain.
Of course, those are the ones that are even bothering to go to the polls to vote in the primaries at all.
What do you think those 25% of Republican primary voters are going to do in the general election? Here's a clue-if they are that upset that they bother to express their opposition to the nomination of a candidate who has already won, they are going to do one of two things-they are going to stay home in the general election, or they are going to vote Democratic-no matter who the Democratic nominee is.
That spells trouble with a capital "T". That's roughly twenty-five percent of dependable Reagan-Bush voters who are either going to stay home or vote Democratic.
Let's see now, if you reduce the last Bush vote by one fourth, what do you have?
Of course I guess there's a slight possibility he could make some of that margin up with the Juan Hernandez/LaRaza crowd. He sure as hell seems to be trying to.
Who knows, he might pull it out with their help.
PRESIDENT JUAN MCCAIN-GET USED TO SAYING IT!!!
