Warren has a cult like appeal to his loyal readers. He has a natural charm that makes hima beloved friend in the blogoshpere. Most people seem to meet Warren through me as I am more active.

Mr Beamish personifies cool and fun. His blog is the most unique spot on the web. His artistic creations keep me in stiches.

2 I wanted to do a Mr Beamish press confrence where we could ask him all types of fun ideas. Mr Beamish what are your thoughts on Dwarf throwing. Mr Beamish could deliver a classic line and we would have the web in stiches. Always on the Watch has a good sense of humor but is more serious so I mixed serious with some fun and it came out well.

3 The official troll of this blog is Ducky. We do not ban trolls we use them for entertainment.

On a personal level the Duck and I can talk about mundane topics that would bore 90% of the planet. Someday the Duck will explain why Mark Twains use of the N word was evil but Eugene Oneil's use of the same word thirty times in the Emperor Jones played by Paul Robeson was peachy. It is interesting but not blog material.

4 I was always more of a hawk but my experiences made this personal.
I changed careers and moved 400 miles to do my part. It was something I was compelled to do. Few can top the leftist efforts of the "smearing shit on yourself is performance art if you charge admission" crowd. Until 9/11, I read mostly fiction as a matter of choice. Escapism, I think.

Hard for me to choose my Michener favorite, but I especially loved (and still love) Hawaii and Centennial. I'm listening to Caravans now; I read the book some 30 years ago.

My father (1911-1998) was quite the history reader. He helped me get through my college history courses. I have almost as many hours in history courses as I do in my major. For electives, I tended to opt for history or music. Of course, VA is rich in history, but few in VA seem to care about history these days.

Off to work now. Thank you for answering my questions, Beak. In the earliest days it was Warren an myself against an army of communist anti semites who happen to be gay.

As the blog progressed he has become a cheaper version of a rubber chicken. Ducky is a more worthy foil as he is mostly coherent. 167 is the best illustration of all the insanity of the left in one place.

He visits but lacks the courage to say a word. He can ask for a interview but I would not expect the civility afforded to Ducky.

The Duck is interesting on other levels and I may do a steinbeck post in the future.

2 I have been to around 100 or more Broadway shows. My parents go weekly and I am well versed in theatre . It isn't something that I disdain just never had many opportunities.

3 I excelled at History and went from third grade to highschool without ever having a test score below 90. My string was broken as a senior in High school on an ecomics test. I had been out of school for three weeks and had knee surgery. On the first day back and still on pain killers I had a test. The teacher insisted I take the test without reading the material and on drugs. I was angered when I got a 75 but it was still the third higest mark in the class. The highest was an 83 and I did not miss by much.

My reward for this was a trip to the History department chair. The Chair insisted I move to honors and I declined.
