Due to some unforseen medical problems I will be returning to NYC for the weekend. The problems are not serious but do require a visit. I will post from NYC but there will be delays in your comments appearing.

  5. Beak,

I deleted your avatar from my AOL file storage space, because of LoBrow's bandwidth theft. For some reason, it's still "online" even though on my end, AOL says it's not. So, your avatar may disappear unexpectedly soon.

I'll cook up a new one for you when I get time. You wanted Death Beaker, right?

  6. Keep us posted Beaker, Nanc and I are moms, we are concerned, deal with it! Will be praying!

Why don't we do a brain storming session on the Crank files. Let our regular readers come up with some interesting concepts

We could do Death Beaker as the grim reaper or place Beakers head on Ghost Rider.

I am certain this would be a great fun for all.

My health is fine but this food poisoning has lasted around three weeks. Those of you who have had salmonela know what I mean

  8. How about a Darth Beaker waving a red lightsaber instead?

  9. Hmm. I'll look around for promo pics of Nicholas "I couldn't act my way out of a wet paper bag" Cage as Ghost Rider to slap a Beaker head on. I don't think it would look right with a comic book image of GR.

  11. i've heard salmonella is a great diet aid for overweight people - get checked also for e.coli and ghiambarrette (sp) - these you can get from tainted water and they hang on for years sometimes.

i've known people who have been plagued by these two for years after initial diagnosis.

also - start drinking a quarter cup of cider vinegar daily to get your ph up to where it belongs - anything for you. nursenanc

  12. This should be a Mr Beamish Thread.
The Pillsbeaker Dough Boy would be funny but not quite right.

  13. Beak,
Salmonella? Bad news, but you will recover. I know you're not religious, but I just sent up a prayer anyway.

Another avatar craze? I can hardly wait!

    Mr. Beamish,
Cage isn't much of an actor, but I have a fondness for him as the husband of one of my best friends was nearly a double in physical appearance, but more handsome than Cage; all women's heads turned when George entered the room. George, God rest his soul, is gone now--brain cancer. A really ugly way to go.

  15. Beaker- Colloidal silver is great for killing all sorts of nasties! And start taking acidophilus to restore balance in your system!

  19. Beak I am afaid the remedies sound much worse than the illness. I mean if you are going to drink vinegar just slug some wine and enjoy it. Hope you are well soon.

Don't listen to those hens they have been trying to get me to eat chinese food the last 3 days.

  20. Take care and get well Beak.

  21. Beak,
Food poisoning can leave a person rather debilitated, especially the immune system. I use mushroom-complex to boost immunity.

  26. How do you get listed in blogshares?

Must have a lot of traffic I guess?

  27. I like Darth Beaker myself. Slick Beaker's hair back and put a hood over the head. He'll look like the reaper then.

  28. Hope you feel well soon Beak. I think the remedies are worse than the illness, I mean if you are going to drink cider vinegar you might as well just have some wine..it's a lot more fun and tastes a little better. I wouldn't listen to all those hens and their home remedies. I mean nanc is from the south!

You can submit your blog for entry into the game. I know I found mine in the game without a submission. It was reviewed and traded like a stock well before I was even aware.

I get minimal hits due to blogshares.

  35. EB- I was born there, but I'm an AF brat, so what the heck is a smib? Nanc was born and raised in Ca., she and her sweet baboo moved to Arkansas. People are not superglued to their place of birth anymore, you were aware of that, wheren't you? How 'bout I superglue your cheeks together?
    Love ya EB!

  37. i'm ashamed to admit, but i'm a native californistinian. we've been in arkansas for six years so gladly claim native status. now if californistan would just fall into the ocean so we could forget about it altogether...except for our loved ones...rest their stubborn souls...no, really.

we've lured them with every great thing known to mankind, but in their stubborn, leftist, kennedy dhimmiwittedness they refuse to leave - sooooooooo - it's on them, not me.

    ReplyDelete
  38. tmw - back at you and I think I could use that superglue on one of my kids.

    smib - southern maryland inbred

  39. EB- Is it your son? Even at 17, mine could use a "little" at times, fortunately for him, he's moderating the ADHD! It's the Marines or death!
